    Breakfast Sando
    David T.

We stopped here before our hike in the AM as were staying at LOGE, and it was a pleasant surprise. Ended up with getting the breakfast sando with smashed avocado and a Bavarian coffee. Both were very solid choices and I was happy and ready for the rest of my day. Staff was nice and pleasant and even brought out our food and drink to us as we were waiting outside just taking in the view. The Bavarian coffee was delicious and had a good balance between sweetness and bitterness. It was surprisingly good and would definitely get it again. The breakfast sando was a perfect amount. The brioche bun was toasted perfectly and the creamy texture of the avocado paired well with the egg. The yolk was still runny (how I like it) and made it a little messy, but no complaints here. I would get add the ham next time to give it a bit of a savory taste to the sandwich. Love this place and it had a large area to work if you needed to it just relax and read a book or chat with friends. There is a shuffleboard available for use if you're feeling a little competitive. Overall, an enjoyable experience and would recommend to others. The place is dog friendly, so if you're lucky, you may meet a furry friend!

Looks like part of a lodge or some other type of stay, Iconoclast Cafe is the first half within the Loge building. That got me a bit confused but I headed in to check it out because another sign read Iconoclast. Small and cozy, there are a good amount of outlets and various types of seating including taller chairs with a table to sofas. I snagged a Bavarian to sip on while attending some virtual meetings. Good spot to step away from the Leavenworth action for a moment. Bavarian - such a rich, yet light taste of caramelly sweetness in an espresso. Enough kick to get me focused. Kind of reminds me of McDonalds coffee a bit. By reading the menu, I know what I'm getting so nothing surprising.

I really enjoy coming here. Iconoclast is that iconoclast of coffee in the area. There are a number of other coffee places all around town, vying for business but this one is easily my favorite. You may not even notice this while out in town as Iconoclast shares the lobby space of a hotel - The Loge. It is off the beaten path a bit and unless you're a guest at the Hotel or perhaps visiting Doghaus Brewing. This is kind of good because like other coffee spots in town that drawn huge crowds and create huge lines, you can walk into Iconoclast and be back out in less than 5 minutes before it moves an inch at any of the other places. Whatever you get from Iconoclast you can hang out in the Loge lobby which has tables to sit at and some games. Each time I've gotten a coffee, Hot cocoa or Latte here, they've all been really good. The staff are very nice and ask for details about how you like your drink. There is a nice selection of pastries and fruit as well. If you want good hot beverages and want to beat the lines, come off of Front St. to Iconoclast.

Iconoclast is located within the LOGE hotel and is very conveniently located in downtown Leavenworth. The workers here triple as baristas in the morning, front desk workers helping travelers check in to the hotel, and bartenders in the evening making cocktails. We ordered the Bavarian ($5.50) which was good and not too sweet. You can utilize the hotel lobby/lounge that has tables and some games. They also serve breakfast food and lunch items if you're looking for more sustenance. The free wifi is nice if you have to do some work.

This cafe is apart of a little hostel just off the Main Street in Leavenworth. It's a nice escape from all the hectic shopping and touristy attractions on the Main Street. My boyfriend and I set up shop for the day to do a little remote work for the day. They have WiFi, plenty of electrical outlets, meeting tables, bathrooms, and even showers. Albeit, the showers were for the hostel guests. There are guests that walk through this main seating area, but overall a nice location to get work done! We got hot chocolate and a cheddar and broccoli soup. Hot chocolate was delicious and just the right amount of sweetness. Sometimes, cafes make these drinks a little too sweet, but this place had it just right. They also loaded the drink with whipped cream, which was greatly appreciated :) Cheddar and broccoli soup was good. Nothing special, but nothing bad about it. Seems like it was just a generic bagged soup from Cisco.

Cute coffee shop with a small food menue. Clean bathrooms. Baristas were really kind. It was a hostile feel. There's some games to play and comfy couches to hang out coffee was yummy. It was a fun place to go and warm up.

I just came here to work for a bit after lunch and before dinner. The coffee is just mediocre. Not too sure what else to say. Got a cortado, played some connect 4 and some battle ship. Thank you for coming to my TedX talk.

Tucked inside Loge in Leavenworth is this little cafe putting in the work, and cranking out the drinks. If you follow my dining (you should if you don't), you would come to find that even in the 15 degree frigid winter air, I'll be sipping a cold brew in the morning. So, in comes Iconoclast. Their cold brew was good, a little on the bitter side but that could be the dilution ratio they use, or the roast they use. I would still never turn it away. My wife enjoyed the cocoa. It was the perfect blend, not too sweet, but very flavorful. The barista even steams the milk, which you'd think was standard, but a lot of places are cutting corners these days. Whether you are staying at this hotel, or just looking for a cup of joe, Iconoclast will not disappoint.

Super friendly barista, cozy space, smooth espresso, alternative milk options, amazing flavors, AND they were open early on a Sunday! I really don't know what more you could ask for, super happy with our orders!

Between that, some jerky for the kids, pepperoni sticks of various temperaments, mustards, pickled goods and the like, we spent a pretty penny making sure that our Christmas charcuterie board(s), when paired with cheeses previously purchased from the Cheesemonger's Shop just down the street, would be legendary.
