    I'm very disappointed in Malibu's (tiny yorkie) haircut. This was her first haircut. It's absolutely awful and looks hideous, nothing like her brother or the pictures I brought in. She did not have any mats on her legs. She had two small mats, one on her rib cage and the other behind her right ear on her neck from swimming the day before with her life jacket. But I was willing to pay for their special sauce. Not to mention I did not brush her the night before. THEY WERE NOT BAD ENOUGH TO CUT!! I didn't receive a phone call asking me to shave her with a #3 blade that she found a bad mat. I spent 20 minutes with Brandy telling her exactly what I wanted which blade to use on her and to scissor cut her legs with a trim . She had cut Malibu's brother a few days prior and didn't remember him. I even asked her if she needed me to send her pictures so she could have a reference. My baby girls hair is so uneven. When I picked up baby she was very nervous and hide behind my hair on my neck, which isn't her personality. She also smells like poo and not clean? I don't understand that. She was supposed to be bathed. I have no clue if they did her anal glands. Her nails were also not trimmed. I called Heather, the owner immediately and she insisted on meeting me that she would turn around. I waited 2 minutes and she arrived meet me in CoolWags driveway. I'm very disgusted with her attitude. She blamed me? Did not understand one bit. Her final statement was its hair it will grow back I'm sure Brandy had a reason. She did offer a refund. I wasn't going to take it. After I left I called my husband he said it can't me that bad. So I sent him pictures his exact response "she looks f***ing ridiculous". I called Heather back and told her I would like a refund and she obliged. I never spoke with Brandy she was butchering another dog when I came to pick up Malibu. They might be great for big dogs and medium dogs. I do NOT recommend them for small designer dogs. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them. I gave 2 stars because at least I got refund. You deserve one star for poor customer service and speaking to people like that.

    My dog loves Coolwag! From the time we pull in, hes excited to jump out the car and go in. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

    Cannot express how horrible of an experience both personally and professionally I have received…read morewith this company. I am an owner of 4 large breed dogs, the oldest of which (12) is deaf, high anxiety, and skittish and fearful around new people. Because of this it has always been told and known that there is one sitter he knows and is comfortable with. I always make a note as well to request this sitter. (He has no history of fear aggression, but I am very careful about the situations I put him into) Before going away this last time I double checked my booking and saw that the sitter was changed (without notifying me) to someone who not only has never met any of my dogs, but has never been into my house and does not know the routine. I understand plans change, but there is no reason why I should not have been notified. Not only would this have been horrible for my dogs, but also sending a stranger into a situation with a highly fearful dog is just not safe or smart as a business owner. I messaged the owner Jodi about this and she promptly deleted my client profile and said I 'rage messaged her'. I attached screenshots of my messages through the app and her response text message to me. Every time I have spoken to or interacted with Jodi she has been either rude or unprofessional so unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.
