I recently had an issue with one of the garage doors on my three-car garage. After two hours he disassembled it, drilled the door hole bigger to accommodate a larger bolt he had with him but then decided he would just order a new lock. So he put the original lock back in which by now was not working at all. The only lock on our front door. Ken said it would take two weeks. Four weeks and several polite calls to him asking about his return I began getting no answers. One time he said they sent the wrong part, the next time he just forgot but would get right on it. That was our last communication. He abandoned the job completely and left us with no working front door lock. I had Freeport glass repair his mess.
