Family friendly, low-key. Zero stars for the cafe. Had a customer sitting at the bar bring my condiments so they wouldn't have to step behind the counter. Over an hour for food even though only 5 lanes were going. Both staff were HORRIBLE with an attitude, RUDE, and extremely unprofessional. read more

Want bowling without the bullshit? I found your place. Lanes are synthetic and the man friend says a bit oily, but it's a good time. We bowl by the hour, shoe rentals are cheap and there isn't weird music blaring or unattended children everywhere. Beer is available, and mixed drinks after 5pm. Pizza is good. It I can't speak to the rest of the food. Staff is always very courteous. read more

The facility has plenty of parking. It is clean and bright. It is not smoky. They have 28 lanes. Very easy affordable fun for kids and adults. I think the regular price is $2.75 a game. We had a Valentine's Day party there for middle schoolers. The management worked with us on price and it was quite affordable. They also allowed us to bring in pizza and Cake. We bought our drinks there. They had lots of food options available for people who wanted something besides pizza. The staff was so helpful and so happy to have us there. The kids had a great time. I give this place 5 stars because I feel for the owner. Once fast lanes opened up with a liquor license, this place lost business. However, fast lanes has horrible customer service, the laser guns didn't work half the times I played, the pizza is overrated, and it is impossible to get a reservation unless you are planning months in advance. I am from an area where there is more competition for entertainment places like these, and fast lanes just takes advantage of the lack of selection in NW AR by charging too much $$. Roger's bowling is a nice place in good shape with good customer service. They can be busy, but the service is good and it has a nice laid back atmosphere. I have never had a problem like Chuck. I have taken a group from work their many times as a teambuilding fun time and they are always very accomodating, even printing out our score sheets to review comparisons. The snack shack serves up a tasty burger and fries. I recently took my niece who is 6, I had no idea the bumper bowl was automated, any time it was her turn...bumpers up and on my turn, they automatically retracted. Made it very nice for us both to bowl. read more

Rogers Bowling Center is a well maintained, affordable place for families or people of all ages. They have lunch special and late night specials. The lanes are kept up to date well! Very unhappy with managemen!! I bowl all over NW Arkansas, Fort Smith and Tulsa and have never been treated so poorly!! I tried to take my iced tea in, which I have done at all of the other alleys and was made to take it back out to my vehicle!! They want you to spend money at the restaurant but are going to lose my bowling business because of it!! I tried to tell the manager about it and he just stared at me, had no explanatio!! It's really out dated, but is much cheaper than other bowling ally's. More older people and it can be hard to get in during the week when they are doing leagues. Their fried pickles are to die for though. I give it a five star on price, a four star on food, but a two star on its looks and atmosphere. read more

This place is a constant disappoint. Yes the prices are great, but every time we have gone we have left with a terrible taste in our mouth! So much so that we would rather pay 3x as much and drive 15 more minutes to go to Fast Lanes, instead of going back to this place. We have been there at least 10 times, each time thinking maybe it will be different. Have yet to see any improvement. Reasons it sucks so bad? TERRIBLE Customer Service, same guy is there every time we go and he is a complete A**hole! He has been a jerk every time. He continuously acts like you are a waste of his time. They have a "Concessions Stand" which is pretty great. When it's actually operational! They close it down Hours before they actually close the building. There are time we have been in there at least 4hrs before closing and they are closing the concessions down for the night! Absolutely ridiculous! I'm really not sure how this place is staying in business? We also asked about replacing our bowling shoes and the guy "running the place" didn't want anything to do with us. It was like pulling teeth just to get him to let us look at a catalog! The frustration we have with these people is beyond what I can express! I only give them the one star I have because of the prices! You are better off giving your money to a place that actually cares about their customers! read more

This place is perfect for me!!! I love the size, 28 lanes, the people were nice, prices were good, everything was in good condition. I've been working in the bowling business for over 20 years and if I do move to the area like I'm thinking about doing, this will be the first place I not only bowl my leagues at, but also see if they have any job openings. read more

Call me old school, but I like this place for all the things it isn't. I neither need nor want a mega digital center for bowling night - or the overflow of people. Give me a good price, clean and well lit lanes, a classic snack bar and cold beer at decent prices and I'm good. The workers at this establishment were very disrespectful and rude and wouldn't let my kids use the 6 pound ball. The men at the counter chased them down and yelled at them to put it back even though they had already been using it. Never coming back to this place, Fast Lanes is a much better establishment to take your kids. Don't waste your money coming here and go somewhere else. read more

Not a great experience! Poor customer service on top of forcing my group into two lanes (when we had over 15). My son hit the reset button on the other lane a few times trying to be funny and they wanted to charge us for 8 games although we didn't play them. Eventually, I was able to only pay for my son and let the rest of the group pay for only one game. But I was very disappointed in the way the employees handled themselves. For that reason I will not be going here again, and I definetly not be reccomending to anyone in the future. read more

We arranged a bowling party, staff seemed very helpful, we called several days before the event and to let him know we still planned to attend. The manager told us he would give us another cookie cake. To our surprise when it came time to pay for the event we were charged for another cookie. We didn't tell him we had more people coming to party. We arranged party for twice as many people that actually showed up. He even told us they rarely get over half of the invited guess to come. They told us they would make adjustments depending on how many people showed up, they didn't. The center is a nice place to take a family, just make sure you get everything in writing. read more
