Getting shaved ice there throws you back a little like in the 90's where it's fun to do a quick stop some where to cool off or just walk to from your neighborhood. There are three locations and this is best one! Right next to a Family Video so it's convenient and kills two birds with one stone. The staff is what makes me come back every time. Sophee and Yasmine made my night and helped suggest my new favorite snow cone which is the Hawaiian Sunset with gummy bears! Out of all the Ice Wizards this is best but they're all great, very kind people that work and the girls that worked were very upbeat for us coming in at 8:56pm (they close at 9). read more

Everyone who knows me or follows me on social media knows exactly how much I LOVE Snow Cones and it all stemmed from my childhood when I would go with my family every weekend to get a snow cone from the local snow cone shack! When I moved to North Texas I was pleased to find these little pink snow cone shacks all around Dallas-Carrollton Area! I decided to try one one day and to my surprise it was AMAZING! Anyone who has had a snow cone from ICE WIZARDS instantly understands what I am referring to! I always get a rainbow snow cone so eventually they began to recognize me and I became a regular. (when I say I LOVE snow cones I really do!) I had never gotten anything other than Rainbow but because of ICE WIZARDS I can now say Ive expanded and explored my options! They have the BEST flavors ever! You can't trust everyone's Sno cones but everything down to the ice is tasty! I soon met the owner, Tyler, who is extremely pleasant and professional! He is ALWAYS in good spirits and his cute little son is always in tow! I learned from the workers who were high schoolers working for summer money that Tyler was the best boss ever and that the business has been in his family for over 9 years! This made me respect him even more! One day I showed up and Tyler gave me a free snow cone! He said that he appreciates my business and wanted to show he values his customers. He even let me try his new creations which are ALWAYS great!!!! Now that he has koolaide pickles I can't stay away! The new lady he has working there with him is ALWAYS smiling and very pretty, I think it's his new boo! This is by far my favorite snow cone stand! I've been coming here since middle school and I have always loved the flavor choices- I even tried them all one summer. My favorites are tigers blood, peach with cream and the new mangonada flavor. The staff is always friendly and fast and I don't even have to get out of my car since they have a drive through. This place is so nasty!!! 1st of all I worked at my family's sno cone stand growing up, we had shut down like 3 other stands in Irving because our flavors were good and service was great! This place right here the flavors tasted old and nasty on mine and my boyfriends sno cone. I left a review on their Instagram and I got blocked so now I am taking to yelp and Google to leave my review. They also did not have gloves or a mask with everything going on right now that is pretty sick that they do not care about other people. The lady with the long nails was EXTREMELY rude to us and basically shoved our sno cones at us. I understand that working on your feet all day is tiring, but I know how this industry works! So instead of maybe messaging me on Instagram and apologizing they want to just block me, so I am here to tell you, DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They are nasty!!! I ended up throwing my large sno cone away and was upset bc I had spent my hard earned money on that. read more
