Lifeguards are good and helpful. Always willing to help and adjust for us lap swimmers. The equipment must be older and vacuums not as powerful as needed. The pool has a lot of usage and with baseball diamonds close, gets a lot of sand, dirt, and "stuff" on the bottom. July and August swims are in very warm water. Aerators, like they have in Fort Smith public pool, would help solve and create a more refreshing swim in the hot summer days. The locker room is adequate and could use an update. The lifeguards do the best they can to keep it clean. Great deck, a lot of space, and very nice chairs to catch some rays, which is appreciated! They need to update the sound system and be able to play music for an improved atmosphere. Overall, good pool, which I use daily. I am really looking forward to the proposed updates and see how much better it can be!

I came with them not planning to swim and I didn't even bring swim trunks. So I go down and get gas and return at 6:25pm try to enter and I tell the teenager at the desk I am just going in to wait for my wife, son, and autistic daughter swim until 7pm. He said I had to pay. Now I know that the city of Bentonville isn't hurting that bad for money that it needs to get $$ for me sitting in a chair watching and now that it is 6:45pm they are clearing the people all 10 of them. To bad the geese ruined the lake this holiday. And now I know why my dad took us to the lake instead of paying money hungry cities.

This is difficult, but seeing the demographic around me, I felt confident everyone was secretly looking around and feeding off of the obvious intention of everyone. We were ALL trying to better ourselves and I just "felt" that vibe. It's priceless and I encourage everyone to come and join in. THIRD: It's very conveniently located near the NWA Mall... literally right down the street. They have birthday parties and day passes along with parents night out and summer and spring break camps. My kids were also excited to sign up for their seasonal classes including painting and gymnastics. The monthly family membership is only $45 which was cheaper than my single gym membership. They offer a military discount too, so we pay $36 a month for a family of 4. Workout classes are included and you get a discount on the kids' activity classes like gymnastics and swim lessons. The playground surfaces are all weatherproof, which is a fantastic addition to the playground. This park has plenty of space for picnic and pavilions for parties. It has a train that operates seasonally through the park that features a tunnel and other exciting activities. There is a large city pool also included in the park that has a brand new structure, including a very nice competitive swim area stands, diving area, etc, along with changing rooms, showers, concessions, etc. There is also a putt putt course located within the park. Additionally, the park includes a tennis center and tennis lessons as well as organized tennis events and a tennis league.
