Randomly met the owner of this place at Home Depot and couldn't wait to try the new location. The flavors are PHENOMENAL! So good! Service was quick and friendly! A few small suggestions that are easy to make but have a big impact: Give straws with the snowballs, or even better - the straws with the little scooper on the end (we wanted to drink the juice while eating it but were only given spoons). When you put ice cream in them, don't put it at the bottom (ours was melted by the time we got to it). Instead, put it in the middle and then a scoop on top. Consider making it easier to order cream and ice cream. We call them "stuffed". So, if I wanted to order cream and ice cream in my chosen flavor, I would simply order a Stuffed Wedding Cake... makes it so easy. Regardless, we will be back! On a hot summer day what else is more refreshing than a delicious snocone? I was driving my brother back home from church when we saw a little pink stand near 24 Hour Fitness. My brother made me instantly turn in when she saw the snocone sign. We pulled through the drive-thru (I didnt know little stands like this had drive thrus!!) and was instantly greeted by a smiling face. Service was extra friendly and gave us time to look over the menu. I ordered a medium snocone with the flavors of wedding cake and tiger's blood (a favorite flavor everywhere). My brother got a large horchata and wedding cake. (Tip: try adding cream to your snocone! It tastes even better!) Everything tasted delicious and I was pleased at the fact that they dont drown the snocone in syrup like other places. It was a right amount of syrupe, ice, and cream. Always have been greeted with a smile and great service! For a small snow cone stand, they provide so many flavors and options for you to pick and the staff are very friendly. Never had a bad experience and come regularly. I don't normally write reviews but this place is definitely worthy of one. It's hard to make a snow cone place stand out and Ice Wizard has made itself a great name because of the staff that works there. Looks like only girls work there tho so it's tough to say how open and nice the owner is. OMG, I absolutely love this place. I've been waiting since the beginning of March for them to open. They're located near my house and she has several locations to chose from. It appears that she hires high school students which I think is great as it gives them an opportunity to earn money during summer months. There are so many flavors to chose from. My favorite combo is orange banana or maybe it's strawberry granny smith apple well maybe it's tigers blood, come to think of it I also like cotton candy cinnamon! Let's just say I have many favorites. Service is always great, ice shaved perfectly and the syrup is amazing no matter what flavor you decide on. Everyone who knows me or follows me on social media knows exactly how much I LOVE Snow Cones and it all stemmed from my childhood when I would go with my family every weekend to get a snow cone from the local snow cone shack! When I moved to North Texas I was pleased to find these little pink snow cone shacks all around Dallas-Carrollton Area! I decided to try one one day and to my surprise it was AMAZING! Anyone who has had a snow cone from ICE WIZARDS instantly understands what I am referring to! I always get a rainbow snow cone so eventually they began to recognize me and I became a regular. (when I say I LOVE snow cones I really do!) I had never gotten anything other than Rainbow but because of ICE WIZARDS I can now say Ive expanded and explored my options! They have the BEST flavors ever! You can't trust everyone's Sno cones but everything down to the ice is tasty! I soon met the owner, Tyler, who is extremely pleasant and professional! He is ALWAYS in good spirits and his cute little son is always in tow! I learned from the workers who were high schoolers working for summer money that Tyler was the best boss ever and that the business has been in his family for over 9 years! This made me respect him even more! One day I showed up and Tyler gave me a free snow cone! He said that he appreciates my business and wanted to show he values his customers. He even let me try his new creations which are ALWAYS great!!!! Now that he has koolaide pickles I can't stay away! The new lady he has working there with him is ALWAYS smiling and very pretty, I think it's his new boo! Haha she always offers me a bigger cup than what I paid for to make sure it doesn't leak in the car. Can you believe that?! I just wanted to express my gratitude! I was the last order before closing so I guess all cards went out the window....none of my paid for add ons made it onto my snow cone, and I ordered a flavor, she poured my sons flavor over both of ours, scraped a little left over ice and patted it back on top, then said "here's yours with some of this in it, don't have enough ice to remake it??" When I explained I didn't like this flavor she said ok, rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face.
