My daughter and I went to White Water when we were in Branson for vacation this past summer and it was a good experience. It was pretty busy, which was totally expected. We got there shortly after they opened and was lucky enough to snag a couple chairs in the shade. After a bit we got in line for some food and it was pretty chaotic. You get in a line, grab what you want, and pay at the register at the end of the line. It was like pulling teeth trying to get the kids chicken tenders meal, which IMO, should be the thing they always keep stocked. Contrary to what other reviews say, there's a good amount of water slides and things to do. My daughter and I had a blast. We only had one long wait in line, which was fine. If we go back to Branson, we will definitely go back. read more

We had a great day at white water. We enjoyed the bigger kids play area, the lazy river, wave pool and several of the slides. There are plenty of areas that are shaded with lounge chairs, which was a plus bc it was 100 degrees the day we visited. My group also enjoyed the healthier food options available. We rented a cabana for the day and I have never seen such a stingy establishment. The milkshake we got was chocolate soft serve in a cup (with no straws on property). Smoothies had large chunks of ice in them. Thankfully we had tubes that came with our cabana because there were at least 30 people waiting for a very small amount of tubes at the lazy river entrance. Who has a waterpark with insufficient tubes? I've been to waterparks all over the country and this was BY FAR the worst. Our attendant was very polite though. I love Whitewater in Branson MO. I've been there a couple of times and had a very enjoyable experience both times I went. It is a very fun place to go and splash around and cool off when the weather is warm. This place has water slides, a lazy river, and a wave pool, and it is just so much to go down all those slides with inner tubes or by yourself, relax in the slow-moving lazy room and feel the crash of the waves in the wave pool. It's got all the water recreation amenities one could ever want. Another one of my favorite things at Whitewater are the urinals in the mens' restroom aside from the locker room. That restroom has the tall, elongated floor-standing urinals and I love using those. It's one of my favorite water parks and places in Branson. If you're in or near the Branson area during the warm months, you have to go this place and splash around. And adult waterparks are definitely my playground! read more

We had a good time at this waterpark. I took my kids ages 8 and 12 who are both boys. The only reason I gave this waterpark 4 stars is because of how HOT the concrete was. I had blisters from having to walk around to everything. All 3 of us have water shoes, but we were not allowed to go down any of the slides wearing them. If you chose to wear them, you were told to take them off and hold them. I found this to be very annoying, because it was hard to hang onto the tubes with shoes in our hand This issue also created what I'd like to describe it as being a graveyard of random shoes laying around EVERYWHERE. Most would wear their shoes and drop them at the bottom of each of the rides to wear them when they got off the rides. My suggestion for this business would be to invest in more sprinklers for their walkways. Especially if they don't allow shoes on the rides. It was quite honestly miserable read more

Water parks are a mixed bag for me. I don't swim, so I never go on the rides. Instead, we always rent a cabana where I camp out for the day and handle the food and beverage needs of everyone. Here, they make it really hard for you to rent one in advance. You can't do it online, unlike Water Country USA in VA. When we got there about 20 minutes after opening, all the premium ones were gone, so we got the next level down which still had the sitting area, loungers and tubes and television. They don't include towels or food (which was included at Water Country). That plus four refillable drink cups was over $300 - plus admission which was another $200. Add in food at another $100 and obligatory shirts or souvenirs and we had a $700 day! The food is also mixed. Good crinkle fries, nice selection of dippin dots, but dry chicken and slow service at the Taco place. There were a lot of staff out to help direct you, which was nice. read more

Well when it gets warm in Branson I know where to head! A great water park right in the heart of Branson! Part of the silver dollar amusement group! And even during Covid-19 they had a great staff, wonderful rides and a few iOS places open on a Monday! Knowing they can only have so many in the park it was nice having no wait really on any rides and the wave pool was easy to move around! The best value is the unlimited soda cup for $12.99 since it's free refills the whole time! Food prices are decent and food is decent! I will say the fries were really good! Rides are good for all ages and my favorite a lazy river that was nice! Also the family ride was good and perfect for all ages! It's not a huge park so easy to get around and plenty of seating all around which was nice! They have taken good precautions to keep you safe so go and have fun! read more

