It would be cool if their pre-recorded guided tour could be rewound, forwarded, or jumped to the number stop that you would like to be repeated. They have their own parking lot that seemed to get people in and out, and their line was short to buy tickets. My guy asked the cashier if I could bring my fanny pack, to which she quickly replied no, it needs to stay in the car and cannot be brought along to the ride. While I appreciate this information at the ticket stand, it was quite frustrating to get back home and see some AI-consolidated mentions of small lockers from a few months ago. Not sure if this is true or not, but I feel it should be mentioned on the website in FAQs and on signage at the site. Other than that, as a tourist, I still enjoyed the ride.

Next you watch a video. Then they weigh you and check the height of the children. Weight limit is 300 pounds. They are big on safety-one at a time they seat you in the "coaster"- you are buckled in with 2 safety straps-additional child straps. There are handles to hold to control speed. I am not big on speed and went slow. The coaster climbs through the woods and fake animals are scattered throughout. At the top there is a shed and guide who gives a thumbs up and down the hill you go-tilting slightly at times and circling around. They assist you and unstrap you at the end. A photo is taken 3/4 of the way down-smile and try not to look scared! Summary All the locals recommended this ride as the most scenic and it was! Great fun-even for me who is skiddish about heights and speed. Note-second ride is discounted. Best ride ever! Loved it!!

I've always been able to bring in a cup of ice water, but today, as soon as I walked through the gate, a very rude teenage employee stopped me and required me to pour it out before I could enter. It wasn't alcohol, soda, or any other drink--it was plain ice water. What makes this even more frustrating is that the aquatic center provides free drinking water inside. If guests can already get free water, I don't understand the purpose of making someone dump out perfectly good water at the entrance. It feels wasteful and unnecessary. I understand that facilities have rules, but they should make sense and be enforced with courtesy. The interaction was unfriendly and left a very negative first impression. After years of enjoying this pool, it's disappointing to see customer service and common sense take a back seat.
