This kennel owner was disgruntled with a factual negative Google review that I had left and, rather than discuss the issue between us, she opted instead to publicly post her negative feelings and opinions about me and my review to her customer base on her personal and business Facebook pages. Furthermore, she made false allegations and spread completely untrue information she had obtained from another disgruntled individual. To have no regard for the truth and intentionally denigrate someone's character by publicly bad-mouthing them and spreading false information is vindictive and disgraceful. She has done this to at least two customers within the past few months, and it's not right. For this reason, I am speaking up to say that I cannot recommend this kennel. If a business's professionalism and integrity are of great importance to you, then I strongly recommend taking your pups elsewhere. There are several other excellent kennels in the area that give great care to your fur babies AND who demonstrate a high standard of personal and professional integrity in every way. Otherwise, you risk having your name and character wrongfully dragged through the mud across the internet by this owner and her customer base if she decides she doesn't like something about you.

The first night she was there I received a phone call. They explain that she had a quarter size wound on her hip. They offered to take her to the vet. But at that time I told them to keep an eye on it and on her and to keep it clean. I called twice a day to make sure she's doing okay. They went through their footage and saw that she might have gotten the wound from one of their gates. They kept her wound clean and bandaged the whole stay. The day I picked her up I took her to the vet ER. I informed camp bow wow of this visit and said they can credit me the amount of the bill. They made sure that I was okay with the credit, which I am. The vet also agreed that this wound did look like a scrape against a hard or sharp object. We also noticed she had a little scrape on her shoulder as well. She ended up with 6 staples on her hip. ..Accidents happen. I loved how they kept in contact with me about her stay and how open they were about the whole situation. I will be using them again

Morgan was a godsend. We have three dogs, none of whom are "easy" to watch. One is needy and an…read moreescape artist, one is skiddish and won't come near strangers, and one has the personality of a mouthy hyper toddler in a 60lb scary-dog looking body. Before moving to the area, we had dog sitters and dog walkers who couldn't handle them, especially the sled dog pulling of two huskies. Morgan didn't just handle them; she loved and took care of them. We have used her for drop-ins and overnights, and I could not ask for anyone better. She communicates thoroughly and goes out of her way to make sure I don't have to worry about my babies when I'm away. Can't recommend her enough!

Morgan was fantastic with a traumatized rescue pup. She hadn't had her nails done for at least 3…read moremonths and I was scared to death that she was going to get hurt. Having never clicked a dog's nails myself, I was even more scared! Morgan not only came to my house (important to me because I don't drive) But she was very playful with Loki and had a very professional manner about her. It took two of us holding Loki down to get a couple of her paws finished because she was scared but Morgan was patient and worked with her. Loki is so much happier and has made a new friend! We will be back!
