We landed with Pawfection Pet Salon. The business is very welcoming. I love that it's open, you can see the employees and the pets. Right off the bat I felt a trust with the business that they were not hiding behind a wall. Everyone was so nice. I explained that we we're new in town and that we were nervous about leaving our dogs with a new groomer, but they walked us through the process and were again very open. Ive been here twice now and will continue to come back. They keep me informed, they call with any questions, and honestly i love the communication, it shows they care. I wasn't asking for the $200 vet bill back. I wasn't asking for a free haircut. I just wanted to know that my dogs are going to be safe and they had to clean facility. When I called to let the business know as a courtesy they seem very uninterested in the information and just said yeah it's going around. Keep your doggos safe and stay away from bark bath grooming.

Yes, I know he is older and he does have some patches of hair where he has scratched it off. But when I dropped him off I specifically told the groomer to even it out. So that didn't happen. Then this with his eye. It is a scratch on the cornea......more like a gash. His eye was not like that when I dropped him off but my son noticed it right away when he was picked up. I called Sonja to simply ask if there was a reason why he didn't get his hair cut and if maybe she has a new groomer but she didn't even let me get that far. She talked down to me then hung up on me. She will not get one more penny of my money and I beg anyone that currently uses this groomer will do the same. His eye will heal but it will take a long time. I just think that since she moved her shop that her quality has decreased and she doesn't care enough to take care of the situation. When we walked in to pick him up the place reeked of poop and urine! I have never smelled anything so horrible and I was raised on a farm! The place is filthy! Our puppy smelled so bad and this was after a grooming and his haircut was horrible! I took me 3 baths to get the nasty smell off of him! His bed we left with him was full of diarrhea. Our puppy was sick for 2 days after with a diarrhea...no telling what he got ahold of. We're afraid to ever leave him again and we certainly will never use this place again!!!
