Words literally can not describe how fantastic CoolWag is. I moved to NW Arkansas last June and started looking into doggie daycares. CoolWag is beyond anything I could have imagined. The staff delivers exceptional customer service daily! Myself and my dog are greeted with enthusiasm and a huge smile every day! I never feel like my dog is just a number. I know from the bottom of my heart when I walk through those doors they 100% care about each dog and each customer. My dog literally goes crazy when we start pulling into their driveway. He can't wait to get through those front doors and start playing. CoolWag promises you a tired dog when you come back for pick up. On this they deliver 10 fold. My dog falls asleep as soon as he gets in the car. By the time we get home I'm not exaggerating he barely eats before he is sound asleep. It's hard to put into words just how epic CoolWag is. You must try it to truly understand. Let's put it this way. I only need daycare 2 days a week. My dog loves it soooooo much we go 4 times a week‼ Hands down I am recommending. read more

Cool is right! We rented the Dock Diving Pool with a group of friends and we hired one of the trainers for the afternoon! The trainer was AWESOME! She was super helpful, kept our dogs safe and she had fun along with us! We can't wait to go back for more fun! Lots of "Wags" from the dogs in our group!! read more

I'm very disappointed in Malibu's (tiny yorkie) haircut. This was her first haircut. It's absolutely awful and looks hideous, nothing like her brother or the pictures I brought in. She did not have any mats on her legs. She had two small mats, one on her rib cage and the other behind her right ear on her neck from swimming the day before with her life jacket. But I was willing to pay for their special sauce. Not to mention I did not brush her the night before. THEY WERE NOT BAD ENOUGH TO CUT!! I didn't receive a phone call asking me to shave her with a #3 blade that she found a bad mat. I spent 20 minutes with Brandy telling her exactly what I wanted which blade to use on her and to scissor cut her legs with a trim . She had cut Malibu's brother a few days prior and didn't remember him. I even asked her if she needed me to send her pictures so she could have a reference. My baby girls hair is so uneven. When I picked up baby she was very nervous and hide behind my hair on my neck, which isn't her personality. She also smells like poo and not clean? I don't understand that. She was supposed to be bathed. I have no clue if they did her anal glands. Her nails were also not trimmed. I called Heather, the owner immediately and she insisted on meeting me that she would turn around. I waited 2 minutes and she arrived meet me in CoolWags driveway. I'm very disgusted with her attitude. She blamed me? Did not understand one bit. Her final statement was its hair it will grow back I'm sure Brandy had a reason. She did offer a refund. I wasn't going to take it. After I left I called my husband he said it can't me that bad. So I sent him pictures his exact response "she looks f***ing ridiculous". I called Heather back and told her I would like a refund and she obliged. I never spoke with Brandy she was butchering another dog when I came to pick up Malibu. They might be great for big dogs and medium dogs. I do NOT recommend them for small designer dogs. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them. I gave 2 stars because at least I got refund. You deserve one star for poor customer service and speaking to people like that. read more

We wouldn't take Liberty anywhere else. She has been boarding at CoolWags since 2016 and we have only ever had positive experiences. Eric & Heather truly care about dogs and it shows through their staff. If anything should come up, they text or call immediately. CoolWags is always clean, well organized, and they post daily photos online so you can see what your dog's been up to. Liberty gets excited as soon as we turn down the road to CoolWags as she knows she will have a blast playing with her buddies, canine and human! read more

Our dog loves Cool Wag. As soon as we get into the driveway he starts getting so excited. When we pick him up after work, you can immediately tell he's tired from a full day of playing. The staff is very nice, very helpful, and their prices are very reasonable. This is our doggy day care for the foreseeable future. read more

My fur babies have gone here since they were tiny. They are safe and lived at Cool Wags! One is 1 year 8 months and the other 4 years 8 months. Great place for all sizes of fur babies! My pup has been to CoolWag now for about two months, at least twice a week. When we first got Dakster (rescue), he was so afraid of everything. The staff at CoolWag is awesome. They worked with him and eased him into socialization. Now when I drop off Dakster, I can't get his leash off fast enough because he is ready to go play! The staff greets him by name which blows my mind because there can be so many dogs there! This just shows me the care they have for each animal and my boy. This place isn't the most aesthetically beautiful establishment but it works for the dogs! Lots of space, some pools and the dogs are generally seperated by size (big, medium, littles) and perhaps by temperment if needed. I've not used boarding so cannot speak to that but I am not hesitant in any way to try when the need arises. The staff has fun too. One of the staff members set up a photo shoot and posted them on FB plus they post photos throughout the day. I've seen my pup a few times. One dog had a birthday and they celebrated with hats and necklace beads and had "pupcicles" as a treat. You can tell they love dogs! I love that its all set up online as well. I just drop the dog off and pick him up, they take care of checking him in and out and the receipt for payment is emailed to you. Easy peasy. Hours are great too. I generally do a half day which is 5 or less hours. I would totally give them a 5 star rating and plan to when they add more AC areas (dang Arkansas gets to 110 heat index some days in summer) as well as nanny cam's like other establishments where I can check in at any time to see how my pooch is doing. I took my dog here and the whole place smelled like dog pee. They couldn't find my food the day I tried to pick home up. And my dog came home a soppy wet smelly mess. I wish there was a zero star but ther isn't so I guess 1 star will work. read more

