Since our old honeycomb blinds started to fall apart, all at once, like there was a timer, which we bought ca. 11 years ago at 3D Blinds, the worst company imaginable on so many levels you should definitely stay away from, we had a totally different experience with iHomeShutters. I really loved working with David for the consultation and with Yeyo for our installation! David made the whole consultation process seamless. He was very clear with his explanations of all the available options and very professional. I knew what I wanted so we were able to get an estimate and measurements done all within four hours. While we were expecting my windows treatments to take 3-4 weeks at least to be made, they arrived in 2.5 weeks and David had Yeyo come right away to install! Yeyo was really friendly and skilled in the installation. I learned that many windows aren't actually perfectly straight so when you install treatments, you can notice imperfections more easily. Yeyo was such a pro helping to make adjustments so all our treatments still looked nice in all our windows! We had one mixup with our order but David was very responsive and quick to address it. Excellent customer service! Our home looks wonderful with our windows treatments, and I'm really happy with their work. Pretty straightforward and reasonable pricing. Their highest quality shutter was actually more affordable than some of their other options because they pass down the discounts from their manufacturer rather than keeping it themselves + they make donations! I got the initial quote from them first, and once I'm good with that number, they sent someone over to do the measurement and finalize style. They estimated 3 months for my custom shutters but they finished earlier than expected. The actual installation itself took ~1.5 hr for 3 custom shutters, 1 blind, and 1 roller blade. It come with a 90 day labor guarantee as well, so that's pretty reassuring. The shades themselves are also covered by warranty (different years depending on the option you choose).
