I find it to look the cleanest, irritates my skin the least of all methods and lasts the longest. At $12 I don't think I could really beat the price point either! The staff is super kind and knowledgeable about the prices, packages, and products they sell/offer. I have had brazilian waxes at other spas, on my way to those appointments I always fear for the pain m. At Hello Sugar I saw Melia, and the way she waxed was one of the least painful Brazilians I have ever gotten. I am 37 weeks pregnant and have heard brazilians are more painful when pregnant... even still, the pain was probably a 1/5. I was offered water and quickly completed the necessary form. The waxing specialist was nice. She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.
