Wow, these are the guys to call! We had a bunch of arcade machines to move, including one 970lb…read moreDance Dance Revolution machine up a spiral staircase in our home. They showed up with 4 beefy dudes and hauled all three machines upstairs in less than 15 minutes without a scratch to anyone or anything. I couldn't even open my eyes to watch as they lugged that ginormous dance machine upstairs, but they were careful and didn't hit the wall or anything. Tom was very friendly and showed up when he said he was going to. I would hire these guys for sure for any future move, and considering how much my fiance loves accumulating arcade machines...I'm sure we will hire them again soon!

I would not recommend Texas Move Pros based on my experience on July 1, 2026…read more I scheduled a four-man crew for my move and made it very clear that we had to be completely out of our home by a specific deadline because the buyers were taking possession the next morning. The crew arrived several hours later than originally expected on the first day, leaving much of the move unfinished and creating unnecessary stress. On the second day, three movers and the owner, Thomas, arrived around 6:00 a.m. Thomas left after approximately three hours and did not return for the remainder of the move even after stating he would return. After I purchased lunch for the crew, a fourth mover eventually arrived, so we finally had four people working for the rest of the afternoon. ( Thomas did only charge me for 3 men for several hours.) However, by that point we were already well behind schedule. During the move, some of our property was damaged. I attempted to discuss both the damages and what I believed was a discrepancy in the billing. I repeatedly told Thomas that I intended to pay the invoice but wanted to review the final charges and discuss the damage before we wrapped up. Instead of having a professional conversation, Thomas became extremely hostile. He threatened to sue me, he then sent multiple text messages filled with profanity, insults, and personal attacks. I have retained the complete text conversation documenting the exchange. Thomas mentioned I was to send pictures of the damages to his number and that he was "excellent with taking care of people" and his repair person would be reaching out. That has yet to happen. This was a very costly move considering the labor, damages and purchasing of a new appliance. Every move can experience delays or unexpected challenges. What matters is how a company responds when problems arise. Unfortunately, the professionalism, communication, and customer service I experienced were unacceptable. Between the scheduling issues, property damage, and the owner's behavior, this was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've had. I encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review customer feedback on multiple platforms before making a decision.
