I am NOT recommending this company to anyone! I chose Lifetime Fence because of their "lifetime…read morewarranty" but getting them to Honor it is impossible. I've been trying to get two gate boards that are warped fixed since summer of 2025. They finally sent a technician a few months ago in 2026 spending 10 minutes and blaming it on "excessive rain" during a drought and leaving before fixing anything. I paid a premium for quality and service and received neither. Save your money and go elsewhere! BUYER BEWARE

Update: 4/17/24: It was time to re-stain my investment (fence) and I contacted Heather and Jeremy…read moreto set it up. Scheduling was very easy. Alan and Eric arrived on time and did a great job of power washing the fence. We had to wait a few days due to rain before the fence could be stained. Agustin (I believe) came by to stain the fence. He was very friendly, thorough, and did a professional job. I received a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. The fence looks new, and I'm looking forward to preserving the fence as long as possible and following Lifetime's recommended maintenance schedule. This company is a pleasure to work with, their quality of work is top notch, and they make me feel like a valued customer. Update: 4/29/2021: I found that the best way to get service after the sale, is to contact the office directly. Jimmy, the owner, is extremely responsive and shows a genuine concern for his customers. He stands behind his product, whether it be a defect in materials or workmanship. 3/3/21: I wanted to replace my 6 foot, side by side wooden fence with an 8 foot board on board fence. One portion of my fence was ten years old, and another portion was five years old. I was looking for greater privacy from prying eyes, security, and to add value to my home. I spend a lot of time in the back yard, so I wanted to have greater enjoyment. I consulted with two other companies, before I went with Lifetime Fence. I met with Brian, we went over a few options, looked at other fences in the alley, and his proposal made the most sense. I did not feel pressured to commit, and didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics. Everything was above board. Their warranty provides peace of mind. I put 50% down, and Jimmy, the owner, called me right after the snow storm to set up an install date. Brian came by that morning, and we did a walk through with Adrian and Hernan. I was going to be home during the install to answer any questions and/or address any concerns. The first day, they took down the old fence and posts, installed the new poles, rails and trim. The next day, they made some leveling adjustments before installing the pickets, and the rest of the trim. I really like my new fence, and am looking forward to enjoying my backyard for many years to come. I feel that I achieved my objectives with this fence. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with Lifetime Fence! Thank you! * The 2021 reviews were under an old profile which is no in use. I wanted to merge it with the updated 2024 review to reflect continuity with the same company under my current profile.

The day that Alec and Brendon walked the job site, there was nothing more to consider as they had a quote in my hand before even leaving when others took a week plus even to get an estimate!   Fence Fanatics delivered the job with quality craftsmanship, integrity, and upfront honesty about each aspect of the job since our fence had some levels of complexity, given that we added a full concrete retaining wall versus a wood retaining wall. Each day, either Nick, Alec, or Brendon was on-site to oversee the job and send a communication through text, email, and phone calls. If we had a question, our email or text was answered in less than 2-4 hours, if not within 20 minutes in most cases. Hands Down, if you are considering replacing your fence or even staining your fence, most definitely give and consider an estimate from Fence Fanatics! If you review their website compared to other fence companies, you will be surprised by their competitive pricing and knowledge; their website has so much essential information about explaining shrinkage and the different types of wood and the Whys! Excellent Job, Fence Fanatics and Team!

The company was a pleasure to deal with. - The estimate was clear, and included all the specifications and alternatives we'd discussed (not true of competing bids). - Communication on scheduling and questions was very good. - The quality of the construction is excellent. A few minor issues were identified during a post-completion walk-through, and quickly resolved. - Some problems emerged with the staining, done by a subcontractor, but they were resolved professionally. Really an outstanding company, and a good choice to minimize the trauma that a construction project often involves.

Shane came out to our house personally, to view the yard and discuss what we wanted, did not rush and answered all our questions. Our fence is extremely well constructed and just beautiful. The crew who worked on our fence was just great, all direct employees of Reed Fence, not contract workers. My husband is an engineer, and we don't hang or build ANYTHING without a chalk line and a level ... argh. And even if he had built this fence himself, it could not be any better!

Update 9/14/24: I reported this company to BBB and then the owner Josh started contacting me again…read more THIS WEEK 9/10 He finally brought out more sod. However, he did NOT bring enough to replace all the dead original sod he installed. Also, he did NOT fix the poor ground prep in a large are by my fence gate that his crew did NOT prep originally and left the flag stones and decomposed granite in ground. His crew on 9/10 laid new sod over this area & over flagstones again. He was contracted to clean this area up and prep for new sod removing decomposed granite & flagstones & Josh did NOT both times! So this new sod will die unless me the customer digs it all out and relays the sod. His crew cut more off my front trees that did NOT need it. There were contracted to cut the back trees. None of the crew in 9/10 spoke English at all & did not understand me. Josh did NOT show up as usual to suppervise or send any crew leaders to make sure the work was done correctly. JOSH HAS NO CONCERN TO DO A JOB CORRECTLY OR AS CONTRACTED So tree cutting in backyard was still NOT done per contract Texas Sage bush was still NOT dug up and moved per contract Front gutters are still crooked. Not fixed at all. JOSH REFUSES TO FIX IT Josh refused to make the wobbly fence stable by adding more post and refused to add a 3rd gate hinge. He did fix 1 of the boards on the lattice at the top but we had to fix the other 2 that were coming off. JOSH REFUSES TO FIX THE FENCE TO MAKE IT STABLE OR WORTH $18k he charged for it The fence subcontractor told me Josh was to pay him $5k for the fence build NOT $18k (not sure if Josh paid him or not) that is why the fence guy refused to fix anything on my game, he told me you got $5k fence and that's all he is doing. JOSH IS DISHONEST AND DOES CRAPY WORK. HE DEMANDS PAYMENT UP FRONT TO SCHEDULE, then more UPFRONT BEFORE HE STARTS WORK & PAYMENT EVERY WEEK BEFORE WORK IS COMPLETED. He will hold off on the last few thousand knowing he has already scammed you out of your money & not done quality work. He will keep saying he is showing up to fix work not done correctly, he will say materials are delayed, his crew manager Chris will tell you he is in the hospital when he is not just to delay you and push you off. Then they will block you. So do NOT do business with this company. Look him up because he has 3 different companies and all run this way If you have a contract with his company make sure you don't pay up front like he demands. He does not pay for any supplies up front. He makes his subcontractors pay for all their supplies and doesn't pay them until afterwards. If he even pays them at all. 2 subcontractors were not paid on my Reno and came to my door asking for payment since Josh & Chris refused to pay them and blocked their calls also. With my help pushing back on this company and reporting them to BBB these 2 hard working subcontractors reported to me this week they were finally paid on 9/10 the same day Josh came out with sod & same day Josh reported to BBB all subcontractors were paid in full. These 2 subcontractors jobs were done 30 days ago SO THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID THEN! Josh has also NOT shown up to do a final walk through inspecting the work with me the customer as port. He is just demanding I pay final bill (which has not been sent) plus daily late fees. This guy is a jock and a SCAMMER . He won't show his face or take your calls. He only shows up for payments https://pristinelandscapingandlighting.com/
