My son and I stopped in for breakfast. Our waitress Emma was super friendly, and she always had a smile on her face. My son ordered the French toast combo, and I ordered the pancake combo. The combos are served with eggs, homefries, and your choice of bacon or sausage. The food was so delicious that I ate all of it. I even surprised myself with how much I ate. It's too good to waste. The inside is large with a few different sections. It was a great first-time experience. We will definitely be back. The only downfall would be their parking lot. There's more than a few potholes that need to be filled in.

    Hair ball

Terrible asked for no onions came with onions Plz See photo upload we took with big hairball on floor. Then Asked for only strawberry's and no bananas on kids meal shows up with both. Asked for kids mac'n cheese seemed scrapped from bottom of the pot with burned spots throughout. Burger had no flavor. Basically the water was good the pancake good and mints prepackaged were good. Oh and fries pretty good until my daughter found a hair. We let the waitress know and she took off the French fry but still a $50 dollar bill. Worst experience there and we've frequented often.

The omelette was amazing with the soft pancakes. The waitress was on point. It was packed with a lot of people but the atmosphere was cool.

If you're crossing the border onto Buffalo, be sure to stop for breakfast. Great selection of breakfast items as well as lunch/dinner items, and reasonably priced! This location has ample parking, lots of seating, and friendly service. We were seated quickly, and our server was attentive without being a hover craft. I ordered the big breakfast to share with my less hungry travel companion. She ate my pancakes and we got a side of 'Turkey bacon' for her. She enjoyed both.... Less pleasant for the poor Turkey tho. Will definitely stop here next time.

Quick 2 egg (option of egg preference, hash browns, sausage or bacon choice, and toast choice).

We came here to meet with friends who were in town for the holiday weekend and we were glad that we met at 8:30 am as there was no wait. By the time we left a bit before 10, there was a long wait outside! Recommend coming early! Our waitress, Jenna, was super attentive and friendly. She came over to us often and I was happy that we had such a great waitress! Everyone enjoyed their meals & the pancakes that my friend had looked huge and dense. Bonus, they now have iced coffee and for summer time, that was great!

I came here for the first time to use a gift card I got for Christmas and had a great experience! First off, our server was Amanda D. and she was awesome! She was so polite and always kept our drinks filled without even asking. When asking for syrup, etc. she brought them right out. Food came out fast and fresh. We ordered mozzarella sticks, burger and rings, classic breakfast burrito, and pancakes with over medium eggs, sausage, bacon, and hash browns. Everyone left happy. Also, price was great! Can't beat it!

    Ham & cheese omelette terrible

Food.. pancakes okay not impressed with the rest! Ham & cheese omelette the worst I've ever had!! No flavor at all

The ambiance is always packed and full, everyone wants to eat at IHOP. The service is very nice and somewhat quick. The food is pretty good.

Okay it's IHOP - I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. I was there for my free birthday month pancakes - I was able to choose from several different kinds and I chose Cannoli filling pancakes which were topped with whipped cream and chocolate chips. OMG they were so good! I ordered an over-easy egg and turkey sausage which was very tasty. Now, the real surprise was their selection of gluten-free food! My husband who is gluten-free was thrilled to have a choice of several options and he chose a gluten-free Belgian Waffle. He said it was cooked perfectly w a slightly crispy outside and soft inside. He also had over-easy eggs and bacon. We were so busy digging in that I forgot to get pictures! Our wait person was super friendly and just the right amount of attentive. Needless to say we will be back. Back again for more! Yum!! One star off because the coffee could be better.

The place was actually horrible it was OVERCROWDED!! this is is what it looked like when the server brought it to me the hash browns were burnt, the chicken looked dried out, and the biscuit was broken all before I got a chance to eat it ! So I sent it back and ordered pancakes ,eggs ,hash browns and turkey sausage and quite frankly that sucked to but I just sucked it up and ate it bc we waited atleast 30 minutes to eat ! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN THE IHOP IN CHEEKTOWAGA WAS MUCH BETTER ...

Came here Sunday morning 9/22 with friends (party of 5) for a quick breakfast before we leave town. There was a halloween 'Addams Family' specials going on; my friends ordered the Morticia's Haunted Hot Chocolate which was very sweet (had purple whipped cream frosting and a drizzle of chocolate syrup). It may have been sweeter because of the melted marshmallow. They didn't finish it. We ordered: [BEVERAGES] - 2 Morticia's Haunted Hot Chocolate - 1 regular hot tea - 1 hot lipton tea - 5 cups of water all around [FOOD] - Split decision (2 eggs, 2 crispy strips of hickory-smoked bacon, 2 pork sausage links, 2 French toast triangles & 2 buttermilk pancakes) & side of 2 white toasts - Smokehouse combo (2 smoked sausage links, 2 eggs, hash browns & 2 fluffy buttermilk pancakes-- I got it substituted with 2 white toasts instead) - Stuffed French Toast (2 cinnamon-raisin Stuffed French Toast with sweet cream filling topped with peach vanilla. - 2x2x2 (2 eggs, 2 signature buttermilk pancakes & 2 crispy strips of hickory-smoked bacon) - French Toast (6 French toast triangles, topped with whipped butter & sprinkled with powdered sugar). I haven't had ihop in a long time but it was decent. Had to use the restroom 1.5hr later.

