Everything is black-and-white. The chairs are wooden. It was pretty quiet going on a weekday in the afternoon. In terms of cleanliness, due to the aesthetic, it's easy to see some blemishes in the place and spots that need some cleaning. SERVICE Service is pretty nice. They are quick to get the drinks out.

The large size was plenty for one adult and three kids. Probably couldve had one more person share. There were small bowls and spoons for sharing, very convenient. The ingeolmi bingsu had mochi, not ingeolmi so that was disappointing. The red bean was overly sweet and overpowered the milk snow and everything else. The consistency/texture of the bingsoo was good and fluffy, and didn't melt quickly. I liked how they layered the snow and other ingredients but again, it was too sweet for my taste, even my kids said it was too sweet.

A few small suggestions that are easy to make but have a big impact: Give straws with the snowballs, or even better - the straws with the little scooper on the end (we wanted to drink the juice while eating it but were only given spoons). When you put ice cream in them, don't put it at the bottom (ours was melted by the time we got to it). Instead, put it in the middle and then a scoop on top. Consider making it easier to order cream and ice cream. We call them "stuffed". So, if I wanted to order cream and ice cream in my chosen flavor, I would simply order a Stuffed Wedding Cake... makes it so easy. Regardless, we will be back! Wishing you lots of success at this location.
