Our kids are 5 and 3.5 (twins) and they always have a blast. It's one of the few year round places for very young kids to burn off some extra energy and it's small enough that I feel like I can let them go and get some much needed relaxation even if its on a bench with my headphones on. Being business owners ourselves we know how hard it is to balance the expectations of the customers while still turning a profit so for this reason I feel like it's good value for money; especially if you can spend at least 2 hours there. Recommend avoiding weekends for the obvious reasons but if you can go during the week it's much quieter!!

Zero done about it. If they don't care about that, I doubt they care about general safety. Only a matter of time before someone gets hurt. If only adults weren't allowed on the equipment and the rule was enforced.

It's a little intense and I wouldn't recommend it for younger kids and no less than 4 people as there's certain clues that need that many people to figure them out. But if you work together as a team you can solve it. This room is well put together and we had a blast. When we visit Springfield again we will be back!

They also have open skate times almost every day - rental skates are available. The Ice park also has several spaces that you can rent for parties. If you don't like to skate, you can do a broom ball party on the ice. I haven't played, but it looks like fun. I'm now no longer afraid of climbing and am really starting to look forward to going and challenging myself at the gym. The facility is almost always packed, but if you go early in the day or later in the evening it isn't so chaotic. In our couple months of being here they've changed the holds on the walls at least twice. Maybe three times. I like that they don't change everything all at once so you get a chance to do some ones you know while trying new ones. I like how you can purchase or rent anything you would need here. The employees are very kind and helpful. And the community of climbers are very encouraging and also equally kind and helpful. It's a great place to come if you're interested in climbing or learning to climb.
