First time here, food was amazing and our server Kayla was amazing, I would definitely recommend her to anyone who was here, I got the Big steak omelette and it was fantastic very good mix of flavors, pancakes are always good, more about our server she was very friendly and really good at thinking ahead and being on top of things, she is bilingual with Spanish and English which is a very profo skill to have and made my Spanish speaking family feel welcome as if it was a friends home. From the moment we walked in, it smelled awful. It smelled like sewage! Then I realized that the sewage was overflowing from the drain. The kitchen floor and the hallway were wet with that water. I came here for lunch with my family. The food and service were both okay. What caught me off guard was the payment screen. The tip options were 20%, 22%, 25%, or "No Tip." There may have been a custom amount option, but it wasn't obvious. With the server standing there, I felt pressured to choose 20%. I would never leave no tip, and the service was good, but I still don't think this kind of setup is right. Just something to be aware of. Food is not great, but it is pricy. Breakfast for two people is about $50 plus tips. The waiter showed me the tablet with the choice of a tip from 20% to 30%, and he clicked on 25% by himself. That was very rude to ask the customer for the tips that way. read more

They never disappoint! My husband and I frequent here on a weekly basis. We order from the value menu and are always treated the same. The servers are ALL super friendly and move fast. Came for the $5 unlimited pancakes and stayed for the service from the team and our server Galilea. Despite a 20 minute wait on Saturday morning, this was the best IHOP experience I've had. Food was delicious. Service was friendly. Most importantly the place was very clean. The staff clean the condiments after every table, and had super clean uniforms. Will I be back? Location was packed Saturday morning, but no surprise due to it being the weekend. Food was good. I did step into the restroom twice, both times to clean my hand before eating and after eating. Disgusting how filthy they had the ladies restroom. Our server just came by once, which was disappointing. But once she gave us the check my husband asked if this location offers military discount. She said yes that she'll get the manager. No manager showed up. But she did say that manager added the discount. Which the discount was a joke. Not even $2 damn dollars were taken off of our $98 tab. I can NOT recall the time where my husband asked for a military discount and was granted a discount but only to the lowest purchased plate off of our tab. Let alone any other store that will say I'm just discounting what is specifically just yours, meaning my husband due to him serving in the Army. That is just straight out ridiculous. Who ever the manager is at this location, Sir/Ma'am it's a true disgrace what you did today to my family. You should of just said, sorry we don't offer veteran/military discounts. I'd like to start by saying my server was nice and polite. Not super apologetic when I returned my steak or asking what happened etc etc. but over all she was polite. My dad ordered the spicy poblano Benedict with fresh fruit and some chocolate chip pancakes cool everything was good for him. I however ordered the T-bone steak and eggs cooked med rare. First off I wish I had taken a picture of how the steak was served, the steak was pale in color and had a giant hunk of pure fat , that is not appealing at all. I gave it a chance and cut a small piece to try it and immediately spit it out, it tasted gross and had an odd odor to it. The eggs also, upon further research the eggs are cooked with pancake batter to make them fluffier and appear more in size, this can be tasty to others not to me. IHOP, your pancakes are good and they most importantly look like they do on your menu, your steak? Absolutely not, it was pale and had a hunk of fat on it. We eat with our eyes first and foremost, the steak that was served was beyond disgusting, I don't think anyone of your employees would have eaten the steak I was served, so why would be ok to send out to a paying customer? read more

Walking into this place is a little like Walking into a 50's diner. It looks a bit out dated and some of the booths have crazy dips in them. It definitely needs to be updated a bit. This ihop has a very boring vibe. We were seated right away because we were the second party there. Our drink orders were taken right away and I asked for a water with lemon. I received water with some black stuff in it and no lemon. When she came back to take our order. I asked her for another water with lemon this time, please. She gladly took the glass and brought me clean water with lemon. Our food was good. Nothing to complain or brag about but I would come back again. The service was average as well. The waitress was kind but not very happy looking. Seemed like she had no energy and the other girl there seemed the same. We did however get our food in a timely fashion although we were the only other party there, and we did enjoy our breakfast anyways. If a few things like even just the energy of the server's changed, this place would do well. read more

Let's be real, when you think IHOP you don't expect much but this IHOP location was by far the best location I've ever been to. Food came out quickly, perfectly cooked. I had the 2x2x2 and my girl had the steak tips and eggs. Steak was a perfect medium and the Pancakes were as good as an IHOP pancake could be The service was quick and hospitality was top notch, out waitress Galilea made sure we were well taken care of, even switched out a fresh set of sauces after the last table. I personally thought it was a really great sign of great service. On top of that the whole place was very clean, no cleaning supplies were left out, no snags in the rug, no cracks in the seats. All the staff from the cooks to the hostess were all very well put together. Clean uniforms, clean shaving, clean hear and good attitudes, that stuff goes a long way. The owners/managers have done a really good job setting a standard for this IHOP location and in turn are setting a good standard for the kids who work here to take to their next job. I was craving IHOP. Yes, IHOP - don't judge my comfort foods. This IHOP hit the spot in an awesome way that I find myself still thinking about the next day. For one, the food was a treat. I got Tres Leches Pancakes, and a breakfast sampler for some hash browns and sausage and bacon. Yes, you read that right - I ordered 2 things despite being only 1 person, and I do not regret it. Everything was tasty, came out in a timely manner, and had a fair price. For two, the waitress was super kind. She actually remembered us from a previous visit, and we had a lovely chat. I really enjoyed it and don't usually have such great conversations with folks I just met. I'm not sure why this place only has 3 stars, but for me it was an easy 5! read more

Had a random urge for pancakes after flying back into town so decided to place an order for pickup on my way to my destination. Ordered the food around 12:45pm on the website in my car and even though my order wasn't due to be completed until 1:15p, I opted to just go in so that when it's ready it would be super hot and not sitting. I opted to go inside around 1:05ish along with two other families that seemed to have gotten the same pancake urge but one nice gentleman was seating them as we were all arriving so no wait there. After telling him about my takeout order he checked and it was ready ahead of the suggested time. It was held in some kind of oven warmer (which I thought was great), confirmed that condiments were already placed in the bag (another great perk - and often missed step with to go orders) and when I got home - y'all it was delicious . Pancakes were hot and fluffy, butter just oozed out the packet without any effort, and that warm blueberry syrup I also requested was the cherry on top. We came in as a water pool team with about 20 people, our team mom got there early to ask for reservation and they still made us wait. About 15 minutes. When we were seated, we sat for at least 40 minutes before they even took our orders. After about an hour of sitting total us to tell us that food wouldn't even be started for another 30 minutes. We all had to leave we had a game within an hour of them telling us our food wouldn't even be started for half an hour. Then we're leaving.
