My dog is a senior and had some surgery over a year ago that made me nervous to board him for this trip, especially since most boarding places are doggy day cares also. Additionally, both of my animals require the administration of medication which Holly was able to do without incident. She also took my dog on a walk everyday and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire trip. I don't think my animals missed me at all! I will definitely use Holly's services again. If your animals need the comforts of home while you are away, I recommend reaching out to Holly!

One of my cats, Kitty, had been itching her ears constantly and slinging water out of them for a long time. She's had an ear infection before, so I knew that's what it was. I mentioned it multiple times during the visit, but they brushed it off and told me her ears were just "a little dirty." I wasn't comfortable with that answer, so I took her to Galloway afterward. They immediately diagnosed her with an ear infection and gave her ear drops, and she's already doing better. It's frustrating when you trust a vet with your pets and feel like your concerns aren't taken seriously. I just expected more thorough care and attention, especially after specifically pointing out an ongoing issue. I won't be returning.
