We landed with Pawfection Pet Salon. The business is very welcoming. I love that it's open, you can see the employees and the pets. Right off the bat I felt a trust with the business that they were not hiding behind a wall. Everyone was so nice. I explained that we we're new in town and that we were nervous about leaving our dogs with a new groomer, but they walked us through the process and were again very open. I wasn't asking for the $200 vet bill back. I wasn't asking for a free haircut. I just wanted to know that my dogs are going to be safe and they had to clean facility. Yes, I know he is older and he does have some patches of hair where he has scratched it off. But when I dropped him off I specifically told the groomer to even it out. So that didn't happen. Then this with his eye. It is a scratch on the cornea......more like a gash. His eye was not like that when I dropped him off but my son noticed it right away when he was picked up. I called Sonja to simply ask if there was a reason why he didn't get his hair cut and if maybe she has a new groomer but she didn't even let me get that far. She talked down to me then hung up on me. She will not get one more penny of my money and I beg anyone that currently uses this groomer will do the same. His eye will heal but it will take a long time. I just think that since she moved her shop that her quality has decreased and she doesn't care enough to take care of the situation.
