He said our original server left and transferred the ticket to him and he could not make changes to the ticket. Even tho the difference would have been $2-3, If I was the one short then it would be a problem. In this economy every penny counts. DO NOT COME HERE. The server with glasses has issues. She's a horrible server who fails at her job and expects a tip. She has always been rude but today she had a field with me. So I ordered all you can eat pancakes with my son and my friend and once I ordered another stack she rudely says: you can't share your stack of pancakes so I can't give you anymore. I don't even wanna give her my time of day, so I told her to let me talk to the manager. Manager comes and explains the same thing so I show her to show me where does it say one per person. After she failed to show me she too started yelling and tryna make me feel intimidated. So I just tell her that I'll pay and I left. My family and I came from out of state for Disneyland. We chose this spot for breakfast today and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and friendly costumer service. We did not have to wait at all to be seated, which surprised me because back in my state it is usually a 10-30min wait on a sunday. The waiters were super friendly, loved that they also spoke and understood spanish. Food came quick and was really good. Ambiance was peaceful and like any ordinary breakfast restaurant. Restrooms are locked with a pin code but that is totally understandable. Overall my family and I enjoyed this place and would visit again next time we come back to Anaheim. Thank you! read more

Very very very disappointed. We went here for the 2nd time and got the same very bad experience because of our server, Alex. He's freaking mean. The first time we came to eat, we just let it go cause he probably had a bad day, and it was busy. The first time we came, the food came so long too, and it was cold already. Our server ignored us and did not give us our drinks for probably 15-20 min. The second time we went, the food was fast, but our server Alex again was so mean, and it was not busy. My husband basically ordered milk, and he gave him chocolate milk. When my husband said that it was supposed to be milk, he was so rude and did not want to get and change it at first. Then we we're gonna order, I forgot where at the menu what I ordered before and asked him if he knew something similar. I explained my order before and want to get the same thing, (Crepe with a sausage)he just said "I don't know what that is" in a very rude manner, did not even try to help me look for it or give suggestions. This IHOP is awful. I ordered here on UBER eats and will never do so again. The food was awful. The pancakes were crumbling apart and on top of that they didn't include any syrup in the condiments. So I'm supposed to eat some dry pancakes? The omelette and bacon were disgusting. The only good thing in the $30 order that was any good were the hash browns. Restaurants need to take great care to make sure all condiments are received in a delivery order because you're not at the restaurant and can't check it before you accept the order from them. I like that they have the calorie count on each food item/combo, but who doesn't have that now? Our server was Amanda also very sweet and friendly. Always smiling and did not hurry us to order. I was busy checking in with Yelp before starting to browse the menu. I got the Veggie omelette and two Buttermilk pancakes. The food is the same as in all other IHOP restaurants. It is the service. Having someone who serves you, making small talk, answering menu questions is a good start to your day. A server who enjoys being there and loves what she does. Came on Veteran's Day this year to try out their free red white and blueberry pancakes. They were very delicious and fresh. I didn't notice that the deal had ended at 7pm, we got there at 8:30pm. Wow, what a crappy experience. Drove 10 miles to this location so I could redeem the coupon I had, which was for a free short stack for my birthday. Instead, I got the bait and switch. While ordering, the server asked to see the coupon I was using. I showed her. Then she said she needed to see it closer, to make sure it wasn't expired. Most restaurants don't even check these sort of details since they are usually just happy to have business. But she checked it anyway, and everything checked out. When it came time to pay the bill, the server asked to check the coupon one more time. I showed it to her, and she wrote down the coupon code. A few minutes later, a different server comes by, saying that they couldn't accept the coupon because it was either invalid, or had already been used. The only reason I came was to use the stupid coupon. Otherwise, I would have gone to a different location, or a different restaurant. If the server had checked out the coupon beforehand and told me it was invalid, I would have been OK just picking up and leaving. Instead, I got the bait and switch. Had no choice but to pay the bill, $11 plus tax and tip for pancakes that were supposed to be free. Wish they could have handled this differently. Maybe the manager could have come by to explain. The strawberry pancakes are the best here this is the reason why I come here, the beacon is cooked perfectly the hash browns had a little to much fried crisp pieces but overall the breakfast was good. I really like there coffee it has a smooth taste to it. They have good customer service.
