I just moved…read morehere from California and my 2 chihuahuas (Shadow & Valentina) had a groomer in California that we had been faithful to for years. After much research and many reviews later. We landed with Pawfection Pet Salon. The business is very welcoming. I love that it's open, you can see the employees and the pets. Right off the bat I felt a trust with the business that they were not hiding behind a wall. Everyone was so nice. I explained that we we're new in town and that we were nervous about leaving our dogs with a new groomer, but they walked us through the process and were again very open. Ive been here twice now and will continue to come back. They keep me informed, they call with any questions, and honestly i love the communication, it shows they care. Thank you so much for making this big move easier on us.

I wasn't asking for the $200 vet bill back. I wasn't asking for a free haircut. I just wanted to know that my dogs are going to be safe and they had to clean facility. When I called to let the business know as a courtesy they seem very uninterested in the information and just said yeah it's going around. Keep your doggos safe and stay away from bark bath grooming.

I called this morning after trying to treat him myself (yes, I know...not very smart) and they got me in this afternoon and Dr. Jack and his staff were not only very caring for my sweet Westie, but also very kind to me and my son who showed up after I was already in the examining room. I have had dogs for many years and this is probably the warmest place that I have ever been to have my dog treated. Thank you Dr. Jack and Staff Regards, Wendy N

This is a picture of my mom's dog's eye. He went last week to Sonja's Pet Grooming in Ozark, MO to…read moreget a haircut. Instead, he came back with his hair looking the same. Yes, I know he is older and he does have some patches of hair where he has scratched it off. But when I dropped him off I specifically told the groomer to even it out. So that didn't happen. Then this with his eye. It is a scratch on the cornea......more like a gash. His eye was not like that when I dropped him off but my son noticed it right away when he was picked up. I called Sonja to simply ask if there was a reason why he didn't get his hair cut and if maybe she has a new groomer but she didn't even let me get that far. She talked down to me then hung up on me. She will not get one more penny of my money and I beg anyone that currently uses this groomer will do the same. His eye will heal but it will take a long time. I just think that since she moved her shop that her quality has decreased and she doesn't care enough to take care of the situation. But hey....when someone calls let's just hang up on them that's the real adult thing to do. Edit: to clarify the green is dye the vet used to see the scratch
