Employee on the line wearing a hooded shirt with Mario from Nintendo raising the middle finger. My kid saw this.
David S.

By far the worst encounter I've had with an IHOP establishment. The order was placed online with the mobile app, but the entire order was wrong and very poor quality. The orange juices were nearly pure water with no flavor whatsoever. In addition, the omelet was an unpresentable platter of mess with no care taken. The melt was not cooked all the way and was not even placed in the container in a semi presentable manner. The hashbrowns were undercooked and still cold in the middle even though they were ordered crispy. Disgusting. The funny face pancakes were mashed into the containers, totally unacceptable, even to a child who was looking forward to it. After returning to the restaurant, the refund process took nearly 20 minutes. While waiting, my wife, kids, and I noticed a cook on the line wearing a hooded sweatshirt with a Mario Nintendo character expressing the middle finger. My kids saw this, and asked why was Mario flipping people off. This is poor behavior, poor supervision, poor management, poor food quality, and should be thoroughly reviewed by district or corporate as applicable. Maybe even the municipal health inspector. I do have photos of the food and the employee with the awful attire and am willing to provide them to support this complaint. Please address and fix this.

Bathroom disgusting!

Greeter fast & friendly. Waitress took our order and another party of 2 came in later and the same waitress took their order. They got their food substantially before we were served. Unknown reason? I was shocked how filthy restroom was. Appears not cleaned properly in a long time. Ick! The Ihop on Tudor is better option.

My bid steak omelette Togo. It is delicious and one of the best I've had.

Absolutely the best steak omelette I've had. The quality and flavor is unmatched. I had already taken a bite before the pic lol

Stopped in for breakfast, coffee is super weak....service is sub par

Service sucks.... coffee wasn't good.... waiting to see how the food turns out, waitress dropped a glass on the floor and cussed really loud with kids around

So I love to make a custom Omelette, and I do mean custom.. This was supposed to be a 6 fresh cracked egg, with bacon, sausage, ham, mushroom, onions and spinach. This does not look like a 6 Egg Omelette. Very disappointing, as I've had it here before it was pretty good. This time it fell very short of my expectations on what it should have looked like...

Biscuits and gravy, yum!!!

Now, my first culinary experience with this restaurant was a good one, their cheese burger with honey and whipped Brie?!?!?!?!?! Is a masterpiece disguised as a cheese burger the tater tots on the side? Meh! Nothing to see there. The most mind-binding, disrespectful thing I came across at this establishment is them calling a glorified Little Caesar's quality cheese bread with a side of dipping sauce a "Pizza" if it wasn't enough that this cheese bread was marketed as a "Pizza" which it is not but to call it a Detroit style Deep dish? Unforgivable! I wanted to love this pizza so badly but I cannot allow anyone else to spend $28.00 on a dried out, over cooked order of cheese bread. The service was good until I was given Diet Coke instead of Coke Zero. I swear service recovery is such a lost art. C-

We ordered several meals between 2 adults and 3 kids in addition to an appetizer and drink. They're are listed in order of favorite to least favorite: Calamari Seafood pasta Fish and chips Kids fried chicken and rice Scallop Risotto House margarita Kids dessert (house made sorbet) The server asked what soup or salad we would like within the meal, and little did we know, it would be an additional $7 up charge for each. In addition, the margarita was all ice, and tasted like your typical Jose Cuervo margarita. The calamari was good and fairly thick, enjoyed by everyone. The seafood pasta had a good flavor and loaded with seafood, truly the one meal I enjoyed. The fish and chips had 3 large portions of halibut, with a heavy fried batter, and average fries. It didn't taste better than your average fish and chips, and I'm glad I didn't personally order this dish. The kids chicken and rice had a surprisingly large amount of chicken with bland rice. The scallop risotto, just simply wasn't very good, it wasn't bland, but the flavor was lacking, and of the 3 that tried it, no one ate much. The kids dessert was called house made sorbet, and my kiddos were so excited to eat it. They tried one bite and almost cried, he said it tasted like broccoli, and I laughed and tried it myself...no kidding, this tasted like broccoli!! It was absolutely awful, like one of those gag jelly beans. I was expecting a high bill, but the hidden charges at the end really added to our disappointment. I regret coming here

The atmosphere feels like a neighborhood hangout -- relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for anything from brunch to dinner. One big improvement since last year is the menu -- it's expanded and gotten so much better. Kudos to the kitchen! There are more options now, and everything feels more thoughtfully done, with better variety and stronger flavors across the board. We started with appetizers, and the steamer clams were delightfully well-seasoned.. buttered garlic in the white wine-- yum. For mains, the (not pictured) ribeye steak was cooked to perfection requiring no added sauce, pairing perfectly with my rose wine. The ahi tuna was another hit-- the wasabi-mixed sauce with every bite made it better! Portions are generous, and prices feel fair for what you get. Drinks are also a highlight -- solid cocktails (cold & hot), good beer options, and a nice selection of wines by the glass. Service was friendly and attentive, even though the place was busy. It has a lively feel without being overwhelming. Overall, Manhattan Restaurant & Lounge has really stepped up from last year and is now a great go-to for hearty food, good drinks, and a relaxed vibe. Definitely a spot I'm coming back to.

Seating is made up of booths along the window perimeter, tables thru the middle area and a large bar area with more tables and stools along the counter. The menu selection is surprisingly diverse. I was happy to see halibut as the fish for their fish & chips, as it is often cod or other white fish. I find halibut to be the best. They also have a few dishes with nods to Korean and Thai flavors. There are pizzas and dinner salads too. I went with their bacon jam burger for dinner. It is cooked to your liking and has a grilled apple, cambozola, bacon jam, arugula & house mayo. This is the best burger I've had in a long time. The flavors complement each other so well. If you are a fan of bleu cheese you will really love the cambozola. It is creamy and oozy and is amazing on a burger. My spouse tried their Cuban sandwich and didn't like that the pickles were mediocre and didn't add to the overall flavors, and that the bread wasn't crisped or toasted in any way -- the way Cubans traditionally are. He also took a chance with a appetizer off the specials menu which he imaged was Brussels sprouts however it was shaved sautéed Brussels sprout leaves, over warm couscous with lots of fresh herbs, jalapeños, and heavily spiced with bold spices like fennel. It was bizarre and not like anything we've ever tried. We liked some of the flavors but all together didn't make sense to us so we sent it back, unfortunately. Our child tried the Mac and cheese that came with purple grapes and sorbet. The Mac and cheese was good although I'd advise SRH to try a larger noodle than a small shell so kids can stab it better and get it in their little mouths. The sorbet must be seasonal/rotating bc it was cinnamon honey pear and it was crazy delicious. I'd come back for just the sorbet tbh. Other than that our red-haired bespectacled server was fairly attentive and quite friendly, even on a very busy Friday dinner rush. Parking lot just outside seems easy enough as long as you can grab a spot at busy times. Will be back in the future for the fried halibut (and sorbet!).

They really missed the mark. For starters we got my husband's usual Chipotle steak pizza. Right off the bat I notice it's a weird oval kind of shape. It's not a circle and the pieces don't add up. I'm positive that the someone in the kitchen sliced out the middle the pizza and put it in the box like it wouldn't be noticed. Worst of all. I ordered a pound of their Korean style wings. I usually love these. I thought initially that these are so tiny it's a good thing it's by the weight, not quantity. Well. These were not fit for consumption. I managed to eat two wings that were on the crunchy side. The rest were unfit for consumption. We're talking chicken wing jerky.
