We had such a great time at the Branson coaster! It was a fun experience for all ages. I was a little worried about my youngest son, but he did amazing and wasn't scared at all. Most of my crew is pretty nervous around heights and roller coasters, but everyone ended up loving it! I will admit, the idea of potentially getting too close to the person in front of you stressed me out a little. You do have to keep a certain distance, and I did get a little closer than I wanted to at one point. Thankfully, it was easy to brake and slow down, so it ended up being much less stressful than I expected. If the line isn't too long, I would definitely recommend doing it a few times. The wait can be a little lengthy, but it's worth it. The staff was fantastic, especially the guys helping everyone get started. They were fun, encouraging, and made the experience even better. One of them could tell my youngest was nervous and did such a great job calming him down and cheering him on before he took off. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him a proper shoutout! This was such a fun family activity and a great memory for all of us. Definitely recommend it! read more

I would like to share my experience regarding the ticket purchase and visit, which unfortunately fell short of expectations due to inadequate customer service and insufficient upfront information. I discovered this attraction through an online search and proceeded to purchase tickets without realizing that the sale was facilitated by a timeshare-type operation. This was not clearly disclosed beforehand, and I found the subsequent sales interaction to be uncomfortable. Lesson learned. Buy tickets at the venue. The ride was fun and offered good value. Fun times. It was the only one we rode. You went down, were brought back up and then went down again on a different track. We enjoyed it, would do it again. It would be pretty hard to not have fun doing this. Not too much personality from the people working there. They were not nice but they were not mean, just doing a job. I know dealing with the public can be hard, but smiling being nice, making small talk can make the experience a whole lot better for families. So if you come here, there will be no extra frills. You get the instruction, you go down, you come back up, you go down, you come back up, you're told to remove your seat belt and exit. So you do and then it's done. So fun! First, I love to go fast!! Lead foot lady here! I was a little nervous though. We bought tickets in advance and waited for the day this week with the best weather. Arrived at opening since we had seen lines form on previous days at different times. The check-in process was easy, staff friendly and upbeat! We walked right up and took our run! Bryce was so kind to give instructions and even went through his spiel again a second time when I asked because I felt I didn't "hear" it all in my excitement/nervousness! The run is sooo fast! I used the brakes more than I thought I would, haha, but got back up to speed again super fast. You basically run through this twice and the pulleys get you back up to the top easy peasy! I have two complains: 1) It's pretty expensive for the amount of time the ride takes. 2) If your child has an arm cast (just like the advertisement photo) they won't actually let him ride. It took all day to get him back on track after his MAJOR disappointment. I hope they update the advertising photos on Viatour (see attached). I paid for my 6 year old to go with my sister and they had a nice memory. Unfortunately the day for me and the other 4 of us that didn't end up riding was difficult. Although we didn't ride any of the other local coasters, the Branson Coaster is hard to beat! It's located in the middle of town so you would expect it not to be that great. What you don't see from the front is the beautiful foliage and trees back behind. For those who don't know...coasters are kind of a new thing. More about scenic than heart-stopping thrills. It's a roller coaster without the big huge drops that make your life flash before your eyes. You can go super fast if you want, but you control the speed. I thought the ride was over when my car came to the bottom and started chugging back up the hill (and I would have been satisfied) but no...then you start another whole section of rails and that made me so happy! The prices were very good! $14 per adult was very convenient! For the amount of people there, the waiver signing and lines were pretty fast! Customer service was just great! They were very good at explaining everything for us in a very detailed manner! The ride was just amazing and it was very fast, had lots of turns and banks, and went over and under multiple other tracks! Having control of your coaster gives you lots of comfort when you ride it, but I recommend you go full speed! Our whole party absolutely loved it! We knew we wanted to ride this from the first moment that we saw it had been built. It's been a couple years I think. We bought our tickets and it was cool outside the sun was going down. I had worn a hoodie so that I wouldn't be too cold knowing that the track goes down into the woods. It was super five-star ride and so much fun. I'm not a coaster person, so I didn't go for a ride, but the rest in our group went. What makes this coaster cool is that rather than be like a traditional coaster where a bunch of people are connected, these are individual cars. The other thing about this that's cool is that each driver controls their own speed with the handles on the side of their car, so they can go as fast or slow as they want. Judging by the screams, everyone seemed to enjoy it, even my youngest who had been nervous to ride by herself. The one negative is the price. $16/person for a ride that lasts less than five minutes is really pricey, but there are coupons around to get a few bucks off, so I guess that's something. Plus, as mentioned, the single rider concept is kind of unique. I'm not sure if people would ride it on a regular basis, but for a one-time ride, they seemed to like it. read more
