I had two dogs before this dog whom I took to other veterinarians. The contrast between previous veterinarians and Dr. Flathers was pronounced. The last veterinarian did not appear to be as thorough in her examinations, her equipment malfunctioned on our last two visits and she seemed to be unable to confidently diagnose my dog's health issue. Every time I have seen Dr. Flathers I have been very impressed with her knowledge and diagnosis of my pet's problems. I would highly recommend Dr. Flathers and Angel Animal Hospital. Before moving to the area, we had dog sitters and dog walkers who couldn't handle them, especially the sled dog pulling of two huskies. Morgan didn't just handle them; she loved and took care of them. We have used her for drop-ins and overnights, and I could not ask for anyone better. She communicates thoroughly and goes out of her way to make sure I don't have to worry about my babies when I'm away. Can't recommend her enough!

The first night she was there I received a phone call. They explain that she had a quarter size wound on her hip. They offered to take her to the vet. But at that time I told them to keep an eye on it and on her and to keep it clean. I called twice a day to make sure she's doing okay. They went through their footage and saw that she might have gotten the wound from one of their gates. They kept her wound clean and bandaged the whole stay. The day I picked her up I took her to the vet ER. I informed camp bow wow of this visit and said they can credit me the amount of the bill. They made sure that I was okay with the credit, which I am. The vet also agreed that this wound did look like a scrape against a hard or sharp object. We also noticed she had a little scrape on her shoulder as well. She ended up with 6 staples on her hip. ..Accidents happen. I loved how they kept in contact with me about her stay and how open they were about the whole situation. I will be using them again

We have boarded them for the weekend and for up to 8 days while we were on vacation. Happy Tails is awesome!! To start, the staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive to the animals. I love seeing the pictures of daycare on Facebook every day. My boys always look happy, the other dogs look happy...it's a great time for all. They get excited and amped up every time I tell them that they're going to daycare. Unlike another "boarding/daycare" place in the metro area that we recently had a horrific experience with, it doesn't smell like urine or smell like dog at all, the staff is awesome, they're organized and a pleasure to work with. I have never worried about leaving the boys there because I know that they're well taken care of. An added bonus is that Spring Valley Veterinary is right next door, which happens to be the boys vet, in case they ever need to be seen. They come home exhausted from a full day of play with a big, tongue out smile on their faces. They for sure get a 5 star review from me!

I was over priced by a full day and then lied to about how much they were charging me. Additionally, when I called to set up the boarding arrangement I was told my dog needed an additional booster shot. When I took her to the vet the doctor had no idea what shot she needed because she was current on everything. That resulted in me having to pay even more money. The dogs don't even get to run around, you have to pay extra just for them to go out in a yard. And a simple 5 minute walk is $4. So expensive for basic things that a dog needs. Every time that I would call there for information or to set up boarding for my animals the receptionist talked to me as if I were below her and treated me without any respect what so ever. I have worked with other boarders in the area and will never board any animal here ever again. It is such a huge rip off and the price isn't worth the service you get.

Anyway, I was told this on a Sunday when I relied on their services in 2 days. I was able to scramble and luckily found a trustworthy family member to take over. So I ask them to please drop my house keys off. *Frankly, I had no desire to use them anymore because they became unreliable*. I'm then told my keys were mailed to my house the day before. WHY WOULD YOU MAIL HOUSE KEYS TO THE HOUSE THEY UNLOCK?! I asked if they were mailed certified and hoped they were so I would need to be home to receive them. It's been 7 hours since I asked and no reply yet. Basic common sense, don't mail house keys to the fricking house they unlock!

I was in Florida and wasn't even sure anyone was taking care of them at this point. The worse part was when I called and spoke to Amanada.SHE HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!! Never have I spoke to someone so rude. I wanted to know why their toys weren't put out or treats not given or the fact that there was bottled water for my cats that was never used and 2 of my Boys have problems with crystals in their urine so they can't have tap water. Thus the bottled water that was to be used. The litter boxes were just scooped and no new was put in top and there were 2 full unopened containers of litter right next to the boxes. So do yourself a favor and find someone else to care for your furry family members while you are gone out of town and not this horrible company.
