This place has AMAZING good and Super friendly service! The prime rib was excellent. We will be back!

Ate there yesterday noon with wife and grandson. Very pleased with food and service. I had turkey, salami, cheese sand., wife had "crazy fruit" salad, grandson, french dip. Sandwiches came with fries that were excellent! (Something about a light breading on them.) Service was OK, had to ask for water but only 2 servers and they were pretty busy. Will put this on return list as food was very good and can't hold being busy against the servers. Everyone had a smile. There have been a lot of restaurants at this location over the years, really hope this one sticks! read more

So my friend and I went for the first time here the food was AMAZING!!! I'd go back just for the food. Service was on the slower side. There was 2 servers but only one did most of the work. The other one looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. If she wasn't on her phone and sitting down she was maybe walking around on her phone doing the minimal she could do( carrying around a water pincher). The one doing the most and everything had a great attitude and was very welcoming. I would have given full stars just for the food, wish the service was better and the other server did half that the better one did. Unfortunately never caught the better servers name but definitely got the slower one due to being called on to help. read more

Pretty terrible all around. I was not Impressed with the waitress Elizabeth. They food was very flavorless and to add to everything, I tried to stand up from the booth and the bench came off the platform.. definately not safe being I had a baby with me on the same bench. IDK has good food. but dismal service and customer skills. I've four times ordered and paid for tartar sauce with my food, and IDK has failed to deliver it. We've complained, to no avail. Finally, the last time, I called and insisted they bring the tartar sauce. They wanted me to submit for a refund. I don't want a refund, I want the food that I ordered, to make a complete and palatable meal. Finally, a girl volunteered to deliver it, with the statement that "it's not their problem, and they can't do anything about it". She did deliver it, "out of the goodness of her heart". The "manager", Jose, was unhelpful. We'll not order from them again. If they can't take responsibility for their mistakes, politely, starighforwardly and without argument, they should not be trying to serve the public. 1 star, since we won't go back. read more

Place was a complete disaster. IDK seems to be an appropriate name as they couldn't even get food out of the kitchen. We got up and left after an unbelievable wait. The menu is nothing special. Too many other good options down town to waste time on these guys. read more

Awesome burger and some of the best fries I've had. Service was very good. Great value for the money. Try it, you'll like it!

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich for lunch on 10/15/19 and there was a metal shaving in my sandwich, I called them and they said to bring it back in I told them I was at work and I had DoorDash deliver it to me the person then told me to bring it back after I got off lunch and they would refund my order, when I got there after work the manager didn't speak any English and was leaning on the bar counter not bothering to move closer to me to look when I told them why I was there the server then took the burger after I showed her the metal shaving and walked it over to the manager and spoke to him in Spanish then came back over to me and said since it was a DoorDash order they couldn't refund my money because DoorDash was the one who took the money. I asked if they were going to do anything to make it better and they said no. What kind of restraint doesn't care about the health and safety of their customers?! I defiantly will never go back and I encourage everyone who does go there to check your food before you eat it!!! read more

The restaurant may not be much to look at and it can also be really easy to overlook but today I went to IDK restaurant for lunch with my dad (at his suggestion) and I was really impressed with how great the food & service was and you get a lot of food for your money here, I loved this restaurant so much that I've decided to come back here for dinner! What a gem! The options are amazing and everything we had was spot on. Great omelette, potato skins, and chicken fried steak. Sides were great especially the hash browns. Eveything seemed scratch. Breakfast all day! And I'm coming back for some of their crazy burger creations. read more

Got here by accident. Wasn't sure by the outside, but as soon as we walked in, our minds were changed. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. The food was outstanding. It's what I was looking for. Great original choices that you will not be disappointed in. The desert looked great, but I was too full to get any. I will definitely get some on my return trip. read more

I see this place everyday and always wanted to try it. Tried it today and it was good. I had the chicken fried steak. It was pretty good. My young son had the grilled cheese and it was good. Atmosphere was family friendly and waitress did an excellent job. I recommend trying it out. They had a nice variety of foods and serve breakfast all day. Prices were reasonable. I definitely will be returning and recommending it to family and friends. read more

I had the worst experience here. I had been traveling all day and more than ready to eat. I ordered the steak and it came out medium-well after I ordered it rare. Now if it was medium-rare, that might've been a little different. But it was barely pink on the inside. I asked them to take it back and bring me what I ordered and the chef came out and said he wouldn't be able to make it rare and basically told me I could take it or leave it. I told him to take it back and finished eating my salad with was so bitter I had to drench it in dressing. The waitress was very nice. But the cook (who I think was the owner) had the worst customer service, and kept rambling on about how I could get sick, that it was illegal for him to serve me steak that was cooked rare, and that he could get his business taken away from him. I think it's super funny that there are hundreds of steakhouses who have served me my steak exactly the way I asked. But IDK couldn't. Make sense why we were the only people in the restaurant at 4:30 PM. Save yourself from the expensive prices and the staff that doesn't know how to complete an order. read more

Honestly don't know why people are ramming this place with 1 stars reviews. It's a nice small town typical diner. Nice staff, rad selection and fair prices. Food was above par. Date a great little date night there. read more
