Firstly, everything was very fresh and made to order which means it may take 15-20min. We started with the signature wings with lemon pepper flavor. The wings were great, although small. For entrees we got the Fufu tacos and initially ordered Liberian Jollof Rice with shrimp but had to sub jasmine rice due to being out of jollof. That was pretty disappointing they were out of Jollof given its a menu staple. We ended up having to pay the same price but it seems like simple Jasmine cilantro rice should have been less than our original order of Jollof. The fufu tacos really are unique, it's hard to explain but I liked them. A little heavier than tortilla. Finally, we were offered a free taste of the garlic cassava Parmesan fries.
