This kennel owner was disgruntled with a factual negative Google review that I had left and, rather than discuss the issue between us, she opted instead to publicly post her negative feelings and opinions about me and my review to her customer base on her personal and business Facebook pages. Furthermore, she made false allegations and spread completely untrue information she had obtained from another disgruntled individual. To have no regard for the truth and intentionally denigrate someone's character by publicly bad-mouthing them and spreading false information is vindictive and disgraceful. She has done this to at least two customers within the past few months, and it's not right. For this reason, I am speaking up to say that I cannot recommend this kennel. If a business's professionalism and integrity are of great importance to you, then I strongly recommend taking your pups elsewhere. There are several other excellent kennels in the area that give great care to your fur babies AND who demonstrate a high standard of personal and professional integrity in every way. Otherwise, you risk having your name and character wrongfully dragged through the mud across the internet by this owner and her customer base if she decides she doesn't like something about you.

But All About Pets came through and he went to daycare every day at Rhonda's..even with our insane hours for training...Rhonda took it in stride. And at an extremely reasonable rate! We ended up paying her more than she asked for because we felt her services were so valuable and we were so grateful. Most importantly our little buddy loved it. He ran to the door every morning, excited to see his new friends. She also sent photos throughout the day which we loved. So I ask them to please drop my house keys off. *Frankly, I had no desire to use them anymore because they became unreliable*. I'm then told my keys were mailed to my house the day before. WHY WOULD YOU MAIL HOUSE KEYS TO THE HOUSE THEY UNLOCK?! I asked if they were mailed certified and hoped they were so I would need to be home to receive them. It's been 7 hours since I asked and no reply yet. Basic common sense, don't mail house keys to the fricking house they unlock!

So the first person I talked to never even showed up for their consultation. Then I was assigned another one, Kat. At first she was very nice and I was very comfortable for her to care for my animals. I left notes around the house for her with toys and treats that were still in toy box when I got home. And the treats were never given out. She was also suppose to bring in the mail but instead it was left in the mail box and front porch. The only thing she did was scoop the boxes and fed the cats. I had bottled water literally right next to their fountain that only 1/2 gallon was used when we ere gone for 10 days? Then I tried to text Kat and nothing and then texted and called again nothing. I was in Florida and wasn't even sure anyone was taking care of them at this point. The worse part was when I called and spoke to Amanada.SHE HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!! Never have I spoke to someone so rude. I wanted to know why their toys weren't put out or treats not given or the fact that there was bottled water for my cats that was never used and 2 of my Boys have problems with crystals in their urine so they can't have tap water. Thus the bottled water that was to be used. The litter boxes were just scooped and no new was put in top and there were 2 full unopened containers of litter right next to the boxes. So do yourself a favor and find someone else to care for your furry family members while you are gone out of town and not this horrible company.
