I walked to IDK from VW/KIA, about .6 of a mile. It was definitely worth the walk! I ordered a Philly Omelette. It was huge and came with toast and hash browns! I couldn't eat it all! It was presented nicely with a 1/2 slice of orange and the meal was delicious! Order came out quickly and service was great! I was alone so I ate at the bar but there are many tables and booths. I'll be back!

I often order the Mango Salsa Salmon through door dash or uber eats. With the fees it is pretty expensive but it comes hot, fresh and delicious everytime. It's truly worth every penny.

I've only ever been here for breakfast and I've only had the chicken fried steak.... but that's all I needed to know. It's so yummy and it's WAY too much food. I've learned to ask for no toast because between the home fries, chicken fried steak, eggs, AND giant pancake, who has room for toast? I've never finished a meal here and then you have to roll me out to my car. My favorite is the home fries. Nice big chunks of onion and peppers.

I really expected something new and fresh but it really isn't. The place is still the same old decor and furnishings. Other than that our meal was hot and the service was good. With all the new and exciting changes coming to Columbia Drive I expected something to the same caliber. Keep working on it! read more

Everything tastes like the butter. The coffee was bitter. The food looked wilted and too fried. Literally, this was just bad. The service was just as bad. The servers seemed like they were very inexperienced, easily overwhelmed, and super inattentive. We renamed this place "Now We Know" and we won't be back. read more

The food was really good. We will definitely come back and try the breakfast. We had burgers. Nice big fat juicy meat patty. My only complaint is they charged us for salad dressing to go on the salad, you don't even get one free. That is a new one for me! Not bad. Not amazing. Ordered chicken fried steak, meat skillet and French toast. The hash browns were actually crispy. Chicken fried steak was tasty. The meat lovers skillet had great flavor but was SWIMMING in oil. Kind of stingy with the coffee creamers, you get 2 per cup. Server was nice and attentive. The chef likes to stare at people through the window :-/ Not bad overall but they could use some experience. read more

I wasn't sure what to expect when we drove up. It's located in the older part of Kennewick. Even though it has recently been painted it is not flashy. Inside is decorated cute with a retro decor. The waitress was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We got the special, prime rib, eggs, hash browns, and toast. It was delicious! The service was great and fast. This place is charming. The food is delicious. My only complaint is that there's so much of this ridiculously good food that I feel guilty about leaving any of it. But I have to because they're about to roll me out to the car in a wheelbarrow. read more

My daughter n son in law took me to IDK's for Mother's Day n I ordered the my fire light burger ( I think that's what it was called). It was a good sized burger n was good but the fries were to be desired... they tasted n looked like they just warmed them up n they had a stale texture n taste... it was my first time eating there, the michelada tasted more like a Bloody Mary instead of a michelada... You would think that after waiting an hour and a half to receive an online order, when the website says 20-30 minutes, I would have received the entire order. Nothing complicated in the order (chicken fried steak breakfast, biscuits and gravy, 2 eggs) but, you'd be wrong. What I got tastes good, and at least it's hot, so they get at least two stars for that, but trying to call them, all I get is a recording saying the subscriber hasn't setup voicemail..... Edit to add: my wife finally got through on the phone. They offered to make it right, make the whole order over for pickup tomorrow, but we're just in town yesterday and today, leaving early tomorrow. We only wanted a refund for the one item missing, which was taken care of quickly. None of this alleviates the aggravation of the experience, and we likely won't be returning to IDK when we're back in town, but they did respond appropriately (other than throwing the new girl working the counter under the bus, when she wasn't the only one packing those bags....) read more

I probably won't go back there was nothing spectacular About the food. It was neat and clean but the waitress was clueless and although she seems sweet she didn't know what she was doing. It just felt very impersonal and not warm and inviting, the food was average but the waitress didn't listen to my order and so it was not done properly. I recommend you get some life into the room so it feels warmer and more inviting. And it might not hurt to go back and check with your customer you know throughout their meal read more

I was pleasantly surprise by this place. Four of us had dinner here tonight each one of us had something different. All dinners were good at a good price with plenty to eat. Please don't go! I had a $30.00 lunch for two bu I got a bill for $78.00 when I looked at my charge card transaction. I called IDK but the snarky girl said I was "too late", (5 days after transaction). "Why didn't you tell me this the day after?" "You have no proof". I'm giving all of you proof now. This place is shady. Stay away. read more

This place is awesome. My boyfriend and I are traveling from Idaho and we stopped to get something to eat I googled for about 30 mins then I found this place. So I said why not. We pulled up and I thought to my self oh crap it looks like a hole in the wall. I hope it's good. We can't afford to get sick or something from this place. Then we walked in side. It's so nice on the inside. They seemed short staff but they still managed to get to us very fast. Our server was very nice. We both had burgers both were amazing. I did ask for no tomatoes but it still came on my burger not a big deal I picked them off. If you aren't sure what you want to eat they have so many different options. We will definitely be back! 10/10 read more

