I never received a call so I came back 5 hours after my appointment was scheduled (I dropped him off 10 minutes early) and he wasn't done. She left most of him too long, but forgot to switch blades and left a bald spot on his tail. Also, he wasn't thoroughly bathed and whatever was put on his coat afterwards left it greasy and attracted a ton of dirt. He had to have another bath less than a week later. All of that said, I think he was treated incredibly well while she worked on him. He was his normal happy go lucky self when I picked him up. The groomer was extremely nice and I can only assume she was just booked a bit heavy that day, resulting in a subpar groom.

I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the canines personally, fleas and ticks were not an issue! It was very clear to me that the dogs were part of the family and not at all solely for reproduction. I understand that every situation is different and I'm sorry to hear your puppy came to his or her new home sick. But, I will not second guess my purchase of a dog through Fall Mist Ranch and possibly one in the future!

I found Off Leash K9 Training-Springfield on Facebook. I was very impressed with their training program and decided on the 2 week plan. I can't say enough good things about his trainer, Kasey. Every evening I received a video as well as a text explaining what Stewy did that day. My friends watched the process thru my Facebook postings and were amazed at his progress! He just got home and I'm doing my best to keep all he's learned fresh in his mind. It was worth every penny and I'd do it again in a minute.