This water park has a lot of potential! Water slides are fun and has a nice lazy river. The issue is the price and amount of people coming in. We were only able to enjoy a short amount of time before it became way too crowded to even move in the wave pool or lazy river. Lines became too long. It is summer fun all wrapped up in one park!! We came yesterday afternoon and stayed until close. The park is fantastic for kids - there is so much to do and the layout packs a punch. Lots of places in the shade, lots of food choices and lots of fun things to do. We had delicious and very reasonably priced food, we are able to use our silver dollar city cup here too ! Score ! Our favorite ride was the family ride which reminded me of the Disney equivalent. The end of the ride is at the bottom hill and 94 short stairs will zoom you back to the the line, or you can walk around the hill and only have to go up 19 stairs. See the specifics I bring to Yelp ?! There are plenty of water fountains as well as family restrooms. They really thought of everything ! There is a huge swim store with anything someone would need at a water park. Keep in mind no hats or sunglasses are allowed on attractions unless the sunglasses have a strap. read more

As a waterpark it is what it is. From a managers perspective it's driving me crazy!!! I'm sitting in the shade with all the other old men while our kids play. There has to be easily 1000 people here and almost none of them are spending money. When you go to get a drink they want you to spend $22 on a refillable cup and I've seen maybe 10 of them in use all day. When you refuse that they offer you a 20 ounce large for almost 4 dollars and oh yeah. No lids or straws, not even a drink carrier when I was buying for five. So the shortest lines here are in the drink spots. Who's the manager here? I've been sitting here for hours watching tens of thousands of dollars not being made so that a few people will spend $22 on refillable cup. And then there are the $75-$300 cabanas where 2% of them are being used. The other ones are setting empty. Hard to watch as a capitalist and a businessman. This place is passing up millions of dollars. Maybe it's a tax write off for SilverDollarCity? This would be a great idea for a reality TV show. Fun place for the size and where it's at. Sometimes the water was a bit chilly , like especially in the lazy river. Whoooo wheeee. But still fun!!! If you stay until around 5 pm, it seems like everyone goes home and there are basically no lines for all the rides so take advantage of that!!! Lots of people though, even during covid. Definitely will get diseases there!!! No mask policy for the most part, since everyone is in water. You'd hope the chlorine kills something!! Otherwise big yikes!!! read more

Really fun water park. They have about 5 different slides along with the wave pool and lazy river. Even better is they allow free re-entry so you can leave to grab lunch and come back which is what my wife and I did. We did all of the slides but my favorite is definitely the plummet. The water park, itself, is a fun place, and we have fun memories taking our children to White Water back in the 1990s there in Branson, MO. The reason I am giving this a 1 star is because of their lack of dress code enforcement of their own policy. Before my husband and I went, I read the dress code, which stated, "White Water is a family-friendly environment prioritizing guest and team member safety. As such, all guests must wear appropriate attire when enjoying pools, rides, and attractions. ...Not appropriate: revealing clothing and swimwear that park personnel deems inappropriate for our family environment." It has gotten completely out of hand and is now a bums-in-your-face theme park. Seriously, there were a large number of women wearing thong-like bottoms, so vulgar and insensitive to others. In fact, if you take your children, their nasty heinies will be smack in their faces as you wait in line, a type of sexual harassment and would be worth filing a sexual harassment claim over. Until they can figure out how to have a backbone and enforce a family-friendly environment, I would suggest saving your money and spend it elsewhere. If the park ever returns to a better standard, then they might have a better chance of not going under. Too bad they have gone downhill. At the same time, this is a great business opportunity for someone who wants to create a true family-friendly water park. We took our youth group here while in Branson. They had a great time. The park is rather small with VERY limited seating. The Aloha river was crowded and is rather small. The young people enjoyed the slides. We spent about 4 hours here and it was just about right. read more

We did the Silver Dollar City-White Water combination tickets. Silver Dollar city was definitely more thrilling and time-consuming than White Water, but White Water still filled our day delightfully. For a water park, it is small, but still fun. The wave pool is similar to Seven Peaks (Utah), comparable to most water parks I've attended. There were simple free-fall rides, nothing too scary or dramatic. The funnest slide was the one where the floor drops from under you. That was new to me and very thrilling! The kids area was fantastic. Aside from the lazy river, there was a giant play area with smaller slides, dumping buckers, waterfalls, and spouts. It occupied my kids for hours! (My kids ages 7-1). There is also a toddler water play area as well. Plenty for the kids and babies to do, just not as many slides for adults. It took about half a day to cover all the rides, but I spent the remainder of the day watching my kids have fun and laying out, so it was a perfect 1-day activity for our young family. read more