Went to try this new place out and have a beer. The bar was closed. The employee said she was the only one working. Not sure they know how to run a business. How are you gonna close the bar at 5pm?. Staff up and give service and you will be amazed at how your business will grow. read more

we have been there 4 times now and each time was delicious. We always try something different to find our favorites. So far have had breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were good. Our best experience was last week for dinner and tried Prime Rib, Ribs and Shrimp and cod. The serving size for each was plentiful and the Prime Rib was outstanding. We tried both. St. Louis Ribs and Baby back. St louis were the favorite. It was great grand daughters 2nd birthday and she had as much fun as. The rest of us. Family friendly atmosphere. Give this place a try! We wanted to try out a new breakfast place in town and came across Idk restaurant. When we first walk in we were a little bit surprised about the size, but were reassured there was more seating upstairs, which is cozy as well. I ordered the BBQ ranch burger with fries. This burger was pretty good. It was very filling and the patty was pretty hearty. Overall, it was a good little breakfast place, quiet, filling and the atmosphere was relaxed. read more

I was surprised at how much bigger this restaurant seems once inside. The service was friendly, attentive, and capable. I ordered the pineapple burger. Amazing food..the mac & cheese balls are soo fire!! I never write reviews on yelp but i just ordered here through uber eats for the first time because its close to my house and wow! I wish i would have gotten two orders of them, soo amazing! Not to mention the fast delivery. It was ordered and delivered within 30 mins which is fast for uber eats. Wasn't bad. Wasn't great. Don't think I will be going back anytime soon. Everything lacked seasoning. Even simple salt and pepper. Tried he Mac and cheese balls, mozzarella sticks, chicken Alfredo and the dazed and confused burger. The Mac and cheese balls where probably the best thing we tried. Honestly the wife and I were driving and having the age old, what do you want for lunch conversation, we see this place, IDK and laughed because "what do you want for lunch?" "IDK" so we gave it a go. The reviews were decent on this place and we like supporting local businesses. The menu was great, serves comfort foods and has breakfast, lunch and dinner all day. The biscuit served with my biscuits and gravy I wouldn't even feed to my dogs. Although we were the only customers the entire time the service was lacking as it was more important for the server to talk to the cook then serve us our meals at the same time. Won't be going back. read more

I also found out the owner trained under a master sushi chef in Japan for 10 years, and you can definitely tell they care about the quality of the food. Service was disorganized from the start. My wife requested water with no ice, but we were immediately brought a glass full of ice by a different server who wasn't even assigned to our table. From there, communication between staff appeared completely disjointed. The food was equally disappointing. I ordered spicy chicken teriyaki and received what was essentially plain grilled chicken with almost no sauce--nothing resembling a proper teriyaki dish. We also attempted to order nigiri, but were told the server needed to check with the chef. No one ever came back to follow up, and we were never given the opportunity to order sushi at all. Throughout the meal, no one checked on us, asked how the food was, or tried to correct anything. The only acknowledgment we received was a brief apology when they brought the check, mentioning we weren't able to try any fish--which was exactly what we had been waiting for. The overall experience felt inattentive and poorly managed, and the lack of follow-through made it especially frustrating. Based on this visit, we won't be returning.

Unfortunately this is becoming so common, the service industry needs to understand that we (us customers), pretty much pay their bills. When we get bad service, we tip accordingly. Saves money for us, but defeats the purpose. Our server was well I'm going to just say.....new? Bad day? Don't care? Let's go back to summer of 2023 I was highly impressed at our experience. I can still remember how much we loved our server. She was newer but GREAT. (I can't remember her name). I didn't see her nor could I get anyone to answer my question about her. They just seem to not care. They stated "with as many people coming and going here, it could be anyone". I didn't find that appealing. I do recall she had been bartending for years before. I just wish I would've posted a review about her then. I hope she is still there cuz this place might have a chance to stay in business with her and the service she gives.

This place was awesome! We came when it really wasn't busy so that could have played a part in why it was so amazing. Great food and great service! Our server was so friendly and helpful with my indecisiveness and had a genuine smile on her face the whole time. She helped me pick the French toast platter. My husband picked the meat trio platter. It wasn't long before two huge plates came to our table. The taste was spot on. The steak was cooked perfectly, the ribs were melt in your mouth and the garlic bread was to die for. The broccoli was so fresh and cooked perfectly as well. We were so full we didn't have a chance to even try the baked potato. The French toast cinnamon roll was so tasty too! My eggs were cooked perfectly over medium and the hash browns were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The bacon was also spot on. Crispy, but tender at the same time and had a wonderful flavor. My husband got a blue lagoon drink and it was decent. Served in a huge glass. He had to order an extra shot because it was too weak for him, but it is not their fault my husband is an alcoholic 10 out of 10 will come back for more. read more

Ordered a steak medium rare and it was completely well done. Not any pink at all. It was horrible. I also ordered 2 sides of broccoli and was only given one. Asked for no tomatoes or onions on my salad, it had both. Every aspect of the order was wrong. Horrible customer service on top of that. They refused to refund anything or fix anything! Not worth the money at all. I don't get the hype, we've ate here 3 times and have had an issue EVERY TIME. read more