My 4 month old puppy loves CoolWag. The staff is so friendly and know my Ozzie by name. At the end of the day he doesn't want to leave. Open boarding, water fall, and staff who LOVES dogs. We have never had grooming services, but day boarding is top notch! read more

This review is about the grooming service my 70 lb., medium-hair, 14 y.o. dog received in May, 2017. There were only a couple of very minor, insignificant nicks, with a good, close shave (I don't let her stay in direct sunlight), and she looks great! Her nails had been safely trimmed and rounded. The turnaround time was only 3 hours, and when I picked her up, she was in a really happy mood She's getting lots of relief from the warming temperatures now. Love! We dropped our two big dogs off for boarding for 3 nights and couldn't be happier! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful from our first phone call, through our initial visit (to ensure it would be a good fit for our girls and to view the facility), to picking up the dogs from boarding. The facility is great with lots of play area inside and out and multiple options for separating small dogs or others that need space. Multiple staff on-site to provide doggie supervision in each area. Individual lodging rooms (not crates!) for dogs boarding, more than big enough for dogs from the same family to stay together comfortably. They also have an apartment on-site, allowing for 24 hour on-site staff (opposed to many boarding options that leave the facility unmanned during the overnight hours). My favorite part was that they sent regular photo updates of both our girls, via text, so we could see how much fun they were having during their stay! I was totally surprised to get the pictures and LOVED seeing my babies and knowing they were being well cared for while we were away! A close second to the photo updates is the all-day play! The dogs get supervised play and socialization all day long (not counting meal times and bedtime) and HOURS after picking them up our two normally very energetic pups are still pooped and napping! As a side note, when we picked up our dogs after their 3 night stay, they were certainly happy to see us but MORE than comfortable in the surroundings at Coolwag and with all of the staff and other dogs - I think they will gladly return in the future! We were traveling through the area with our dog and really wanted to check out Crystal Bridges. We decided we could drop our dog off here at Coolwag for the last little bit they were open and rush through the museum. The owners said that they were going to be there anyway with the boarded dogs and told us we could take our time. The facility looked really nice; TONS of room inside and out for the dogs to run around in! The owners were extremely nice & accommodating. They even recorded a video of our dog and sent it to me! Too bad we don't live in the area, or we would definitely be bringing our little guy back. It's pretty awesome how close to Crystal Bridges it is though, for anyone traveling through the area with pups wanting to check out the museum. read more

I LOVE Coolwag. The employees know my dog by name when we show up and they know who I am when I walk in to get him. I have been super impressed with all of the employees as well as the basic training he has received. I have also had the opportunity to speak with owners Eric and Heather on different occasions and they are both extremely knowledgeable very helpful. Very comfortable leaving our Cavalier here while seeing Crystal Bridges. Indoor space about the size of a football field divide into large & small dog areas with sofas & pillows to make the pets feel at home & loved. Their business card says Nobody puts Baby in a cage & I didn't see one cage around. Only about a block from the entrance of Crystal Bridges. I highly recommend them. read more

Absolutely unprofessional. Went in for an interview and waited 30 minutes because "Eric the owner" had 4+ people come at the same time and did not let people know that it was going to be a wait. Which at first I didn't mind. He advertises that there's a day shift and evening shift and I wanted evening and during my 3 MINUTE INTERVIEW he did not look at my resume, my cover letter, or anything besides my name and the hours. He said "night shift is for experienced people and only one person stays night shift".... WHY FUCKING ADVERTISE IT THEN? I am glad I didn't get that job. It was only gonna be until March when I go to college. I wouldn't send ANY of my dogs there. The inside is basi ally a a glorified DIY project. Fences aren't sturdy. Employees were talking about a dog running away THAT MORNING. Absolutely unprofessional and I wouldn't take my dog here if it was the last dog daycare on earth. No security for the dogs, and looks like an unorganized eye sore. read more
