Do not hire Flores Fencing…read more Flores Fencing installed our pool fence backwards and without obtaining the required permit. The fence failed inspection because it was not installed in compliance with code. We have spent more than six months trying to resolve these issues directly with the company. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to correct the problems, forcing us to hire and pay another fencing company to bring the fence into legal compliance. They also installed a gate that swings the wrong direction and failed to install the required self-closing hardware on the walk-through gate for our pool fence. Our experience has been frustrating and expensive. We expected a safe, code-compliant installation but instead were left with significant safety and code violations that another contractor had to correct. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Flores Fencing.

I can't say enough good things about Brian Nelson and his crew at DFW Fence Doctor, LLC…read more I started my fence project as a DIY job, but after running into extremely hard ground and realizing I was in over my head, I decided to hire a professional to finish the work. That turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. From the very beginning, Brian was honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. There were no surprises, no hidden costs, and no pressure--just complete transparency from start to finish. What impressed me the most was Brian's integrity. Instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need, he actually saved me money by recommending better ways to use the materials I had already purchased. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Brian and his crew paid attention to every detail, worked efficiently, and treated my property with respect. The finished fence exceeded my expectations, and it's obvious they take great pride in their craftsmanship. If you're looking for a fencing contractor who is honest, fair, knowledgeable, and truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend DFW Fence Doctor, LLC. Brian Nelson has earned my trust, and he will be the first person I call for any future fencing projects. Thank you, Brian and your crew, for turning my project into a fence I can be proud of!

I've been trying to get two gate boards that are warped fixed since summer of 2025. They finally sent a technician a few months ago in 2026 spending 10 minutes and blaming it on "excessive rain" during a drought and leaving before fixing anything. I paid a premium for quality and service and received neither. Save your money and go elsewhere! BUYER BEWARE

Alan and Eric arrived on time and did a great job of power washing the fence. We had to wait a few days due to rain before the fence could be stained. Agustin (I believe) came by to stain the fence. He was very friendly, thorough, and did a professional job. I received a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. The fence looks new, and I'm looking forward to preserving the fence as long as possible and following Lifetime's recommended maintenance schedule. This company is a pleasure to work with, their quality of work is top notch, and they make me feel like a valued customer. Update: 4/29/2021: I found that the best way to get service after the sale, is to contact the office directly. Jimmy, the owner, is extremely responsive and shows a genuine concern for his customers. He stands behind his product, whether it be a defect in materials or workmanship. 3/3/21: I wanted to replace my 6 foot, side by side wooden fence with an 8 foot board on board fence. One portion of my fence was ten years old, and another portion was five years old. I was looking for greater privacy from prying eyes, security, and to add value to my home. I spend a lot of time in the back yard, so I wanted to have greater enjoyment. I consulted with two other companies, before I went with Lifetime Fence. I met with Brian, we went over a few options, looked at other fences in the alley, and his proposal made the most sense. I did not feel pressured to commit, and didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics. Everything was above board. Their warranty provides peace of mind. I put 50% down, and Jimmy, the owner, called me right after the snow storm to set up an install date. Brian came by that morning, and we did a walk through with Adrian and Hernan. I was going to be home during the install to answer any questions and/or address any concerns. The first day, they took down the old fence and posts, installed the new poles, rails and trim. The next day, they made some leveling adjustments before installing the pickets, and the rest of the trim. I really like my new fence, and am looking forward to enjoying my backyard for many years to come. I feel that I achieved my objectives with this fence. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with Lifetime Fence! Thank you! * The 2021 reviews were under an old profile which is no in use. I wanted to merge it with the updated 2024 review to reflect continuity with the same company under my current profile.

He beat everyone's price and had the best 'get the job attitude' of all my other equal bids. Gregory's crew did a great job on the fence (8' board on board with steel post and terraced where it faces the front street. It looks so nice! The premium cedar they use is clearly superior to some of the other stuff I've seen around here. The crew was clean, polite and fast. I would strongly recommend Greggory and Landscape Investments. Actually, when we got around to building out raised beds around our trees, and flower beds we called Gregory and were able to get his crew to do that work as well at very competitive levels. I've seen his truck in the neighborhood doing more fences as good news travels fast. All of the other fences he is working on look great as well. Price mattered to me as a new homeowner, and it didn't hurt to get the best price from Landscape Investments. But the best part was working with a reasonable and ethical man.
