This kennel owner was disgruntled with a factual negative Google review that I had left and, rather than discuss the issue between us, she opted instead to publicly post her negative feelings and opinions about me and my review to her customer base on her personal and business Facebook pages. Furthermore, she made false allegations and spread completely untrue information she had obtained from another disgruntled individual. To have no regard for the truth and intentionally denigrate someone's character by publicly bad-mouthing them and spreading false information is vindictive and disgraceful. She has done this to at least two customers within the past few months, and it's not right. For this reason, I am speaking up to say that I cannot recommend this kennel. If a business's professionalism and integrity are of great importance to you, then I strongly recommend taking your pups elsewhere. There are several other excellent kennels in the area that give great care to your fur babies AND who demonstrate a high standard of personal and professional integrity in every way. Otherwise, you risk having your name and character wrongfully dragged through the mud across the internet by this owner and her customer base if she decides she doesn't like something about you.

It all happened so fast. Fine on Monday, Tuesday felt large irregular hard lump, made vet…read moreappointment for tomorrow. Wednesday lump was mushy and large. Dr Robinson was pretty sure it was cancer but when the needle aspirant went onto glass slide it looked like pus. Under microscope saw only a few bacteria, otherwise just dead WBCs. Home with antibiotic and anti inflammatory. She's had no fever. Thursday lump is much bigger. Chest X-rays ruled out pneumonia or some such. Home with another antibiotic. Friday she had a loud swallow, I knew that ment breathing would be next. Decided with Dr. Robinson to go ahead with surgical investigation and lance it somewhere. Dr Robinson put BB under but had to use a much smaller tube for intubation than with dental last year. When she saw the tonsil, it was much bigger on the inside, it was obvious cancer. Weighing quality of life--being newly deaf, blind in one eye, foggy in the other, aching with joint pains, or left to die trying to breathe?!!--Oh, no. We went in to say goodbye, then my BB went on to sleep on some really good drugs. Dr. Robinson was near tears, very tender and caring, still made it no easier. It all happened so fast. It was so hard. My little Black Beauty Tomato is much happier now, she can see with both eyes, hear as good as ever, and is running easy-fast keeping up with her siblings she just met!!! ‍ All the staff at Healing Paws Veterinary Hospital were so kind dealing with us all week. Drs Robinson, Beatty, and McFarland were so gentle and supportive with 'BB'. So respectful and kind. I can't say enough. Thank you, thank you.

I went to healing paws per a recommendation from a friend. The phlebitis occurred during a dental cleaning (that Dr Betty pushed hard for income). Initially went in for a broken tooth which she decided not to pull. I received care from a better vet in a different zip code and I'm so glad I did. My dog has a serious infection caused by incompetence from a vet clinic who will gladly fire you as a client once they're under fire with the law. Be cautious.

Unfortunately he developed some complications (which can happen because his original surgery was not straightforward). The staff at Galloway called to check in on him post-op. He needed a readmission, but would go for daily boarding and treatment. Every day I would receive updates during the day from one of the techs or doctors. His doctor was available via email at all times. Although he did see different vets, all of them made contact with me at some point to discuss his care and all knew his history. It most certainly is NOT a revolving door of vets. All of the staff and doctors treated me with respect and empathy during this stressful time. My puppy ended up needing a second surgery, but this was only after conservative therapy was unsuccessful. It was a necessary surgery and he did great after. Galloway is fantastic. I would highly recommend for any canine care (as this is my only experience) although I witnessed the respect they have for many animals that came through the waiting room. I am grateful for their personal care for my puppy dog. I cannot stress enough how positive our experiences have been every time, whether it was this last time or regular check-ups. This is one of two doggy daycares in town that we've tried and Woody definitely like this one…read morebetter. How do we know, you ask? The other place we've taken him the dogs get to play with minimal supervision all day - which is fine if you have a dog-dog. Woody, on the other hand, is a people dog. He wants to play until he's tired (which isn't long, he's a lazy monster) and then wants to go sit adjacent to the humans. There is always a person out with the dogs and this makes him happy. He is always excited when we arrive and the girls who work there seem just as happy to see him. We've brought him in for daycare a few times (really just to let him play) and boarded him once. Every time it's gone smoothly. I loved spying on him using the webcams at the daycare we used to take him to in LA, so I'm really happy they offer the same service. They're open from 7-7 so dropping off and picking up around a long workday isn't an issue. They do require a temperament evaluation you have to schedule in advance as part of their first day and current vaccination records, so keep that all in mind when planning to bring your doggy in, but that's all pretty standard. They give you an adorable report card telling you how your pup did, including names of friends he played with. Is it ridiculous? Yes. Do I love it anyways? Absolutely. Yes, I understand my dog is not a child, but if I'm paying ~$20 for him to play all day, by all means, indulge me and tell me about naps on a cozy cot, how the play day went and who his new best friends are! While we definitely miss the Pooch Hotel in our old neighborhood, Woody thinks this is a more than acceptable substitute.

Before moving to the area, we had dog sitters and dog walkers who couldn't handle them, especially the sled dog pulling of two huskies. Morgan didn't just handle them; she loved and took care of them. We have used her for drop-ins and overnights, and I could not ask for anyone better. She communicates thoroughly and goes out of her way to make sure I don't have to worry about my babies when I'm away. Can't recommend her enough!
