You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about the people coming through. That kind of attitude makes a big difference and honestly made the whole stop better. Now, if it was one issue, no biggie, not a deal breaker, but there was multiple issues, especially when the cook (hahaha) came to my table to tell me I was wrong. I am a firm believer that the customer is not always right, but this time, I was.