My girlfriend and I shared the apple pecan salad and a Detroit-style pizza. Both were delicious, and the portions were very generous. It was not busy and we didn't have to wait for a table which is a plus. I ordered smoked turkey, with salad and sweet potato fries and a pg13 which was ginger beer, mint and I added a shot of vodka. When our food came out I had to question what was going on with the sweet potato fries because they had a thick coating and looked beer battered, not at all indicated on the menu. I asked the server, Kelsey W., and she paused and said yea I don't know for sure but if you can't have gluten I wouldn't eat them. I was annoyed at the situation and just took them off my plate but I understand this can happen. The server seemed annoyed and goes on to blame me and says I should have told her. Now will say I did have to go through the salad ingredients and pick most of them out, she didn't ask me about allergies either. And it's not common to add a beer batter coating to sweet potato fries without indicating it in the menu. The menu should be updated asap for other guests. Any other server would apologize for the situation and ask how they can make it better and not blame for a customer for a misunderstanding. After that I realized there was an extra sauce on the tray, I asked her to check with the kitchen to see what was in it, is it safe for me to eat? She came back 15 minutes later and said she will check and have an answer soon. It was not busy, this was not acceptable. Again clearly not showing any help for your guest with a food issue. This showed me she had zero concern or care about this or trying to smooth it over. Finally, towards the end of the meal I realized my water was leaking, had thought it was condensation as it was hot out. My glass, water cup had a huge crack in it. You would have hoped that someone would have seen it before serving it to someone. Clearly a safety issue. I hope I didn't ingest glass. I handed it back to our server and told her this glass needed to be tossed in the trash. Her response was another blank look, she didn't really care and just gave me another shallow I'm sorry. The rest of my meal was tasty and it was a large portion. Everyone else at my table had nice looking food and was happy with it. I will personally not come back here. District 37- it wouldn't hurt to update your menu and add what is gluten safe and indicate what kind of coating is on your sweet potato fries because a lot of people who choose these have special dietary needs. You should also train your staff to help bring up allergy issues with your guests and have more empathy if an issue arises. If this is something a server isn't able to work on they might consider an alternate employment opportunity.

I arrived with my son for dinner on a Tuesday night and was able to use a kiosk right away. The system was user-friendly but there wasn't an option to add extra bacon (for the extra bacon orderers out there). We grabbed a number to dine in and found our table. The dining room was clean, and all but one table was bussed, which is not bad by any restaurant's standards. Our food was brought to our table in probably 7 minutes. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with crispy onions and my son got the chicken sandwich with the herb mayo. For sides, we got the spicy fries and onion rings. I grabbed some napkins from the plentiful (and full) dispensers located near the shelves by the front counter. Wow. These were the best meals we'd each had in some time. My son said it was literally the best chicken sandwich he's ever eaten, enough to want to be the one to write the review in the feedback survey sent to me via text. A teenage boy wanting to write a food review should tell you something. And just look at my burger. Looking like the star it was. Basking in the sunlight during golden hour. Made perfectly and was as good as it looked, if not, better. It was juicy, and cooked perfectly. The little sleeve that my burger came in was not my favorite. It served its purpose but I may have preferred it being lightly wrapped in one of those foil lined papers. The sides were perfect as well. Crispy, fresh onion rings, that were nice thick slices of onion. The spicy fries were nice and crispy too, and weren't your standard cajun. The shakes for dessert were delicious and tasted like real ice cream. I can't speak highly enough about the service on our visit. The young lady, unprompted, refilled our drinks at least 2 or 3 times during our meal and even offered to refill our drinks before we left. We ordered our shakes to go, after our meal and she continued being attentive! When she saw we had another table number, she checked in on us and asked what we ordered so we weren't waiting too long. My only contention is the price. It is more expensive than fast food by a bit. However, in my opinion, Shake Shack shouldn't be judged alongside McDonald's but more Five Guys in the middle ground between fast food and casual sit-down. But that being said, based on this experience, Shake Shack beats any other burger chain, by a long shot.

They even give out promotions, I got a free fry for spending 15.00 via the kiosk, which was easy to do as there burgers average about that price. Three burgers (doubles) with the free fry was 40.00 bucks. The smash burgers are very good, cooked perfect with great seasoning. The bun to burger ratio is off, the burgers are way bigger than the buns! I did get a bunless burger. The service was great the ladies behind the counter were working there butts off with a smile. The fires were delicious, crispy and seaosned, I love a good crinkle fry!!
