This is for The Colony Fritz's Adventure. I sure as heck hope that Branson, MO runs a better business, this one sucked all the life out of us for being so poorly run. My sister and I went today to Fritz's at 10am, since that is when it is posted that they "Open". We paid and went in to find nothing but the little kids climbing things open. We stood in line for TreeTops and were told "NOT to stand in line because they were not open". We said we would wait, thinking that is may be 15 minutes or so, but were told four more times to "NOT stand in line" because they would not open until maybe 11:30 or later - an hour and a half AFTER their "Open" time. We had come to do TreeTops specifically, but went and did the multi-story ropes course just to waste time. Even that course was not open until 30 minutes AFTER their "open" time. I thought when a business says they are open, they are actually open. If you can't get your act together and have things open until noon, then put NOON as your "OPEN" time. Don't waste our time and money. So, we are on the third floor of the ropes course, and a worker came up to us and told us that the Treetops will open in 10 minutes and to go down and get in line. We went down, took off our gear, and went to get in line. The worker girl inside the TreeTops area said we are "NOT OPEN! Do NOT stand in line!" So, at that point, we left. We had had enough of the piss poor attitudes of the workers, and the very, very poorly run business. Unless someone else runs the place, I would question going back. You are shooting the dice to whether you even get to do anything once you have paid your money. And the outside ziplines were all closed, and the workers said they had been closed for a while. Is that on your website, and do you tell people that when they make reservations. That is most of that course. So my review would be a zero if that were a choice. This place is a ton of fun for all ages if you're in relatively good shape. They have zip lines, rock climbing, slides, nets you can climb on, and a ropes course, and it's all inside except for one of the zip lines, which takes you outside then back in. The coolest part of it to me were the tunnels under the bottom floor. I think I pulled and stretched some muscles crawling through them, but worth it. Kids will love it. I wish I was smaller and more nimble so I could have done it all. The ropes course has easy levels and hard. The treetop zip line looks very challenging, with some parts zip lines, and some parts like a ropes course. They also have a small restaurant and a gift shop. read more

Ropes course (for littles and everyone else), zip lines, rope treehouse, slides, ramps, suspended airplane that you can climb into, climbing wall, silo you can climb into, buried cement mixer that leads into a tunnel, and play area for earth bound kiddos are some of the things you can do here! There are three different packages you can choose from depending on what you would like to participate in and they even have a locals discount (I think it's $10 per person above 4yo). There are signs that even give you a free fountain drink if you take their quick 30 second survey. Fritz's Adventure is great and was probably the best thing we did in Branson. Initially, I was worried because of some negative reviews on here and I thought it seemed expensive, so my expectations were a bit low but we were all blown away. The ultimate pass was a great value. We stayed for 5 hours and only left because it was dinner time. We could have easily stayed longer. This is a much better value than other ropes course or zip lines which can cost even more and last 2 hours at most. There are a wide range of attractions so there is something for all ages. It was fun for me and my wife as well as my adult stepson and my 9 and 7 year old children. Despite it being labor day weekend, the crowd was not bad and there was not a significant wait for any of the activities. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and we always felt safe. This is a great indoor fun park on hot days in Branson. Lots of activities to keep kids busy. Downfall is that parents have to pay a fee to be on the floor with their kids playing. Came here after a local told us about it. Didn't see this place advertised as much as the other places...which is a good thing. Came here to kill 3 hrs or so. Stayed for over 6. The boys (12,9,9) LOVED IT!! We did the ropes course with them and then basically guarded sweatshirts for the rest of the day. The staff was amazing!!! They were so knowledgeable and truly loved their jobs! Veterans discount is only for self and spouse. Should include the family. Boys wanted to stay longer. Worth the money. FULL DAY OF THRILL! The levels are TESTING. Plenty to do for all ages. Don't go if you're afraid of heights unless you're trying to overcome the fear. This was our first time in Fritz's adventure, we were driving in main st, saw it, and decided to give it a try. You access on the main level, where the souvenirs store and the food court is located. Everybody has to pay for accesing the main level, even if you are not going to access the play area, there is a price and a specific bracelet for those playing, and it is half price, and a different bracelet for those not playing, the good thing is that for those not playing, they receive a gift card for the amount paid for accesing, that can be used in the food court or the souvenir store. The main atraction is the multilevel ropes course, but it takes a while in line to get your turn (an hour or so), but my family said it was really fun, they are looking forward to come back, they said even though you are secured to the structure, it is scary, and for parents bringing kids, only one person at a time is allowed when crossing the different challenges, so you cannot walk next to your kid for encourage and support, you either cross first and cheer from the other side, or send your kid first, which for some kids can be challenging if it is their first time, and they expect mom or dad next to them the whole time, also it would be good to wear some gym gloves, because the ropes can get rough on the hands. There is also a laser tag, slides, climbing wall, and lots of fun. It is worth the visit and the price (for those playing), for those not playing, if waiting at least 2 hours sitting on a table while your family haves fun is your thing, then do it, otherwise, just drop them, and go do something else. read more

Ok I would love to give this place five stars but I just can't get over one thing. The employees, they are just not friendly, they are not respectful and just don't care. But besides that this place is awesome, I love the tree tops and especially the purple route which is mainly zip lines. And there NEW ATTRACTION IS OPEN!!!!! The new outdoor zip line is awesome. So first you start out inside, do a few zip lines and then go though a sliding door going outside, then do a few more zip lines OUTSIDE and then go back in to finish the course. This is an Awesome place and I love coming here, they just need to work on the staff kindness and enthusiasm. I would put this is the top three most fun attractions in Branson. read more

We love this place! We take our kids here every visit to Branson. We typically spend 3-4 hrs here. It's nice seeing all the chairs and the cafe on the lower leve lthey have added over the years. This is a pretty cool place. It was raining the day we went. I guess everyone else had the same idea. The line was super long so we bought our tickets online within 30 seconds and were able to go to the counter with no line for our wrist bands. The price is actually reasonable. About $30 for ages 12 and up. There is no time limit so we stayed for a couple of hours and then came back later that night. The only reason I gave 4 stars was I had to pay $12 to be able to observe from the top. I was on crutches so it's not like I could sneak downstairs and play (not that I would!). It was $100 for my two boys to play. However if you want to go down to the lower level with them you have to pay an additional $10 per person to do so. They offer small metal chairs for free however if you want to use the couch which is "premier seating" that's extra and if you want to do vip seating that's also extra.
