For one it's waaay cheaper entertainment! $27 for unlimited pack, and $22 for just trampolines. No that doesn't include food, but in the end I personally think you get way more for your money here. You can literally spend hours just letting your kid get worn out!! I also like that they closed the entrance by the mall, so only one way in and out "better to keep an eye on the kiddos." The only thing that's pricy is food and drinks, but FYI soda refills are only 1.20 and you can get a soda and two pieces of pizza for like $7!! We opted for the monthly membership which is about $18 after taxes, but if you come more than 6 times a year it's paid for itself. Also anyone who comes with a member gets in for half price!!! If you got some work to do on the laptop it's a perfect place to wear out the kid and do your business. Definitely would get 5 stars if there were more food, and drink selections. My sister and I went today to Fritz's at 10am, since that is when it is posted that they "Open". We paid and went in to find nothing but the little kids climbing things open. We stood in line for TreeTops and were told "NOT to stand in line because they were not open". We said we would wait, thinking that is may be 15 minutes or so, but were told four more times to "NOT stand in line" because they would not open until maybe 11:30 or later - an hour and a half AFTER their "Open" time. We had come to do TreeTops specifically, but went and did the multi-story ropes course just to waste time. Even that course was not open until 30 minutes AFTER their "open" time. I thought when a business says they are open, they are actually open. If you can't get your act together and have things open until noon, then put NOON as your "OPEN" time. Don't waste our time and money. So, we are on the third floor of the ropes course, and a worker came up to us and told us that the Treetops will open in 10 minutes and to go down and get in line. We went down, took off our gear, and went to get in line. The worker girl inside the TreeTops area said we are "NOT OPEN! Do NOT stand in line!" So, at that point, we left. We had had enough of the piss poor attitudes of the workers, and the very, very poorly run business. Unless someone else runs the place, I would question going back. You are shooting the dice to whether you even get to do anything once you have paid your money. And the outside ziplines were all closed, and the workers said they had been closed for a while. Is that on your website, and do you tell people that when they make reservations. That is most of that course. So my review would be a zero if that were a choice. Save your money and your time!

They have a lot of class times to choose from and the trainers are top notch! My daughter started coming to Gold Medal Gymnastics when she was three years old on a program that they have set up with her child care center. She now trains on a pre competition team and I'm amazed by her growth in strength and maneuvers.

I have one daughter in the JO program and another in the xcel program. Both programs are exactly what they need and are treated equally. Gymnastics is a tough sport and I'm super thankful that my daughters are able to learn lifelong lessons at a gym that cares about them as individuals as well as what they can provide to their teams. We spend a lot of time here and the atmosphere is truly caring. From the littlest rec gymnasts up to the level 10 gymnasts, they push them to be their best and provide the tools needed. You won't be disappointed!

Last month there were approximately 75 children with only 2 coaches watching the gym. Two of the coaches left part of the time and then returned. This month's open gym had approximately 50 children, with only 3 coaches. One of the coaches left (I assume to pick up the pizza). Very unsafe environment and chaos!

However, we have been here 5 months and my daughter has learned no new skills. I realize she needs to take several hours a week to get many accomplishments in gymnastics. She is only in a rec class. My issue is that the coaches don't really seem to care if she gets any new skills. They rarely spot the students. It is as if they are just going through a "process" week after week. They don't "get it" that parents are paying for their child to learn/improve in gymnastics. They have no vested interested, it seems that this is just a job to them and they don't really give their best efforts. I get it they are young and just minimum wage employees, but I am really frustrated with the investment and care for the students by the teachers.

Holy cow. Took my little girl there today for tryouts (she was a level 4 in California where we…read morecame from) and they were dropping girls from the pyramid and girls were getting hurt. One little girl ran off crying because of one coaches yelling at her. Found out later it was the coaches daughter. The gym is dirty and awful. Found out the owners were from Nixa (where ever that is) and they look down on anyone that lives in Springfield. Finally one of the coaches almost got my daughter hurt by forcing a scared little girl to go on a pyramid that fell and would have went head first into the floor if it wasn't for my daughter. Needless to say I went elsewhere.
