    Chips and Salsa.
    William Y.

In Ft. Smith on business and Chili's was close to my hotel and grabbed dinner alone. I ordered chips and salsa with a local brew. Chili's chips are to my liking, very thin and crispy. The salsa must have been made in New York City. Don't care for their salsa. The local beer, Lost 40 Honey Love, was quite nice. It's a Bock, full bodied beer sweetened with Arkansas honey. I ordered a 6 oz filet with fries and Mac and Cheese. The steak was perfectly cooked to order and nicely seasoned. However, the steak had too much gristle. The fries along with the Mac and Cheese were OK, but nothing to get excited over which pretty much sums up the dinner. It was OK and it served it's purpose. The service was good, the prices low (except for the beer)

You know what you can't get at Chili's? Chili! I love their chili, but our server said that they took it off the menu. I'm heartbroke. We stopped in for lunch on a Thursday, fighting through the dreadful Rogers avenue traffic. Pro tip: use the side street off Phoenix and come in on Boston. We both got the 3 for Me. It includes your drink, soup or salad and the entree with sides. My wife got the 6 oz sirloin and absolutely loved it. Perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavor I got the Big QP (only $10.99!). The burger was juicy and delicious. Since I couldn't get chili as a side, I tried the baked potato soup. I would definetly get that again! The food was delicious, priced right, and our server Chris was the best. Lunch at Chili's, even without chili, was great.

Food was great. Service was friendly and extremely fast. I sat at the bar. Love their honey chipotle crispers and corn on the cob. Had a double shot of whiskey with soda and it seemed a little weak. Other than that everything was quick and perfect.

Steak was on 2/$25. Charged +8 for it again. And i left a $10 tip. Necer again.

Over charged me. Brought me wrong food. Charged me extra for it. Food was overly salty. Staff was nice. Only reason it gets 1 .

I have been here many times and the food is delicious! The staff is friendly and I love this place. Their burgers are great. The chicken fajitas are delicious. The pasta is amazing. The chips and salsa is super good. The cheddar bites are good. The enchilada soup is good. The skillet cookie with ice cream is amazing On the other hand, I am HORRIFIED if I pay attention to how dirty the walls and "white" window sills are if you get seated next to one of them it is absolutely disgusting and it needs a thorough deep cleaning. It's like when stuff gets spilled down the walls they don't bother to clean that part off. It's very nasty and I try not to think about it when I'm there. Lol

    Chili's version of nachos

On a whim for a beer and nachos we took a left into Chili's. For starters the hostess didn't seem happy with her job or perhaps was having a bad day. Sat at the bar in a booth waiter seemed rush and talked a mile a minute. But hey we were there for the food not company. Ordered the nachos as the menu reads "classic nachos" shredded cheese, black beans, jalapeños, skillet queso with beef. Served with pico & sour cream. Sounds good right? Ordered them. What we were expecting and what we had received was a fail. We essentially received a couple of individual chips topped with the toppings? Not exactly what we had expected. Ordered additional chips and queso. When ordering nachos in the near future that are described not by accompanying photo, we will ask what they look like. Lol Note. (Although they were not what expected flavor was not lacking.)

Chili`s has the best fountain Coke in town. Their chicken fried steak is very good too.

My family got into town later on a Sunday evening and Chuy's was near our hotel and, more importantly, open. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated promptly, not really a problem at 7:30 on a Sunday night but there were still many occupied tables. Our server, Lauren, showed up with a basket of chips, fresh salsa (that had a little kick) and a tasty cheese sauce. All were refreshed before our order arrived. Got to say, while I didn't expect the food to be bad, I didn't expect it to be as awesome as it was. The boom boom chicken enchiladas were really something special. My wife's veggie enchiladas were also excellent. Lauren checked in regularly without being intrusive and kept our drinks full. Very chatty and pleasant. Perfect balance for a server. The restaurant was clean with eclectic decor. I particularly liked the tables that reminded of my grandma's kitchen and the padded booths that were reminiscent of bumper car seats (IMO.) Throw in reasonable prices and this restaurant was a winner all around. Will definitely go again the next time we're visiting family in Fort Smith.

The Bandido.......The Best Burrito in Ft Smith!…read more This burrito is packed end to end with flavor: Grilled Steak, Chicken, Chorizo, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo and topped with Queso. And if that ain't enough; it comes with fries. A fantastic combination. The chorizo provided the right amount of spice, the sour cream brought all the fresh flavors together. Filling and delicious. This really was and excellent burrito. I'd put it up against anything you can find in Ft Smith. The fries were good, crispy, however next time I would substitute with refried beans. My wife had a simpler version of Sabor Azteca's great burritos, the Asada. Less ingredients, but still a BIG delicious burrito. Great chips and salsa. Both the salsa in the bowl and the plastic bottles were very fresh. Excellent flavors, crispy chips. It is a small clean comfortable AUTHENTIC MEXICAN restaurant, off the beaten path on North O. The service was fast and friendly. The menu covers everything you could possibly want. A little English spoken by the owner. There is no doubt in my mind, that the other patrons in the restaurant this afternoon, were experts on Mexican food; there because it is a great place to eat!

Food The food here is traditional, not commercial looking, like fast food (2 enchiladas, rice and beans) I had Caldo de Camaron, lots of shrimp, not too spicy. Wife had Enchiladas Rancheras, beautifully served, almost too much food for us. These are served with enchilada Sauce of tomatoes, steak, onion and bell pepper. Comes with guac and salad and pico. Service Only service issue is waitress only speaks Spanish. We do not. I used Google translate to request artificial sweetener. Ambience Music was too loud. We'll be back!!
