    This store is horrible. They made us feel great when we came in and spent 3 hours moving 4 lines…read moreand upgrading all of our phones with them. But they gave us 3 trackers they said were "free" and then when I saw the line charged and took them back they wanted a $20 restocking fee for each one! We told them we didn't want a business account t which they "accidentally" gave to us which means we can't get on the mobile app, but they get more commission. We returned the internet within 2 days because it didn't work and I have had to make 3 phone calls trying to get it off my bill. The manager, Erick, who helped me last time is no longer there. They have a temp manager who said he couldn't help me unless I went into the store which I cannot do right now. I called 611 and they helped me no issues. Hopefully my bill will be correct next time. Do NOT go to an "authorized dealer". Go to one of the corporate stores.

The second time, we all came back and dealt with Ruben. He is a super nice guy. He explains and answers all questions. We are happy to be new T-Mobile customers. I do recommend this store, but first do your homework online (as I did), and secondly, be patient (switching plans takes time!). If in rush, come back another time! Finally, be kind and courteous!

    Scott and his intern took care of us like family! We came in to look at upgrading, having put off…read morethe process because it can be such a pain. But Scott walked us through it. Stayed transparent so no extra fees. Explained everything without making us feel like we needed some kind of pdf remediation of what just went down. Scott was super professional (all the way down to suit and tie) yet extremely familial and down to earth. He did not harass us into anything we did not want like the "used car salesman-esque" salesman you sometimes run in to at service stores. He made sure we got what we wanted and even let us know of some cool things that we qualified for (my husband was able to upgrade to the iPhone 12 Pro Max- we had no clue that we had that availability) and hooked us up with some odds and ends. He let us know what to expect on the next bill and even cleaned up our bill for us where another store (that was corporate) really screwed us over. I can not say enough good things about Scott or this store. I will definitely be back and most definitely recommend him for all of your Verizon needs! If you are looking to switch or need anything from Verizon go to the Verizon Store in Beloit on Milwaukee rd! Ask for Scott! You will be in Amazing hands!

I have been with them 25+ years and I am finally switching to U.S.Cellular. This store is full of fake promises. They gave me 3 months of free streaming services yet I am getting charged full price. They snuck in Verizon Cloud when I specifically told them no. I pay for iCloud storage. I just went on a cruise over seas. My phone was in airplane mode and my cellular data shut off. I paid for the cruise WiFi package through the cruise line. I have multiple lines plus an Apple Watch but my phone is the only phone that left the U.S. Verizon forced a travel package on ALL of my lines and they are forcing me to pay it. Verizon Wireless is the WORSE cell phone carrier on planet. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.
