This is the only place I trust when I board my 2 dogs. I feel like the staff is very attentive and caring for the dogs. They offer grooming as well. They post pictures everyday and are always so friendly. My dogs have been here several times and they always have such a good time. I really couldn't recommend this place more! read more

Okay so here's the break down of the "Bark Yard." It seem lots of folks use the daycare. I am unaware of the price, but I can tell you the dogs out front don't seem to have a lot to do, and the two staff I saw in different pins were basically kids on their phones. I personally witnessed lots of dogs relieving themselves, and no one picking it up. That would definitely be a factor if my dog came home with poop on her paws/ body. The back is composed of a huge patio, with picnic seats and hammocks for your pup! Most tables also have leash hooks on the end since pups must be on leashes in this area. Behind the patio is another yard that you can take your pup in to play with others while you chat or enjoy a beverage. I believe it's a little over $10 to let the run around, also not a lot of activities for the dogs in this area. Now the negatives.. When we went only one poor girl was working so service was extremely slow. She was trying to prepare food, and serve drinks. Negative number two; food quantity was very small, and the price was high. Think it was $13 for a small sandwich and tots, beer was $6 for a craft. Negative three was lack of waste cans, and the ones that did had lids which was difficult to navigate trying to separate paper from basket while holding a lid. This place has tons of potential though. I'd recommend more activities/ toys for dogs, a better selection of cocktails, and more treats besides $3 cookies for the pups. I'm sure people who live in apartments like the the next door would be the target clientele, but people who have a house might skip this spot unless you are just trying to socialize your dog. read more

This place was an awesome find for us during our travels. Check in was simple and they showed us how to use our day pass. I loved that we could do in and out so we left for a couple hours and came back. It was the day before Easter and they had a little photo session area set up and we're doing an Easter egg hunt which was super cute. The big dog run was great, super large and lots of equipment for them to train/play on. I saw the staff out constantly making sure the water bowls were always filled which was also great. You'll definitely want to watch out for poop, but honestly it's like that everywhere and can't really be avoided, the staff did their best and I saw them cleaning up but the park is so big it would be hard for them to keep it 100% clean, I always keep an eye on my pup but most owners aren't that diligent with cleaning up after their pet so what can you do. They do however have a little paw wash station right outside the off leash park which was a great idea! Overall great experience- didn't have the food but nice perk that they have it. Will definitely be back if I'm in Springfield. read more

I don't know what planet the first poster is from, but this place is amazing! The daycare is great! The idea is for dogs to hang out and play with each other, and they do. There are 3 1/2 acres in the back and I take my dogs 3-5 times a week and they love it! They get to run wide open and it really helps their health and disposition! The staff is great and it's about $20 per month to join. Cheap fun! read more

We have taken our 8-month old lab here to boarded twice and she has come back happy, healthy and so sleepy from running and playing both times. I love how they post pictures of the dogs everyday on Facebook. We will definitely keep using for our daycare/boarding needs and look forward to visiting the patio bar! read more
