I know this chain from Utah where we're originally from. We just moved to Springfield and the first…read moreday of moving we needed to board our 1 yr old dog. She was boarded for 3 nights. The first night she was there I received a phone call. They explain that she had a quarter size wound on her hip. They offered to take her to the vet. But at that time I told them to keep an eye on it and on her and to keep it clean. I called twice a day to make sure she's doing okay. They went through their footage and saw that she might have gotten the wound from one of their gates. They kept her wound clean and bandaged the whole stay. The day I picked her up I took her to the vet ER. I informed camp bow wow of this visit and said they can credit me the amount of the bill. They made sure that I was okay with the credit, which I am. The vet also agreed that this wound did look like a scrape against a hard or sharp object. We also noticed she had a little scrape on her shoulder as well. She ended up with 6 staples on her hip. ..Accidents happen. I loved how they kept in contact with me about her stay and how open they were about the whole situation. I will be using them again

Crystal was the silver lining to the whole experience. She was very attentive to my pup, and my little pup was put at ease in Crystal's capable hands. As long as Crystal is there, we'll be back! Lady bug just adored the attention she received and was so proud she literally was prancing to the car as we left. Thank you Crystal, for making this experience positive. Without your help, I would have left without getting the groom done, due to the determination to get nearly $125 from me to groom my 15lb mini poodle.

These groomers are great!…read more The location may not be fancy but my poodle has a great time every time he visits the groomer and that was never the case before. He knows when we are getting close to the shop and he get so excited he jumps out of the car and runs to the front door and this is okay because the grounds are fenced in. They are kind and their work is amazing. I give them a 10 out of 10 for customer service and friendly atmosphere. Jan Rook is the owner and she teaches grooming and has very high standards for her students, and mistreatment of animals is not tolerated. Don't use one of those shave down artists go to a real groomer who will know your breed.
