All you can eat pancakes
Rebecca E.

Came for the $5 unlimited pancakes and stayed for the service from the team and our server Galilea. Despite a 20 minute wait on Saturday morning, this was the best IHOP experience I've had. Food was delicious. Service was friendly. Most importantly the place was very clean. The staff clean the condiments after every table, and had super clean uniforms. Will I be back? Yesssssssir.

Bacon Temptation Omelette

I went in to get a pickup and as soon as I walked in I noticed it was a busy Sunday like any typical Sunday. I only waited a few minutes as my order wasn't ready at the time of pick up. (no worries) I brought my food home and I had ordered a bacon omelette, first few bites were good up until I not only did I not find ONE but TWO stands of hair! I was so grossed out after that it killed my appetite. Ese omelette tenía más pelo que tocino!

The sorry military discount I received from this location

1 STAR -- BUG IN MY FOOD, DISMISSIVE STAFF, DISRESPECTFUL OWNER, AND DISTURBING COMMENTS ABOUT EBT…read moreCUSTOMERS I visited GoodFellas Cafe today, and this was hands down one of the most appalling dining experiences I've ever had. What happened at this establishment raises serious concerns about food quality, customer service, and, most importantly, the attitude of the person running the business. During our meal, I discovered what appeared to be a bug in my food. Naturally, I brought this to our waitress's attention, expecting some concern, an apology, or at least an effort to address the situation. Instead, the waitress responded with absolutely no empathy or concern. She simply stated that she had no control over the situation and would get the owner. Her tone and demeanor were completely dismissive, as though finding a possible insect in a customer's meal was nothing worth being concerned about. Unfortunately, things only got worse when the owner arrived. Rather than acknowledging our concern or making any meaningful attempt to resolve the situation, the owner insisted it wasn't a bug and told us that if we didn't like it, we could leave. But what he said next was even more disturbing. The owner proceeded to tell us that he wasn't there for "give outs" and made comments about not accepting EBT customers for this very reason. Let me be perfectly clear: We never presented an EBT card, never mentioned government assistance, and never asked for free food or money. We were paying customers who simply brought a legitimate food-quality concern to the restaurant's attention. Why would an owner immediately associate a customer complaint with EBT recipients or people looking for handouts? The assumptions and apparent prejudice behind those remarks were astonishing. What should have been a simple opportunity to address a food complaint turned into an unnecessarily hostile and degrading encounter. And that's what makes this experience so troubling. Finding what appeared to be a bug in my food was concerning enough. But watching both an employee and the owner demonstrate such a complete lack of empathy, accountability, and professionalism was arguably worse. Restaurants make mistakes. Food preparation isn't perfect. But customers should be able to raise concerns without being dismissed, insulted, or subjected to inappropriate assumptions about their financial circumstances. The owner sets the standard for the entire establishment, and based on what I experienced today, that standard is deeply disappointing. I genuinely question how an establishment can expect to maintain the public's trust when a food-quality complaint is handled with this level of hostility and disregard. I encourage prospective customers to consider this experience before choosing to dine here. No customer should have to tolerate this kind of treatment simply for questioning what was served on their plate. I will never return to GoodFellas Cafe, and based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I had a Grey Goose dirty martini, and it was made perfectly. The jalapeño burger, cooked medium, was excellent -- juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. The fried chicken with gravy was also outstanding and had that perfect comfort-food feel. We started with the crab cakes, and they were easily one of the highlights of the meal. Absolutely outstanding. For dessert, we had the bread pudding, and it was incredible. Definitely worth saving room for. Great food, excellent drinks, and a really enjoyable overall experience. Unfortunately, the main issue was the customer service. I ordered a Diet Coke when we sat down, and it took about 15 minutes to arrive--even after I asked twice. The bigger issue was with our meal. My wife and I specifically asked for the gravy to be served on the side, but when our food arrived, the gravy had been poured all over it. We explained the mistake to our server, and they took it back to have it remade. Another 15 minutes or so later, we finally received the replacement meal. By that point, the other couple at our table was almost finished eating. Our server mentioned that he had only started working there the week before, so I don't want to put all of the blame on him. He was clearly still learning. However, this is also where I would expect the restaurant to step in when something goes wrong. What really bothered me was that when we received the bill, there was absolutely no acknowledgment of what had happened--no apology, no adjustment, nothing. Mistakes happen, and we weren't looking for a free dinner. But when a simple request is missed, your meal has to be remade, and you're left waiting while everyone else at the table is eating, a little acknowledgment from management would go a long way. Overall, the food and drinks were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the delays, the service issues, and the lack of any recognition of what happened took away from what could have been a much better experience.

