Everything. This is literally one of the worst facilities I've been to. They have an Argentine black and white tegu and a red tegu housed together in a 4x2x2 enclosure, recommended size for a SINGLE black and white is 8x4x4. They're also solitary animals and shouldn't be housed together. They have 3 bearded dragons housed together, which are also solitary animals, and claimed they tried to separate them but they wouldn't eat... this is also dangerous, and as adults they don't need to eat as much. Neither the tegus or bearded dragons had UVB, which is ESSENTIAL for reptiles, especially those guys, to get the calcium they need. Without it they're very likely to develop MBD(Metabolic Bone Disease) and die a super painful death. They had a Burmese Python that was on display with not only scale rot, but also burn marks/lesions along her back from where she had hit/rubbed against the unprotected(exposed) heat bulb, which can generate surface temperatures up to 200 degrees if the wattage was correct. They housed Guinea pigs in a trough that would've been acceptable for 5 pigs, MAYBE up to 10 pigs, but there were over 20 easily. They had ball pythons housed in enclosures together with horribly stuck shed and they were EXTREMELY underweight, more than likely due to an unwillingness to eat because of stress and poor husbandry. There was also a green tree python(named Verde) that was SO poorly taken care of. Spotty shedding all over. NONE of the reptiles had the correct humidity requirements. On top of ALL of this, I had discreetly approached someone asking who was in charge to just have a legit conversation about it all and I was told "we try to get new animals weekly" and "she(I'm assuming the owner, whoever she may be) funds it all herself and is trying her best". There's NO reason to need weekly orders of animals that live potentially 30 years if they have adequate care. I'm genuinely disgusted by the care of these animals and pray that they are able to find adequate care FAST, and I pray she STOPS CARING FOR ANIMALS SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO. What's even more horrible is that this was all done under the guise that God guided their hand, when no God I know would wish for the diminishment of his creations the way I witnessed today.

My family absolutely LOVED this place! We came down to Eureka Springs and were recommended to give this park a visit. I am very happy that we decided to do so. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all of their animals! Facility was clean and smelled great when entering into the park. You can definitely tell the animals are loved & cared for. 10/10 recommend!

Big bunny that loved all the pettin's!

Avid zoo go-er here! Lots of fun animals, and some I hadn't ever seen before! It was a hot day today and many of the animals were sleeping, or laying around. Only giving four stars because this is unfortunately one of those zoos that reminded me of how sad it is for wild animals to be in captivity. The big cats were pacing, most of the enclosed animals on the "foot zoo" were in enclosures with no grass. I could definitely be wrong, but they just looked less than happy. I definitely recommend going before the heat of the day kicks in!

These beauties didn't come up. They were busy basking in the sun.

My teenaged niece and I were in Branson for some R&R and drove past the Promised Land location in town. I sought out a Groupon and got a great deal. I later realized that it was for the Eagle Rock location. After reading some reviews and scouring the various add-on packages seemingly necessary to visit most of the animals at the Branson location, I was happy to make the drive out to Eagle Rock. The safari park was well worth the drive from Branson! We saw emu, various types and sizes of deer, bison, zebra, llama, Longhorns, peacocks ... the list goes on. We bought two cups of feed and were just able to spread it around to the free-roaming animals during the four-mile adventure. Will definitely return!

My kids LOVED feeding the animals from the car. Great experience. Will definitely be going back.

Feeling a bit hesitant at first to do it on bike but it was the best feeling. It was a perfect 68, clear skies and lilac blooms along the way. The perfection was almost overwhelming. A tram is also available for a round trip adventure but the bike was just too fun to pass up. Along the way we saw all kinds of little critters, snakes, fish and birds. Stopped at the tree house, chapel and most of the waterfalls. On bike with all the stops about 2 hours, walking could easily be 3+. Bikes are $15 each and I highly recommend getting there early so you have your pick cause the good ones go fast. Some have baskets and you should get one of those and then fill it with a picnic lunch. Little under $20 per person for entry, with discounts for veterans, seniors and children. Large parking but the place is popular, so again if possible arrive early.

Then when we got there, the check in lady, recommended the Tram like we had been besties forever an we would really miss out of we didn't do it. 0 regrets. She was so right. Didn't love the restaurant, but literally everything else was amazing.
