Off Leash K9 Training Southwest Missouri offers professional, real-world dog training for dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. What makes us unique is our in-home Board & Train experience—dogs live with their trainer instead of staying in a traditional boarding facility, allowing us to work on obedience, manners, and everyday behaviors in a home environment. We also provide real-world field trips, daily updates, and lifetime support after training so families have the tools and confidence to maintain their dog’s progress for years to come.
History
Established in 2019.
Off Leash K9 Training is a nationally recognized dog training franchise, and our Southwest Missouri story began in 2019. After spending several years training dogs and seeing firsthand the impact that quality training can have on both dogs and their families, Devon and Maegan decided to bring Off Leash K9 Training to the Springfield area.
Since then, we’ve continued to grow throughout Southwest Missouri, adding talented trainers across the region and serving families in Springfield, Branson, Joplin, Lebanon, and surrounding communities. As we’ve grown, continuing education has remained a priority. Each year, we invest in ongoing training and development for our team so our trainers can continue learning, improving, and providing the highest level of care and training possible.
Meet the Business Owner: Devon and Maegan P.
Devon and Maegan are the owners of Off Leash K9 Training Southwest Missouri. After gaining hands-on experience in the dog training industry, they opened the Springfield location in 2019 with a goal of helping families build better relationships with their dogs through clear communication, structure, and real-world training.
As the business has grown throughout Southwest Missouri, Devon and Maegan have remained focused on maintaining a family-run feel, supporting their trainers, and investing in continued education each year. They take pride in building a team that genuinely cares about the dogs and families they serve and in providing training that creates lasting results both at home and out in the real world.
