    jellyfish/mirrors room

If you have little kids, this place is perfect for killing at least an hour of time! It's not too big so they're interested the whole time with lots of different activities. It was almost like a mix of a small children's museum and an aquarium. If you're an adult that frequently visits aquariums, you might be a little underwhelmed by the size. Overall though our group did have a really fun time, so it just depends what you're looking for! Awesome for kids.

Wow this aquarium was so cool! It has a 5D ride upon entry and this amazing jellyfish room. I don't even know how to explain what a dream this jellyfish exhibit was. I could have stayed in here for hours. This place was so cool with really fun things to do and see. We loved it here! At the end the kids can get a free ice cream with their scavenger hunt sheets, from this cool place called spoons that sits right out front.

Didn't know what to expect in Missouri, but the aquarium was nice. I do wish the walkthrough was longer, and it felt a bit expensive for how short it was. That said, all of the exhibits were set up beautifully and very visually appealing, with a nice variety of fish. Most of the staff had great, interactive energy, and the petting area had knowledgeable staff who were helpful and engaging. The jellyfish room was a highlight, and the submarine ride was a cute addition. Overall, I'd recommend visiting if you're in Missouri.

Wow oh wow is what I can say about the Aquarium At The Boardwalk. This is a MUST DO! In Branson. Even if you are not an aquarium person you will enjoy your visit. We have gone to a plethora of aquariums in our adventures and I consider this aquariums in the top 3, below Atlanta and Boston. There are lots of beautiful and wonderful fish here of all colors and sizes. The standouts are the bloom room, very cool. The giant aquarium, the sea horses, pinecone fish and flashing fish.really everything is pretty cool. The people who work here are very helpful as well. For pricing I strongly suggest doing the package deal of 4 other places. You'll see what I'm talking about when you visit or online. Yes this is going to cost $$ but hey you are in Branson everything is a bit pricey Overall we had a fantastic time, and when we come back to Branson in the future we will definitely visit. Well worth it!

We had an amazing day at the Branson Aquarium! Admission was about $40 per person, or $38 for seniors, which is pretty standard for aquariums. It was well worth the price of admission, they have plenty of tanks of interesting and beautiful fish. I wish that there was more information about each tank and that they had more local, freshwater species. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the exhibits and also the AC on a hot summer day :).

The kids had a great time and it was a beautiful aquarium. I felt it was way to small and overpriced for an aquarium this size. $130? I would have skipped this and done a show or specifically new in Branson vs an aquarium you can go to anywhere.

Beautiful aquariums with species I have never seen before! I have visited aquariums from Florida to California and this was a great place! Take your time and enjoy the beauty found within their beautiful facility

Had a great time at the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! Beautiful fish ! Loved walking around and taken it all in today !

Small- we paid almost $60 for me and a 6yr old and with taking our time still done in an hour. My thought when I left was wow; I wish I could make $60 an hour!!! The lady who checked us in gave my son a little trinket for his birthday; that was nice. What they had for an aquarium was laid out nicely. Although the jellyfish area really messed with my senses and had me rubbing my eyes just dazed. I had to get out of that area quickly.

    Beautiful fish

It was our first time visit to the aquarium. I was excited because I have read so many post on Facebook that were not good, we were skeptical as to rather it was worth it. Let me tell you we were delighted with it. Neither of us have wanted to go see the one at Bass Pro because it is so big. But Branson aquarium was perfect. You can see it in very little time or you can spend longer if you want. We will definitely be going back and taking family and friends.

    Luisa F.

The only advantage of this experience was the kindness exhibited by some of the staff. However, the admission price does not justify the visit. This aquarium seems to cater to tourists, capitalizing on their willingness to pay, which is reflected in the steep costs. I would not recommend it for adults; however, it may be suitable for families with small children, albeit it is quite a small venue. I suggest saving your money for a different attraction, or consider visiting in the evening when tickets are more affordable if you are determined to go.

Good place for little kids. Pretty expensive for a short tour. Neat jellyfish display.

You know things are about to get interesting when a 200-foot tower named "Gravity Bomb" looms over…read morethe parking lot and there's a cartoon Bigfoot giving you a thumbs up like, "Yeah, trust me, this'll be fun." Welcome to Bigfoot Fun Park in Branson--a place where your inner child meets your adult-level fear of heights and your wallet quietly starts sweating. We started with the mini golf, because nothing gets the blood pumping like passive-aggressive putting. The course was glow-in-the-dark, covered in caves, waterfalls, and Bigfoot-themed props. At one point I putted through a log that looked suspiciously like a porta-potty. My ball ricocheted into a fake pond and I pretended that was part of the experience. Then came the main event: the Bigfoot Action Tower. There are two options--either shoot 200 feet in the air like you just stepped on a LEGO, or drop straight down like a terrified ragdoll. We did the drop ride, and I swear time slowed down. I heard colors. I made promises to the universe. And when we landed, I couldn't stop laughing--or maybe crying, it's all a blur. The arcade was next, where we exchanged real dollars for digital tokens and digital tokens for tickets, and then tickets for one (1) glow-in-the-dark rubber chicken. Worth it? Spiritually, yes. We peeked into the Yeti Fun Zone, which is like a jungle gym on caffeine. Kids were leaping off platforms, zipping down slides, and flopping into air bags like little gymnastic possums. I considered joining but remembered I'm at the age where I can injure myself sneezing. To finish the trip, we checked out the 8D theater ride, which included VR goggles, laser guns, and an on-screen Bigfoot in what I can only describe as the weirdest cowboy vs. alien vs. sasquatch scenario ever rendered. All in all, Bigfoot Fun Park is weird, wild, and unexpectedly charming. It's like someone asked, "What if Chuck E. Cheese married a roller coaster and they had a baby raised by Bigfoot?" And honestly? That baby turned out great.

On this trip, we purchased our tickets in advance for our 2 sons and 4 friends. She and I had planned on staying up top while the kids played. A recent policy change requires EVERYONE who walks in the door to purchase a general admission pass ($25 + tax or $19.99 during their area appreciation promo). This was not shown on the website. Otherwise, we would have made different plans. Instead, we were required to pay another $48.46 after tax just to hang out while our kids played. I would have no issue with this policy change if we knew about it in advance and could have made an informed decision. Very shady to not advertise this until families are in the building. Edit: when I spoke to a staff member about the policy change during our visit, his reply was that they required everyone to pay as they reduced the price of the "elite seating." He did not listen to me or address my concern at all. Tone deaf response.

One great tip we learned while we were there: when you buy a ticket, it's good for multiple days. Ours was valid through Monday even though we visited on Saturday, which makes it a great option to do early in your trip so you can come back. The one weird thing about our visit happened outside in the parking lot. There was a camper trailer parked in the covered parking spaces, taking up four or five spots. It was raining heavily during our visit, so we watched older adults and families with small kids having to park farther down the hill in uncovered spots while this camper took up prime covered space. I have no idea what the situation is but it came off like a really poor decision on the part of the owners. That said, the experience inside was still enjoyable, and we'd return.
