My dog was relatively happy...she does not like to have her paws touched, let alone her nails trimmed. I took her in again today, looking forward to a similar experience. NOT!!! The woman was rough. She was yanking sideways on my dog's front legs. She was visibly frustrated. She used regular nail clippers which took longer. The trim was uneven and not short enough. Because I had such a horrible second experience, I will not go back to see if they were just having an off-day.

She explained the puppies routine and what we would need to do when we brought a puppy home. I wanted to see more and the parents too. I saw her kennels and fell in love with several puppies and their Mommies. It was a very difficult decision but I decided on a Mama dog. We adopted Dixa Rose. She is very timid but will warn up with lots of love and patience. She loves playing with her toys and is now passing out kisses. Dixie has been spayed, now she does the "zoomies" several times daily. I will admit she has a mind of her own. That's the fun of owning a Maltese! Being out of town, I was driving to different vet clinics trying to see if anything would open up or be possible to get her seen.
