Anyone that went through this museum and had less than a spectacular experience had to have been doing it wrong. We had our picture taken in different poses the minute we walked through the door, which instantly put us in a fantastic mood. From there, we made our way through different celebrities and even some horror icons. The detail on each one was amazing. There were even areas you could pose with them. It took us about 25 minutes to make it through the whole thing. HIGHLY recommend!!

If you've heard bad things about this wax museum, ignore them because this place has much improved! Yes, some of the figures aren't great, and Madame Tussaud's does it better overall, but they have some great wax figures in here. They also have lots of props you can use in your photos and videos. It's a lot of fun. We had been to their other location in Pigeon Forge many years ago, and most of the figures didn't look anything like the celebrities. But after going to this one, I can say their wax artists have gotten much better. There's a small but fun gift shop at the end.

The museum was well kept. And the staff was super kind. The lady up front (Debbie, I think) was especially nice. Went out of her way to make sure the experience was even better than just the tickets. Thanks.

Pricey but it was fun. I only did the regular admission not the all access pass. Statues were fine, many of them had props you can use for your pictures. I went there a little while ago and there weren't a lot of people. If you come and there are very few people ahead of you, I recommend using the props to make the most out of your visit instead of just walking through. The staff was present at the front.

I've been twice and while it's a simple walk through looking at the wax figures it's still cool. Each spot has a sign with descriptions, facts, history etc. Also some have props for you to take pictures and be interactive. My group and I definitely had fun visiting.

They have their own parking lot that seemed to get people in and out, and their line was short to buy tickets. My guy asked the cashier if I could bring my fanny pack, to which she quickly replied no, it needs to stay in the car and cannot be brought along to the ride. While I appreciate this information at the ticket stand, it was quite frustrating to get back home and see some AI-consolidated mentions of small lockers from a few months ago. Not sure if this is true or not, but I feel it should be mentioned on the website in FAQs and on signage at the site. Other than that, as a tourist, I still enjoyed the ride.

Next you watch a video. Then they weigh you and check the height of the children. Weight limit is 300 pounds. They are big on safety-one at a time they seat you in the "coaster"- you are buckled in with 2 safety straps-additional child straps. There are handles to hold to control speed. I am not big on speed and went slow. The coaster climbs through the woods and fake animals are scattered throughout. At the top there is a shed and guide who gives a thumbs up and down the hill you go-tilting slightly at times and circling around. They assist you and unstrap you at the end. A photo is taken 3/4 of the way down-smile and try not to look scared! Summary All the locals recommended this ride as the most scenic and it was! Great fun-even for me who is skiddish about heights and speed. Note-second ride is discounted. Best ride ever! Loved it!!

We skipped the golf course because it's outside and it was cold and raining. Out of the 4 out of 5 attractions we visited, I had the most fun on this one. It's a virtual 3D ride combined with a first person shooter video game. So you have 3D glasses and a laser blaster gun and pick settings/foes. We went with killer clowns and robots. We were all laughing and having a great time blasting enemies. If I had one suggestion, it would be to make the ride last longer. It seemed pretty short, especially with how fun it is. But, if you got kids (or even if you don't), check it out. It's a blast! Totally get the Fiver Pass as it's the best value.

It's also a great spot if you have younger kids. There is plenty for them to do beyond just rides, including play areas, interactive attractions, and even a train ride. It's not one of those parks where little kids are limited. They can stay busy all day. The whole park has a really cool 1880s theme and is honestly one of the most beautiful theme parks I've been to. Between the shops, craftsmen, and scenery, it feels more like an experience than just rides. That said, be ready for a lot of walking. This park is very hilly and you will feel it by the end of the day. Lines can also get long during busy times. Overall, it's a really unique place with a ton to do for all ages. You do have to keep a certain distance, and I did get a little closer than I wanted to at one point. Thankfully, it was easy to brake and slow down, so it ended up being much less stressful than I expected. If the line isn't too long, I would definitely recommend doing it a few times. Well, the link does not work, so we arrived 30 mins prior to our reservation as instructed in the instructions. You walk into the nice building and serval workers are there yet no one engages with you to welcome you. Finally you get some one at that counter and tell them you are there to checkin. We are told we are the only party in that reservation slot, we get weighed, and sign the waiver. After you sign the waiver nothing happens. They don't tell you anything you just wait. I did mentioned that we tried to sign them online and another lady says oh yeah that doesn't work and we cannot change the email with the instructions either. Seems odd. Well, after you wait with no communication from the staff eventually Maykala came to say she was going to get us geared up. She took our group started to work with us and then a guide Seth came and told her to take a break. He may have been trying to be funny with some of the things he was saying, however it came off as very rude. Out on the lines we had a good time. The first line we went down everyone in our group was turning around and Seth made a comment to my husband and me that our boys were not holding the brake correctly causing them to turn, well when my husband and I went we both turned. The next line Maykala told us to hold the brake a little different and seemed to make a big difference. The problem was Seth was receiving and he told our one son (who has autism) he was doing it wrong which needless to say upset him since he did exactly what he was just instructed to do. Seth would continue to make comments to our boys that I'm not sure if he thought were funny or what, however again it just came across as rude. After the lines you return to the office. No communication if you are free to go or what. We knew from watching a previous group checkout that they have photos you can buy. So, when I went to buy some drink and the lady asked if I wanted photos I told her no one has talked to us about them however, yes we wanted them. Overall it was a fun time. Maykala was amazing! The rest of the crew in the office and Seth needs to learn about customer service.
