My daughter started coming to Gold Medal Gymnastics when she was three years old on a program that they have set up with her child care center. I have one daughter in the JO program and another in the xcel program. Both programs are exactly what they need and are treated equally. Gymnastics is a tough sport and I'm super thankful that my daughters are able to learn lifelong lessons at a gym that cares about them as individuals as well as what they can provide to their teams. We spend a lot of time here and the atmosphere is truly caring. From the littlest rec gymnasts up to the level 10 gymnasts, they push them to be their best and provide the tools needed. Last month there were approximately 75 children with only 2 coaches watching the gym. Two of the coaches left part of the time and then returned. This month's open gym had approximately 50 children, with only 3 coaches. One of the coaches left (I assume to pick up the pizza). Very unsafe environment and chaos!

Just how efficiently she can swindle you. Attended here for months before realizing there was some super sketchy behavior. True colors always come to the surface, unfortunately not before they did damage. Hopefully you can avoid the experience my kiddo's had to endure due to crooked adults. Don't expect things to make sense here or the manager to have any moral compass, obligations or compassion in any manner. She claims the owner will stand with her distasteful behavior and that's incredibly unfortunate.

They have fitness classes daily and open swim times in their basement pool. It's really great the way it is divided into different levels depending on what you are looking for. Most of the weight machines plus free weights and indoor rock climbing are in 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has a track which goes around the entire upstairs and mainly has cardio equipment. The weights include the only four way neck machine I have seen at a commercial gym. They also have a deadlift platform, power racks, pull-up machine, dumbbells to 120 lbs. Plus they have too many extras to mention. It's a great place that does a lot of good for the community with kids activities and a true health focus. I live close enough to walk and feel very fortunate to live so near. Highly recommend!

At one point the 2-12 year olds weren't moving fast enough while exiting the gym to go to the party room so she began yelling a countdown at them in a horrible tone. I don't yell at my own children that way so I didn't appreciate having somebody I am paying a good chunk of money to doing it. Only 1 hour was allotted for play time (30 minutes in each gym) and by the time the one worker there harnessed the kids up for the zip line, it was time to get out. Multiple parents were appalled at the manners of the employee and her complete impatience with the kids. I would absolutely not recommend going here.
