We love Jump Mania and the new owner and manager are really nice and down to earth. We always bend his ear and he always has time for us when we come in. Our kids are 5 and 3.5 (twins) and they always have a blast. It's one of the few year round places for very young kids to burn off some extra energy and it's small enough that I feel like I can let them go and get some much needed relaxation even if its on a bench with my headphones on. Being business owners ourselves we know how hard it is to balance the expectations of the customers while still turning a profit so for this reason I feel like it's good value for money; especially if you can spend at least 2 hours there. Recommend avoiding weekends for the obvious reasons but if you can go during the week it's much quieter!! read more

Adults are allowed to jump on the kids bounce houses. My child found a weed pen on one of the bounce houses. Reported to staff and they laughed it off. Literally thought it was funny. Zero done about it. If they don't care about that, I doubt they care about general safety. Only a matter of time before someone gets hurt. If only adults weren't allowed on the equipment and the rule was enforced. read more

What a ton of fun Jump Mania is! My nephew, sister and I spent a couple of hours there and my nephew loved it... he can't wait to go back. Springfield was in need of a new safe, fun, and inexpensive facility like this for the kiddies. Jump Mania is basically an indoor play ground of sorts that can host casual play or birthday parties. It has huge, colorful, inflatable jumpers for kids and their parents to enjoy. You get to take off their shoes and run around in a clean and safe environment that provides hours of entertainment for 5 $ or 8$ an hour, depending on the time you go. Socks are required, btw. If you forget them though, no worries, they have some for sale. (They even have a safe section for lil ones under 3 years old.) Another great point... the women who run this facility seem to found a great mix of safety and fun. When the kiddies come in, they are given a wrist band with a number that matches a wrist band that is put on their guardian. Then, as you are exiting, your numbers are compared and wrist bands removed. We went during the day and had the place mostly to ourselves. What a great time to go! See ya there! Side note: My sister home schools my nephew and thinks it's a great way to get in their physical education requirements. I agree, it's a great way to get kids to love exercising! haha It wore me out in about 30 min but my nephew played for 1hr 30 min and still wanted more when we dragged him out for some dinner. read more

It's not the best place, but it's a cheap form of entertainment for your kids. Well as long as you're not having a party, they've raised their party room price from$25 to $50 and you don't get anything but a pizza... The other thing I don't like about this place is they let sick kids in, sorry but if a kid has bags under their eyes, and green snot pouring out of their nose you shouldn't let them in. Every time I take my daughter she gets sick, so I'm sure they aren't wiping down the equipment. So if you got little money, and a kid that can eat straight dirt with no issues this is the place for you. But if you're a first time parent, and you keep your kid in a bubble. Very nice business establishment. I have no idea how they keep the prices SO LOW! They took me my wife and our 2 kiddos (1 two year old and 1 6 month old) for $11 for the ENTIRE day! My 2 year old had a blast on all the jump houses and my 6 month old enjoyed watching his brother. All in all, there are few places in Springfield to take a 2 year old and have a blast but this is one of them and the price is FANTASTIC! read more

Until they get their ac fixed I won't be coming back. It was nearly as hot inside as out and the kids and I were very sweaty by the time we left. We would have stayed longer and enjoyed it much more if the ac had been able to keep this place below 80 degrees. Plus the water fountain is broken, thankfully they provided a pitcher of self serve water. It seems like this place is getting a little rundown overall with lots of leaks and patches in the inflatables. They have four inflatables for bigger kids and two for the littles. read more

This place is FANTASTIC!!! I'd give it 10 stars if I could! It's absolutely, spotlessly clean (My daughter's light colored socks were not at all dirty when we left.). The staff is very friendly. And the price is very reasonable, which means we can afford to bring our kids back again and again, unlike other attractions, which by necessity, need to be a one time events. We have visited Jump Mania many times with my son. It is always a fun place for kids and offers a great way for them to burn some energy. Adults are free, which is great! Kids prices have raised to almost 10 bucks on weekends. Its not horrible, but it is certainly an increase and caused me to rate them 4 stars versus 5. Now I will speak about our most recent visit, which was a birthday party. First off, the people I dealt with on the phone to make the reservation where very helpful. They had to call me back because they were very busy and you can certainly tell that they staff this place very "lean". They called me back and were very helpful in explaining the options and also provided me a tip that they would match any competitor price. That was helpful and actually saved me an extra 30 bucks. We did the smallest package which was good for 8 kids. The price was $150 before our coupon and extra pizzas. We wanted to do our own cake and they were fine with that. We also brought our own Ice Cream and they allowed that. Which was very nice of them. The $150 included the room, which has an inflated "King/Queen Bday throne" and tables and chairs. It was very clean and well prepared in the sports theme I picked. All the pizzas were from Papa Johns and there is no choice there. I like Papa Johns so that worked out. Extra pizzas were $12 bucks. Not horrible. The package also included a 2 liter of Hawaiian punch. All around it was a great party. The kids all had a blast and everything was as described. Some of the equipment and jump houses are a bit worn. Some slides have seen better days. That all said, its not horrible, but certainly noticeable. There is one big jump house that has basketball hoops in it. This is a real plus for the pre-teen and younger teens. Their is a good variety of slides and big inflatables. All around I was very happy with the facility, the staff and the cost for the birthday. One bonus, which was VERY cool, was they gave my son a 1 month membership to return unlimited times over the month following his birthday. That was super valuable and you better believe we used it every weekend! If you are considering a birthday party or just a visit I will tell you to check the Springfield Discovery Coupon book for a 20% off or the competitor has a $30 off. Depending on the package, the 20% is actually a better coupon. You can get these at many McDonalds and daycares, etc. Google it and they have a list of places you can pick them up. Also, don't be afraid to ask about custom features like getting extra pizza by bringing in your own cake. Make sure you bring an extra pair of socks for your little ones. This is good place for ages 2 all the way up to.... well I have seen and been known to get on a slide... so adults too, but really mid teens. read more