However, I was able to finish an errand earlier and called to push up my order by 2 hours. The ladies working were super nice and accommodating, and got my order ready to go ASAP. I put the cookies in the microwave for ~15 seconds, and they were soooo good. The firecraker shrimp itself was good. The coating/sause was just a bit too oily/buttery for me...which I noticed in the brussels sprouts and other starters as well (which those who like that type of flavor would really enjoy I think). Just the oil/butter throws me off, otherwise great!

Here's my honest review! We got to Lazy Dog in Corona around 9:45 pm where the greeter met us right away and took us to a booth located in the bar area. I am a bit weary of booths, and also weary of high top tables because I'm pregnant and have difficulty climbing/stretching just to sit in high top tables and weary of how tight booths can be in certain restaurants. The booth here at Lazy Dog was perfect! We got our menus and began looking until our server approached us. He introduced himself, his name was Javier, and asked us if this was our first time, to which he replied that yes it was. He explained the menus we were given and took our drink order while we reviewed the menus. Since it was happy hour, we tried their buffalo wings and Tangy BBQ Chips to start. I did not take pictures of those items and wish I had. The happy hour items we ordered were delivered by the Manager, who was very nice and chatted with us briefly. She welcomed us as first timers and that usually sets the stage for us when the manager interacts with the customers. The wings had a nice flavor and the chips were definitely addicting. My husband asked for a dipping cup of the high altitude sauce (Javier said it was their hottest) and that was a pretty good sauce with good flavor. To drink I had a Strawberry Citrus refresher, and it was actually really good. Husband had a regular Michelob Ultra, and had no complaints. We both chose food items from the menu, under the $15 Fireside Favorites. You get a choice of an entree and desert. Husband chose the fried chicken dinner with an extra piece of fried chicken and I chose the fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp. The food was good, I enjoyed my fettuccini Alfredo which I'm usually picky about. The husband was a little thrown off as he thought the chicken was going to be like bone in fried chicken, and in the end he said it was good regardless. For desert, he got the S'more Brownie Sundae and I got the Banana Pudding. I was sold on the banana pudding, as was my husband. We ended up finishing my desert and took his brownie home (which got eaten later during our movie at home). I have to say, I'd definitely come back. There was so much on the menu that I would like to try.

We will absolutely continue coming back, just unfortunately not as often as we used to. We were regular Thursday night customers because we absolutely loved Music Bingo. My husband, my two daughters, and I would come together as a family almost every Thursday. It became something we genuinely looked forward to each week. Thursdays used to be packed, sometimes so crowded that it was hard to find a seat. There was such a fun atmosphere, with different tables bantering with each other, laughing, competing, and getting into the music. We enjoyed it so much that we even brought prizes for the host to give away. It was more than just playing bingo; it was the whole experience and energy of the night. Unfortunately, since the new Music Bingo host took over, the experience has completely changed. We even tried talking to him about it, and he told us that as long as he is running Music Bingo, he will never use the app and will continue doing everything on paper. He uses the same card for the entire two-hour game, which means that even if you arrive late, you essentially have no chance of winning. That takes away a huge part of what made the game exciting and competitive. I do want to be fair and say that we know he also hosts trivia on Tuesdays, and we actually like his approach to trivia. His style seems to work well for that format. Unfortunately, that same approach just doesn't seem to vibe with Music Bingo. Music Bingo needs a different kind of energy, interaction, and flair, and sadly, that has been missing. The host has also been rude to us when we've tried to discuss our concerns, which has made the experience even less enjoyable. The difference in the Thursday night atmosphere is very noticeable. Thursdays used to be packed and full of energy, and now the place is often nearly empty. The fun atmosphere and camaraderie we used to look forward to are simply gone. We understand that he runs the game on his own and is entitled to run it how he wants. At the end of the day, though, the format and the overall vibe have changed enough that our family no longer wants to make Thursday nights a regular part of our week. That's especially disappointing because this was something all four of us genuinely enjoyed doing together. We are still giving The Brass Tap five stars because the restaurant itself, the food, and the rest of the staff have always been fantastic. We will definitely come back for those things. We just won't be coming back as often for Music Bingo. Hopefully, at some point, Music Bingo can become the fun, lively, interactive experience it used to be. We would love to have a reason to look forward to Thursday nights again.
