I found Off Leash K9 Training-Springfield on Facebook. I was very impressed with their training program and decided on the 2 week plan. I can't say enough good things about his trainer, Kasey. Every evening I received a video as well as a text explaining what Stewy did that day. My friends watched the process thru my Facebook postings and were amazed at his progress! He just got home and I'm doing my best to keep all he's learned fresh in his mind. It was worth every penny and I'd do it again in a minute.

I have thought long and hard about writing this review and have decided it needs to be said…read more We used Tristan for training and were very pleased. We then trusted him with the boarding of our two dogs. MISTAKE! He never let us see where he would be keeping our loved family members (our dogs) and he would meet us in the driveway to get them. We thought so much of him as a trainer that we really didn't think much about it till the second time (and last) time we left them there. We were to pick them up on an arranged time on a Sunday between 4 & 5pm. When we arrived there was no one around so we called him and he informed my husband they decided to take a family trip and wouldn't be home till around 7pm that evening. I was not happy. It was also 2.5 hours past when they eat. He did offer to bring them to my house when he got back, however, by this time I was beyond upset. My dogs had been outside in 85 - 90 degree heat and more than like was without water considering the lengthy time they had been left alone. They didn't arrive till about 7:30ish. When he got there he never apologized, never gave us a reason our dogs were left. When his family was getting out of the car the were emptying fast food bags and drinks into the garbage which makes me think they were well taken care of with nourishment and water. He told me what I owed him, I paid him reluctantly and left. I cried and told my furry kids how sorry I was to have left them there and would NEVER leave them there again. As a trainer - Great Boarding - There couldn't be much worse in my opinion. Oh and I had a $20 credit he never offered to let me use, I had been diagnosed with Cancer and had to stop before our last training session, he said we would just leave the $20 as a credit, didn't happen.

We have taken our business elsewhere. On a side note, due to their inattentiveness after, what should have been a routine teeth cleaning on one of my son's dogs, he died during the anesthesia. They had no sympathy, reasons or excuses. They put him in a cage and left him to die by himself with no monitoring.
