CFC Fitness is locally/family owned facility that is ran by 4th & 5th generation Marshfield Schools graduates. CFC is a not for profit gym that was built "For the People, by the People." CFC is a hybrid gym that caters to all Fitness types & abilities. We are a shared CrossFit* Affiliate facility that was built around functional fitness, functional training, weightlifting, powerlifting, mobility and cardiovascular training.

History

Established in 2008.

Organized & established in 2008 with its doors opening the Spring of 2009. We have moved three times due to continued growth and have had 5 expansions in the new facility thats' conveniently located on the Spur in Marshfield, MO.

Meet the Business Owner: Jason B.

CFC Fitness is & has been open 24/7 for its members since the Spring of 2009 (only closing for at 6-weeks due to Gov shutdown during Covid.) This gym was truly built "For the People, by the People" being a not for profit facility in which its owners & board members receive no compensation. CFC sincerely listens to it's clients needs and continues to grow through those awesome clients! Currently CFC is over 500 members & is (currently) @ 7,000 square feet of Fitness Heaven! We offer a Kids area w/wi-fi, HDTV, restroom & w/a filtered water fountain/bottle filler! We also have 5 restrooms, 2 shower rooms, easy access to front & rear of bldg entries and have invested over $30,000 in brand new LED interior/exterior lighting as well as security cameras for OUR protection. Through our continued satisfied clientele were are fortunate to be able to offer our local P.D., Fire Fighters & Sheriff's Deputies free no charge gym memberships. They serve us, so we serve them! I called the gym directly to find when someone would be there to get me into the gym (24hr access and keycard needed for entry). The fee was $5 a day as i just didn't get a 24 hr pass card and came in after work when i knew someone would be there. The individual running the gym at the time was very friendly and helpful. Overall a pretty good gym considering the size of the town.

One of the worst gyms I've been to, I pay a maintenance fee but they can't fix the weight lifting…read moreequipment instead they tell me its still useable. But fixes and gets new treadmills. Has no water fountain but puts vending machine in so you can buy water. So if you are at true fitness or want a gym we need to fix them by going to another gym until they can fix there equipment.
