We landed with Pawfection Pet Salon. The business is very welcoming. I love that it's open, you can see the employees and the pets. Right off the bat I felt a trust with the business that they were not hiding behind a wall. Everyone was so nice. I explained that we we're new in town and that we were nervous about leaving our dogs with a new groomer, but they walked us through the process and were again very open. Ive been here twice now and will continue to come back. They keep me informed, they call with any questions, and honestly i love the communication, it shows they care. And pretty much with every groomer after about half a dozen groomings or more she pretty much has to be drug into or carried into the groomers business. In other words, she isn't happy about going. Since starting to take her to Joh Joh's about five years ago, she has never had any kind of negative reaction to walking in the door. She goes right to them and seems happy to be there. And they are excellent groomers. So the review is that my dog likes them and I like them and we are both happy to go there!
