We passed it at first; although right off of Duquesne with a streetside sign, Ocean Adventures is in a very unassuming warehouse-esque metal building. That almost sets you up for more of a pleasant surprise when you walk inside after parking in the gravel lot behind the building (technically the front). When you walk in there are cubbies and coat hooks to deposit your things. The front desk is also right there, so not a lot of concern about things being stolen. Everyone gets a wrist band as you check in, and for the more uncooperative kiddos (one of mine) an ID sticker on their back. I didn't know this when I got there, but tickets are typically purchased in advance online as they only sell 40 tickets per session to keep it enjoyable for everyone--a policy I personally really appreciate, especially with little kids. And the unbelievable part: the tickets are only $5 T-Th and $6 F-Su. (If an adult wants to play with their kiddo, they also need a ticket, but for so little that's not a big deal for us, especially compared to prices at other kids facilities in SWMO/NWA). The facility itself: amazing. Imagine the McDonalds playset from your childhood, but without the dirty sock smell, multiple stories, more slides and a bigger ball pit. It's clean and actually smells GOOD...you can go on their website and watch/read about the cleaning routine. It's pretty impressive and the condition of the facility reflects that. I also noticed the staff making rounds every so often around the play equipment, which I also appreciated. The bulk of the play equipment is made of various nets and ropes/clear plastic windows, so your kids are almost always visible, but it's nice to see that the staff are kind of monitoring to make sure everything is in order. We really loved our visit here, our 2 hours flew by and as the kids get a little older this would be a great place to bring a book and relax at a table while they play...it's one of the few places around that feels safe enough for my comfort and entertaining enough for theirs. Until then, though, I am enjoying my excuse to "have to" play in a giant ball pit.

Other than coming here for bumper cars, mini golf, or laser tag, this place isn't worth it. I can't exaggerate by saying most of the skill games were down along with a lot of other machines. Most games are ticket grab games with no skill required and they cost a lot for what they are. On top of that there is a carousel type claw game in the middle of the arcade, the stuffed animals in there are literally molded. I wouldn't trust anyone's child to win anything like that, outrageous.

Great fun for little kids who need to burn off some energy. I didn't understand the closed from 1-4 pm at first but I was e-mailed an explanation from House of Bounce and I understand now. It is better for the kids and also gives them a chance to clean up again. It is impressive how clean they keep that business. It is very clean and new (newly rebuilt). The people were very friendly. After their e-Mai I had to change my 4 star to a perfect 5 star rating. They deserve it!

Her wrist had a red swollen ring around it. The inflatable was dropped off an hour before the time specified by house of bounce which woke a napping child and it was also picked up almost half an hour before the rental end time. We will never use this company again and don't recommend them as their rentals can't be trusted to be damage free and safe for kids. When letting the company know about this and the fact that a child got hurt, the person I spoke with said the manager was very upset because they had another of the exact bounce house and it was brand new so she didn't know why that one wasnt use for our rental. The person I spoke with said the manager wanted to "make it right" by authorizing A 25% refund which is laughable. The owner couldn't seem to get on the phone with me themself.

It wasn't busy at all, with some of the areas even empty most of the time we were there. There was ample seating for adults alongside the trampolines, and down below near the shoe cubbies. For 4 adults and the 4 kids for 1.5 hours of jumping (kids only, also bought 4 pairs of the socks), it was $65 after tax. I thought that was cheap compared to prices where we live. I'm surprised to see the complaints on here about this place ... maybe none of these people have ever been to an indoor play place for kids? They're all run by kids in HS or college with minimal customer service skills. They all smell funny, are hot, and don't feel clean to adults. The snack and drink options were limited, as they are at these places. Was this place more ick than a national chain trampoline park? Sure, but what does anyone expect for a concrete slab enclosed by aluminum lol. We used the bathrooms several times and they were fine. The seating areas for adults were fine. If I lived locally, my toddler would be here a lot. He loved it and didn't stop playing the entire time.

By far the best part of the experience was the large butterfly arena with different butterflies from around the world. They give you this flower connected to a nectar vile and the butterflies basically come to you. In addition you get a laminated sheet which tells you what butterflies are in there so you can identify them. There are so many butterflies you almost forget about the pretty hummingbirds around. There is a cool mirror maze, 3D movie and slide to keep your kids occupied. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they care about their job. Prices paid for admissions which was a little pricier than expected: Child- $11.00 per ticket Adult - $32.00 per ticket Senior- $29.00 per ticket However, it's one of those prices you pay that you feel goes to a good cause to help the butterflies and other animals there. Overall, it's worth the visit if you are into that sort of thing or want to try something different than mini golf :). Just getting photo ops with my children and the butterflies is a mom and dad's dream if you can imagine lol. A great time and experience!

However, even with expansion work going on and things unavailable that we were excited for during our visit it was still a five star visit. The Butterfly Palace is an absolute must if you are visiting the area. We paid high price for so many attractions and this one was by far a favorite. The flight of the monarch's 3D movie was such a quick and educational film and the small reptile area had wonderful staff. Thank you to Evan that was the most patient and kind employee that we encountered while there. She answered all of my toddler's questions without feeling dismissed or in a hurry to move on. The butterfly room was beautiful. Educational for both adults and children with identification cards, binoculars, and magnifying glasses. I could have stayed there much longer than we did waiting for butterflies to land and admiring their beauty. It was truly a fantastic experience for all ages. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My only thing I would say is how crowded it gets. I felt like at one point it was shoulder to shoulder. I'm not sure they have limits on the amount of people in the room at one time or a way that they move people through. Either way 5/5 or 10/10!