We bring out daughter her often because it's really the only place where she can interact with kids your age 2/3 year olds. Normally it's not crazy busy but for the past 3 visits we have seen older kids 8-12 year olds that are just so rowdy and no sense of awareness nor care. Parents do not supervise their children nor does the staff try to prevent issues that can get a child hurt. I would love to see them have an age limit and enforce the rules. Maybe even have select sections design for age groups. I understand it's a small place but you can't let older children just bully the little ones that have no understanding of what's happening. read more

Unreliable and Unapologetic. Birthday party review: I made plans over the phone for pizza, cake, theme, etc. Later I called to confirm the plans. The guy who answered the phone did not seem interested in going over the details so I decided to go in a couple days early to check the details in person. A couple of corrections had to be made. At the party, they did not deliver on the changes and were one pizza short. I had witnessed the changes being made in ink. A girl came to inform me in a cheery and cutesy manner that they could not get the third pizza since it would take an hour and a half for it to get there. ( it's delivery from a local pizzeria). I went to great lengths to get the details just right and they did not seem too concerned about shorting a party of hungry kids and adults an entire pizza. Instead they brought a few hot dogs from their concession stand that looked dry and warmed over from the day before or possibly microwaved. ? What topped it off was little miss blue eyes happily informed me with the sweetest of smiles, that this happens all the time. One of our guests' daughter came crying because they did not know to wear socks. (They drove two hours to be there.) Several other kids did not have socks and we never witnessed anything being said to them. That's fine. Maybe they did but she was in tears b/c they told her she could no longer jump without them. ( conveniently, they had some socks to sell us. ) one we were leaving, I noticed some other kids were still jumping bare footed. But as far as just going to jump, it's fine. We've been lots of times. But, really, how hard would that be to mess up? I just never guessed they'd be so unprofessional nor concerned about such a substantial error. I mean really. I called. Then double checked the order on the phone.. Then I went in a couple days before the party b/c i had a feeling that it was not being handled well. And they STILL got it wrong. Sheesh. read more

Brought my two year old here today. Paid $6.50 to get in. Wasn't told that the little kid section was down. Too many older rowdy kids here today and nothing that my two year old could actually do here. Had to leave five minutes after coming in. When we first moved to Springfield in 2011 we took our grandkids there. We were impressed with the place. It was pack. Lots of things for the kids to play with and would take them often. I went today with my 3 year old and it didn't even hold her attention for an hour. As we left they were supposed to check the number on our arms but no one came so we just walked out. The equipment was in bad shape. My granddaughter went in to one bounce house and had a hard time bouncing. There was not enough air in it. Looking for something cheap and inexpensive but something the kids will always want to go do? This is it. Even better is the birthday parties, they give you almost everything you need and take all the leg work out of the excruitiating birthday preperations. took my 1-yr. old son there one day when it was rainy. he LOVED it! plus it didn't cost us anything (under 2 y/o and adults are free). we stayed about an hour. although he isn't actually walking yet, he had a blast crawling around and going down the slide in the "3 & under" area. his daddy met us there and took our son down the big slides. i don't know who had more fun... his daddy or the baby. wear socks though. i forgot mine and it is a requirement. it was perfect for rainy day. needless to say, my son slept good that night... so did i :-) read more

We took our 17 month old to Jump Mania to check it out. There were several bounce structures: some with slides, some with balls and basketball hoops, and one farm-themed one for kiddos 3 and under. They also had a very small slide, bouncer, and playhouse for kids who are too young to bounce. Our daughter was a little hesitant, but started to warm up over time. I think after a few visits, she'll be jumping around the place in no time! Some of the play structures are for kids only, while some allow adults to go in as well, and they're well labeled. The place is rather large and doesn't at all feel cramped. We also like that there was a concession stand as well if you'd like to purchase food, and plenty of seating for adults who don't wish to bounce, and would rather just watch. We will definitely be visiting again! Gave it 4 stars because it'd be nice if there were more play structures that weren't inflatable. The inflatable structures can be intimidating to some kids. But other than that, it was a great place and we had a great time. read more

I have taken my son to jump mania tons of times and it's been a blast every time except one. He fell in the crease of the jump houses and completely broke his arm. It was visibly broken. The owner called within the next couple days and asked how he was doing and had to get our address for an incident report. I thought being an owner she would've been thoughtful enough to send at least something but she didn't send anything. Pretty sad considering my husband owns his own company and I know for a fact he would do more than just a phone call. Great place but horrible owner!!! read more

we had a group of 8 kids and 5 adults, and the kids had fun until some other parents told our kids not to be running in the basketball area, and other parents told them they were to big for the place. so we talk to management and all they said was sorry, no refund or anything. we will not be returning there read more
