It really helped with my grieving and showed me that they do care. I highly recommend them.

The vet trimmed only one black claw on my dog ...and when I contacted Renee, the office manager, to get a credit she kept arguing with me. She was rude and aggressive, asking me who my last vet was and how much they charge. She finally said she'd call me back which she never did. I posted a review online yesterday..she responded to the review saying it wasn't her; she'd have given me a credit! She told me to call and actually denied it was her...I recognized her voice and I remembered her name. Again arguing, she asked why I waited 4 mo to post a review. She said she'd ask around to find who I'd talked to and call me back or email. She hasn't yet contacted me. The clinic has lost the business of 2 dogs because of this rude, unprofessional behavior of the clinic manager. Imagine treating a retired senior like this. I called back yesterday and was told by the less than friendly receptionist after a long hold...' Renee is on a conference call, she'll call you back (of course she never did.) Notice Wade B.'s review here. We liked Dr. Truitt, but The level of customer service I experienced was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
