We were visiting family in town from LA and took 4 kids (3, 4, 6, and 10) here on a Friday around 1pm. It wasn't busy at all, with some of the areas even empty most of the time we were there. There was ample seating for adults alongside the trampolines, and down below near the shoe cubbies. For 4 adults and the 4 kids for 1.5 hours of jumping (kids only, also bought 4 pairs of the socks), it was $65 after tax. I thought that was cheap compared to prices where we live. I'm surprised to see the complaints on here about this place ... maybe none of these people have ever been to an indoor play place for kids? They're all run by kids in HS or college with minimal customer service skills. They all smell funny, are hot, and don't feel clean to adults. The snack and drink options were limited, as they are at these places. Was this place more ick than a national chain trampoline park? Sure, but what does anyone expect for a concrete slab enclosed by aluminum lol. We used the bathrooms several times and they were fine. The seating areas for adults were fine. If I lived locally, my toddler would be here a lot. He loved it and didn't stop playing the entire time. read more

We had my Grandson's 7th Birthday party there, which cost us $245. My son Inlaw walked back to the employee area. They did this is against policy and kicked us out. A very rude manager. We weee forced to take the pizza and our Birthday cake and leave. This is very traumatizing to a 7 year old and extremely unnecessary. They then tried to claim My so Inlaw was taking a drink. Hmmm weird considering he already had one, and we had all brought our own beverages in. No proof. Just accusations. Of course, my son Inlaw was the only guy of color in the place. Interesting. read more

Horrible experience for our kids birthday party staff was useless and the manager was just as bad with absolutely no skills in customer service. read more

This place was a mess it stink so bad we had to leave and the place looked sketchy as hell there was no ac a lot of people and it smelled like poop and sweat I wished I can give a 0 but I can't do not come here ever if you don't like poop or sweat read more

My kids are getting older and they've put a lot more safety regulations on the place and so far not any bad injuries since then. I had my son's birthday party here only because he kept begging me, so I finally have in. the staff are always really nice but I don't suggest going here with younger kids unless it's a birthday party since things can get wild! read more

I was not impressed with the lack of cleanliness. I asked question about their wavier, and the stuff was unable to answer my questions and just dismissed me. For the money spent, sadly we won't be back. Disappointed read more

We took our granddaughter during the 0-6 year time. Had 3 grown men come in without about a 3 yr old and two of the men proceeded to play rather rough. Not a fan of numerous grownups around small children read more

My 5 year old niece with sever food allergies had a birthday party here today and can not recommend this place less. They made us throw away the allergen safe food that we brought for her to enjoy on her birthday and would make no exception. She had to sit and watch her friends eat pizza on her birthday after the manager threw away her allergen safe food. Additionally, the manager was extremely rude and not understanding of our medical situation. In 2022 there should be no reason that a child should be shamed due to a food allergy that they are unable to control, especially on their 5th birthday. I have never seen a management team act with such poor taste in my life. This is NOT the place for you if your children have any allergies or medical conditions that need extra understanding. They should invest in training for their management because they are extremely tone deaf when it comes to making this place special for kids with extra needs. read more

This is a really good place for anyone of any age. Dodge ball course, basketball goals, ninja course (7 years of age and up), and more. Took my 3 year old, and while she was too young to do the wipeout or ninja course, she loved everything else enough. We came during a weekday (Tuesday) during the summer at 2:30pm. Yelp said it was closed, it was not. There were about 40 people. So it was perfect. The building could have double to triple that before I started feeling a little crowded. Not sure if it's over crowded during the summer weekends or not, but didn't want to find out and have my 3 year old run over. There is plenty of seating for people that can't jump, and if you're willing to pay, there are massage chairs also while sitting around. This place does not serve real food, but they have plenty of snack and drink options. There were not a lot of reviews on yelp when I posted this, and the one bad review was kinda dumb. So figured I would add some photos, and opinions for anyone who else looking. Now I just need to find out if they will rent out the dodge ball court for 6v6 adult games. read more

Fun place to take the kids and get one heck of a workout! The reason for the last two stars not chosen you may ask? Because when we spoke to the cashier and paid for the 6 of us to jump for an hour and a half, there was absolutely no mention of things that aren't included. So we went off and started jumping and exploring the place. In the back part of the warehouse they have a small obstacle course like one modeled after American Ninja Warrior. My daughter thought it looked fun so we headed over to it. We were then stopped by a worker and said we needed a stamp to play on it. I asked how we got that, and she said it was a dollar extra to get it. This was ridiculous! So you're telling me that after we spent 10 minutes interacting with the front cashier buying socks and time for 6 of us (I think it was roughly $85.00 or so), that they didn't say "Oh and if you'd like to use the obstacle course we need to add $1.00 to each person that will use it." If you want to make $1.00 more, just let us know up front. Don't make me get rejected in the middle of our session and have to go dig in my stuff to get my credit card to give you $1.00 more just so my daughter can play on the obstacle course. The extra credit card transaction fee cuts into your profit. And if you offered it up front to every customer, I would guarantee you'd make more dollars because I'm sure not everyone would go back and pay $1.00 more. read more

Took my daughter and her friends there today and had a great time. Staff were super helpful and nice. Great time!!!!