Lots of fun things to do including numerous individual and family slides, lazy river, wave pool, etc. It can be somewhat expensive for just a one day visit, therefore, I would suggest getting an SDC/Whitewater season pass! Very clean family friendly water park! We rented a cabana by the kiddie play area for $150 and it was a great buy. They gave us personal float tubes, and a covered table with a fan and tv. When we come back, we will reserve a cabana again to beat the heat. Also, they say no personal floats, but that does not include puddle jumpers because we saw plenty of those. And although it says no outside food I saw plenty of people with outside food. And I don't blame them because the food sucks and is crazy expensive there. So eat before you go and wait until you're starving before buying anything to eat. The staff was all very nice! They are all so enjoyable. Thanks for a great family water park memory! Prices are high for what they have. I understand they have the corner on the market for an outdoor waterpark in the area, but I was not impressed. We spent a few hours here and rode all the slides here and quickly become bored by the lack of selection. That being said, the employees here are great - very helpful and cheerful. In the future, barring any major additions here, I will take a pass on visiting here and spend a second day at Silver Dollar City instead. read more

I like that most lifeguards are very alert but the ticket prices and food are way over priced for a water park, there's better water parks for cheaper but I guess they want you to buy the season passes with Silver Dollar City because that's the only way you get a good deal. Lot of fun! My son has a blast here. The slides are fun. Not as thrilling as a roller coaster at Silver Dollar City but just as fun in there own way. You can bring in sealed water bottles as well as empty refillable bottles. Obviously to keep out alcohol. They have a bottle for $19 with unlimited free refills for the season. I plan to get one next time. I bought a season locker use for $40. I believe my wife said a one day locker use is $19 with $10 refunded for the key. So $9. I seen reviews recommending water shoes. I don't. I recommend flip flops. The concrete is hot. Super hot. When shoeless you will be plotting the shade spot you will stand in next. All the slides require bare feet. Everyone leaves their water shoes or flip flops near the beginning of the line then waits barefoot. Then goes back for them after. Flip flops are much easier. Slide your feet in then out. I brought water shoes and found myself balancing on one foot on hot concrete trying to slip my wet foot back into a wet shoe. Or find a place to sit. Next time it's flip flops for sure. My only gripe are selfish patrons. Throwing towels on chairs in the shade to "claim" them and are no where to be found. Chairs are for people not towels. Put it on a hot chair in the sun and it will dry faster. Leave it on one of the only shady chairs you may come back to find me chilling out on it. Parking is free. And was plentiful. There is a grass area past the lot people park in as well. It seems like over flow but many were parked there simply because it's closer than the far corner of the paved lot. We bought two Park season passes this year where as before we only got SDC. I am impressed with the place and plan to do the same next year. read more

Slide rides in poor condition, working at partial capacity, if working at all. Wimpy wave pool. Food services in disarray with several points of service closed. Ok so I bought season tickets that were supposed to include guest passes so my kids could bring a friend but none of the guest passes work because they have dates that don't coincide with when you want to go. Like the entire month of July! And they are not free passes they are basically a coupon that gives you a reduced price so each time you want to use one you still have to go stand in the ticket line and pay for your guest. So no more season tickets for us! Also this park is small and not labeled so you better learn the map before you go. Also most of the food places were closed so the few that were open has hour long wait times to get drinks and there are no water fountains. You can rent a chair but other wise there is no where to sit. The lazy river is a joke. It's so small and there are not enough rafts so you have to wait for someone to come around and let you have a raft but there were so many people waiting and no actual line so we kept getting passed up for people that ran out and grabbed floats that we left. The wave pool is just a pool there were no waves that I could see so we didn't do that either. The slides were ok and the children's area is nice but again no where to sit and watch your kid play. They have chairs for rent but they were already taken I guess. Also they don't let you wear shoes on the rides but there is nowhere to leave your shoes and the concrete is HOT and rough. We won't go back and I won't purchase season passes again. I was disappointed to say the very least. read more

First time I went here I was maybe 8 years old. We went here several times as kids with our grandparents. I went again when I was 19 with my best friend and had a blast. Water slides, lazy river, decent food that is not super expensive. We went back again this week some decade plus a few years later and it has really changed, but only in the rides. Same good food, same low prices. You can buy a refillable mug for $6.50 and then refills are $0.99 each. Get this if you go, it is worth it and ice water is free. They have a kids area, wave pool, lazy river, family tube ride, three tube rides and 4 fast slides. Nice clean changing rooms, and lockers to keep your items for a $5 rental fee. Kind of a small water park, but still fun. The great thing is that everyone is friendly and helpful. If you love to people watch this is also a great place to do that. read more

This place is way too busy to enjoy during the busy summer season, do not waste your money. I think they should limit the amount of people allowed in the gate. We couldn't move in the wave pool without bumping into other people. There were no chairs available at 10:45am and none with shade unless you paid $150 so not ideal for littles.
