We were planning to list our house for sale last year and in doing some needed maintenance found out that we had some roof damage. Justin took care of it from working with the adjuster to all of the finish work. My husband travels for his job so Justin really went the extra mile for me. The story is not done...we had purchased a condo (downsizing) and those units all needed new roofs. Again from the adjuster all the way through the job. Then I had some minor issues after the completion (this is when I feel this company really shined)...the roof was done in April and Justin and his crew responded to every question every concern well after the job was finished! YES I am one happy customer among many! These people ROCK!

I called a few vendors listed here and received a wide range of over-priced quotes. However, IntelIT Solutions was quick to return my call, provide a range of solutions for my problem (including time-frame), and for reasonable pricing. The technician even picked up/dropped of the laptop after the repair. Competitors were also prompt and professional over the phone. They seemed capable, but charged nearly double the going price for battery changes, or had two week (+) turn-around times. Overall: professional and personable, reasonably priced (saving time & gas driving to the apple store in either Madison or Chicago), and home pick-up if you are pressed for time. I will be calling again when tech problems arise. Thank you Joe!!
